I only give a 1 because we eventually got our order. The server was slow and rude! Asked for a receipt and she wasnt able to provide one. The first cones ice cream fell off while she was scooping my second of 6 cones in my order. She told me to clean it up and said I wasnt holding the cone right (WHAT?). We noticed with all the cones she didnt put in a base for the icecream to adhere to and also didnt push the icecream down on the cone, but just laid it on top. As we received our cones we pushed the icecream down so they didnt fall off when the young children handled them. Horrible experience and will never go to this location qgain!

Okay now I will admit its been several years since Ive actually ordered or been to their shop but that doesnt mean to be treated by an extremely RUDE EMPLOYEE! I had someone go in and order a Strawberry Banana Smooth that Ive been craving for. Ordered the smoothly and asked for a scoop of frozen yogurt in it. Now I know things change and instead of her saying, Im sorry, we dont carry yogurt any longer. She says This is an ICE CREAM STORE AND WE DONT HAVE YOGURT! Like I said its been awhile but I came home and looked it up and yep 2014 YOGUART WAS CARRIED. So instead of a polite response she chose the lazy way in her deliverance. You would think with the economy they would want customers. I would have been happy to go with their usual way of making it but because of her response I sure wont be going back there along with my friends.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review for ice cream but this place was really good I am sad to see that it is closing. I have come here ever since I moved to Oregon, this is a family owned franchise.

Everything but the price of a milkshake was excellent.

My husband and I visit often. We love Susan who is very friendly and gives us the best options to try new flavors. She prepares the best brownie sundae and her presentation is on point. Our favorite is Brownie Sundae

Went there looking for ice cream cookies and cream cake in the medium size for my sons birthday they didnt have one they only had the big one that was really unnecessary for the one child so the girl Sadie was so accommodating and so nice knowledgeable about our products and the surrounding areas where I can go get one and she was willing to make me a specialized frozen pizza for my sons birthday the most excellent service Ive had in a long time they have real Jewel there in her. 5 * excellent service thank you so much

I mean its Baskin Robbins ice cream, it tastes like what its supposed to. I used to think to myself, whys it so darn cold in here. They should heat it up Im freezing. Then Id remember its an ice cream store.

One of my favorite places to get ice cream, especially on the 31st of each month when you can get a discounted cone.

Place gets busy, check that their coolers are working because with the heat, the ice cream will be soft and might be a little off. All good otherwise.

The staff who assisted today was very rude. I went there wanting to buy a Sundae and expressed my desire early on. I tried one. Decided I wanted that. Then I wanted to choose between the two chocolate options - Fudge and the other one. When I told her she snapped saying per customer only three samples were allowed. 😡 I felt offended and my entire mood just went. I had all the mind to just walk out of there. But I wanted to surprise my husband with a Sundae and it was quite late in the evening.All I want to say is, customer service is everything!!!

This store has been closed early MULTIPLE times and not 10 minutes early more than an hour. This isn’t fair to people who go out of their way to come and are greeted by a locked door.The hours posted need to be the hours they are open unless inclement weather, emergency etc. that’s the cost of doing business during winter.. it’s slow.Really unhappy with the service here as well most of the time for example, on my birthday I had ordered a cake and told them I was coming back 20 min. before close and the lady was already locking the doors as I walking up.Ice cream is good at least.

Not happy with service. The lady behind the counter, after my daughter tried a couple flavors, told her that she had enough tasting, you need to order now. Would have left if we hadnt received part of our order already.

Ice cream is good, service is beyond slow. One person working on a Fri night? Really? The owner or management is not scheduling or hiring adequately. Since we shop next door we come by for our kids frequently, the lack of staffing has been a consistent issue.

More variety than I recall but I got a drink like a cappuccino, mocha with whipped cream.

You cant go wrong. I had some kind of dunkin-donut coffee ice cream. IT TASTED LIKE ICE CREAM WITH COFFEE IN IT. 100% exactly what you would expect. You can buy ice cream at this place

Walked in and stood around for a good while while two ladies stood behind the counter chatting. I finally walked up to the counter and waited a few more minutes then finally caught one of their eyes only to get rude service.

Bathroom is very clear. Table and equipments are very clean as well... ice cream is of course cold and tasty... lot of choice.

Not bad for the chain. Recently under new management I believe and they were nice

The owner was not friendly nor accommodating. She was unwilling to make a drink like every other locations. I will not return to this specific location.
