Love this place! They do a great job with their displays, creepy and fun! Their location this year (Streets of Tanasbourne) makes it a little more inconvenient with parking. Also it seems more expensive every year, but that is expected with seasonal items. I still love it here!

The main manager came up to us talking about how we couldn’t try masks on because of covid, while she wasn’t even wearing her own face mask (which is required). When I said to wear her mask then she scoffed at me and walked away. This was at 4:40pm on Sunday 09/06.

Based on my most recent interaction with Customer Service, this is what I now know regarding the status of my delayed order:-The shipment is over a week late, but is only now being discovered. A shipment, expected to arrive by 12/20/2018, carrying several high demand items, did not show and no questioned nor followed up on its location. No “Order Delayed” notifications sent nor plans to be sent.-A new shipment may or may not be in route and may or may not have the product to fill my order.-As there is no Shipping Information, the delivery (still showing Expected 12/20) may or may not be arriving sometime in January 2019. I was advised to expect possible delivery around the beginning to mid - January, but most likely before February 2019 (no guarantees).-If there is a Shipping delay, they will send out notifications, unless it is an unforeseen delay, a delay by the shipper, a recent delay, or a delay that may affect order processing. Guaranteed Delivery By dates are only estimates, and NOT guaranteed.My order, placed Oct. 26, 2018, was originally expected mid-December, then changed to be shipped December 20. The ETA is now unavailable and can not be guaranteed. What can be guaranteed is that this will be my last order with this company. Here’s hoping I get my order eventually.

This was my second trip to this store.Music was so loud it was hard to talk to the employees.Lots of empty spaces, was told lots of stock to be put out.Was greeted, but had to track someone down for the items I was looking for. Which were in the stock room, after waiting for 20 minutes asked if another store had item. Got it at another store. Cheers

While I understand the need for these small independent pop up seasonal stores for the short term I dont like how in reality they dont have any long lasting benefits for the community. These types of businesses dont really do anything for those who they hire, they hire people for a quick job mainly 1 month in length then fire them the day after halloween. I will admit, Im also a little Jaded because the Spirit Halloween was plastering facebook this last september and october that they needed workers. I applied via their website only to be turned down in less than a minute. It was clear that they use computers to look over these applications, its a flawed system. 1 star.

Great selection on not just costumes but accessories also. Crazy amount of decor for home, office, haunted house and ect. Friendly staff!
