It is unacceptable to pay $25 for gas only to be told I cannot use the restroom for safety reasons when every other Jacksons I go to allows paying customers to use their restroom. I left this establishment tonight feeling both that Jacksons has no gratitude for my business, and feeling treated as less than human tonight. Frankly, treating a human being who has to go to the bathroom which is something everybody has to do, whether or not they are a paying customer, is unacceptable to me. I am highly disappointed because Jacksons was the one place I actually thought still had some decency and compassion to them, and now I know that they are every bit as cold, corporate and uncaring as everybody else.

Went in at 6:30 and was told by the female cashier that she couldnt sell me beer until 7. I asked her when they changed the law and she rolled her eyes at me and said not long ago. I bought beer at the grocery store and came back to show her the receipt and explained that she was wrong. She got attitude and asked if I wanted to grab a beer and shed try to scan it. Low and behold it worked and I told her she was wrong and she told me to stay out of her store. Great customer service.

Would not sell me cigarettes with an expired ID, even though Oregon has an exception in place due to Covid. I will no longer spend any money at any location. Company policy needs to keep pace with current circumstances.

I have filled gas and made purhases here for 7 years. never has a bad experience they are always god. except one limpin fellow appear to be mad at world but he is not rude.

The bathroom has been closed for months due to covid yet every other Jacksons has an open bathroom.

The clerks are always very friendly and the store is always clean

Doesnt matter what time of day, service is shockingly slow. I dont usually notice this stuff but when Im standing in a line of 2 people for 30 minutes while the cashier talks to someone I notice. Dont stop by unless you have time to watch the cashier talk with her friends.

I wanted to exchange my propane tank and the clerk (CLAYTON) told me they were completely out and there’s nothing he can do. As I was walking out he started complaining about me to other customers in the store. I went to Walgreens and got another propane tank because they know how to keep it stocked and I went to bring the empty tank back to Shell and CLAYTOM said that he couldn’t accept it. He told me that he only does exchanges or new tank sales and that’s all. I said since they can’t keep their propane stocked, I didn’t want to buy propane there and didn’t want the empty tank anymore. He started getting very confrontational with me at this point and sarcastic. He started asking the guy in line behind me about my behavior and accused me of slamming the empty tank on the counter. I asked him to let me talk to a manager and he said there wouldn’t be one on sight until Monday. I asked to call the manager and he very rudely said he wouldn’t for my issue, but then started to force a comment card in my hands and spell his name for me like I was not able to read/write. I said I really didn’t want to store an empty tank I’m not going to do anything with and he suggested I store it for 2 days until I can exchange it. Again, his tone and whole demeanor was completely unacceptable. I’ve never had anyone treat me this way and if this is the type of person they hire for customer service now they just lost a customer permanently. Horrible service, horrible attitude, and all around just horrible. I really didn’t want to store a propane tank so I left a comment card of my own.

Worst service. Youll wait 5+ minutes for any service here. Drive down the road to the one on Baseline and Cornelius Pass, youll get way better service.

Apparently theyre cool with pets running around the place sniffing everything. Gross.

To be honest in this area this is the only gas station that I have been to that Has store policies just to inconvenience the customer every other one I’ve been to ask them to fill up my truck it gets done I have been here twice the first time they refuse to turn on the pump so I could fill it up after they failed to and the second time I asked them to and it never got done specifically because I have to pay for it before it gets done Any other when I go to they pump it I’m waiting there at the register soon as it’s done and bam paid done and im on the road I seriously suggest going to a different one

Manager at this location is rude, his cashiers have better customer service then he does, cant even ask a simple question without a sarcastic response, not the first time I’ve had problems with his attitude.

Pulled in to get gas on Monday, September 22, Mike was our fuel attendant... He was not a very friendly person, didnt even come all the way up to the drivers side window, just put his arm out to get our card.. When he was done, he just handed us our receipt... No thank you, nothing... Very rude.

Card readers are worn down and read half of peoples cards. I stood there for 5 minutes and saw peoples cards being forced to swipe or denied. Whoever owns this location needs to reinstall the first registers card reader. I couldnt even buy anything!

Food poisoning from one of their microwave burritos. Pretty terrible.
