The barista working the 10:30 shift on 10-27 at the Hillsboro store should find a job she enjoys. Im sorry if she was maybe having a rough day but she needs to not make her customers feel like they are a bother. I ordered a simple carmel latte & almost drove off just because of the tone of her voice over the speaker, & when I pulled up to the window it was obvious she did not want to be there. Please learn how your actions effect your customers. Coffee is great tho!

This location is great! I love their coffee, specifically the cold brew. Their smoothies are amazing, and the muffin tops are delicious. The best part is that their service is quick, but they dont sacrifice any kindness or attentiveness to make it that way!

Wonderful, speedy service at this location with a inside sit down area should you want to enjoy your coffee while not behind the wheel (Note: Covid rules applicable depending on when you choose to stop in).Great coffee and non-coffee drink selections are tasty - the lemonade smoothy is a particular favorite. Cookies, pastries and sandwiches also available for snacking. Though scones, one of the staples of drive-thru coffee shops, are not on the menu. The girl working the drive thru this morning was awful ! She was rude and inconsiderate- I didn’t realize this place is not up to date and does t have Apple Pay so I told her well it’s my birthday so I’ll just get the black brewed coffee which is 2$ and she told me no that she couldn’t do that ! Only place I’ve ever been that doesn’t go or ur birthday and doesn’t have Apple Pay! Will never go back ! Went to Starbucks free drink no problems ! N if I had to pay they take Apple Pay

The Bean is pretty awesome; quality coffee, consistently nice folks, a solid app, and the chocolate espresso beans on top. Good stuff!

They have the BEST smoothies. My favorite is the pina colada, with strawberry a close second. Also, try the hot chocolate and cookies.

One of the better human bean spots.Friendly service and I’ve never had a bad coffee or tea here. The early morning gal with short dark hair is very helpful above anyone else there.She is a great barista !! Their only downfall is that you can only app instead of punch card for free coffee.

Usually good but my last visit I ordered an eggnog latte. It tasted horrible! Very much disappointed.

The drinks are good BUT . . . So I’ve been here twice and every time I’ve gone the prices seem to change? How’s that possible? Yesterday I got a 32oz strawberry banana smoothie $7.25, today I went and got the same thing and it was $6.75? I go to the Beaverton location everyday since it’s closer. I get the same thing and it’s always a solid $5.50. . . I assume you guess are adding tips on your own . . . I would’ve tipped you on my own.

I like that this place doesnt have a huge line for coffee all the time. They are on the sweet side in terms of taste. The service can be a bit slow compared to Dutch or Starbucks but they definitely have a smaller staff. So definitely a go-to if your heading to work in the early morning or (like me) around 6 pm.

This is a great place to visit and the drinks are genuine and real. Definately one of the best coffee places in the area!.

After coming here for regularly for the last 6 months I could of had a punch card but no one offered it to me. My loyalty was not appreciated. Ill be going to Plans Pantry down the street for now on.I fell like a fool for always tipping a $1. It was not appreciated.

A friendly coffee shop with good coffee.The coffee here is good, and Ive never had anyone mess up my drink. They will let you sample a type of coffee or milk, which they dont do everywhere.The food selection here is limited, so unless youre stopping by for breakfast/brunch, it may not be the best place to have lunch.As old as punch cards may be with everyone turning to apps, its not the way to go here. Once you load money onto the app and pay with it, you have to reach somewhere around $55 to get some kind of reward. If all you get is a plain coffee, this will likely take a while if you were to use the app.

I wish theyd open up their inside seating tho.

I’ve went here many times with success and ending in an amazing drink, this morning I went here and ordered 3 drinks and 1 bagel the bagel came out first they finally finished making the drinks when they then told us what the drinks were one of them was not what we ordered we told them they messed it up and they proceeded to tell us we had to pay for a new drink when it was their mistake. The lady at the drive through was extremely rude and ended up burning all of my drinks and I’m left with horrible tasting coffee and horrible customer service. Go here if you want burnt coffee and bad customer service, other than that I recommend Dutch bros.

My sister went to get me a drink and asked the ladies at Human Bean to make it extra well since I was having a bad day. My sister brought this home, and to both our surprise, they wrote a very sweet note on my drink!! It made my day :) thanks for being so wonderful - the drink is delicious!P.S. we wish we could tip on card! Please bring this feature back :)

Best coffee in town! You wont be disappointed. I recommend the vanilla mocha.

Just stopped in to sign some contracts, I had a doctors appointment in a building that shares a parking lot with human bean, the employees acknowledged our presence and were very polite. Even though I did not buy anything this time, I have been there several times and highly recommend them. Much better than Starbucks, which I will NEVER go into.

The barista was very friendly and helpful, and I loved the chai. Its a very calm and pleasant place to sit for a while and enjoy a nice warm drink. One nice thing to take note of is that most coffee shops nearby close pretty early on Sunday, whereas this place is open until nine. There is plenty of seating with a lot of outlets available, of youd like to charge your phone or get some work done online while youre there.

I started going to The Human Bean when I swore off Starbucks for their lack of customer service and burnt coffee. After my first visit to The Human Bean, I havent left! The staff is incredibly friendly and treats customers like guests in their own home. The brewed coffee is amazing....I can no longer stand Starbucks coffee after drinking this stuff.One of the best things is that the company is based in Oregon (Ashland) and this location is a franchise owned by a local individual. Id much rather give my money to them than send it up to Seattle.

I like that this place is big enough for indoor seating, an actually coffeehouse rather than a drive thru, I think its the only location that offers this in all of Oregon! Experience has mostly been good except that one day with the new employee who messed up my order twice. I do appreciate that its not generic like starbucks and love the availability of 4 drink sizes!
