Good place to save money on products. Warrant vibe tho. Then they took pics and vids as i organized my center console real quickly. I kind of understand. But i have come back despite that.

I got to say every time I come in here everyone is so very helpful I have never had any issues with them. They always had what me and my husband needed when we came in there. I highly recommend this smoke shop. They are very friendly and very outgoing and also very outstanding customer service. I have been going for a few months now and I wont leave them staying a loyal customer to them due to the amazing work they do to help everyone out. This is my go to smoke shop. I frequent both the Hillsboro and Cornelius locations at least twice a month. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Even when I have had a couple miscommunications about what I needed, they were quick to solve my issue and send me out the door happy.

Went to a few classic West Portland Metro shops, not finding what I was looking for. Saw the sign out front off TV and pulled in, the lady was very helpful after explaining what I was after, they also had the right DAB bowl I wanted. I was able to haggle a great price, I’ll be a returning customer from Tualatin.

This is a great shop and Ive been come here for years for juice, tanks, mods, and coils. I have shifted over to making my own liquid as I like it a certain way. Might I suggest, since this mail ban has gone into effect to consider stocking DIY supplies. PG/VG, nicotine, and flavorings. :)

If there were more star I could give I would, it’s been an up and down experience, but in the end they exceeded my expectations by far, they hire great employees (shout-out to Ryan and older lady)! I’m so glad I stuck with you guys for so long. My best friend works at smoke 4 u (shout-out to Nick) and they always told me to go there, but after experiencing both smoke shops a lot, and many others, they are both the top two smoke shops west of Portland by far.... very friendly, high end, knowledgeable and professional

Dont but vape supplies here, it always is bad quality(fake) or breaks within a day and when I go back to get a replacement or refund I get denied. So DONT WASTE your money here

Always a great place to go for pipes and tons of other needs. Got an awesome stun gun for $20 and cheap incense. They may be out of stock of some things but the atmosphere and people even it out. Go to place for your smoking needs.

The employees are laid back, knowledgeable, helpful and busy. The prices here are a bit higher then other stores in the area but they do have a large selection of product.I would recommend.

Everyone was super nice and compliant with wearing a mask except for the owner, who I believe it was. He walked around without a mask, I mean I understand it isn’t fun, but still, does not feel comfortable or safe if the owner (bald guy) can’t wear one with customers in the store. Kinda takes away from the nice people working there.

Helpful staff but their prices have gone up a lot in the last couple months especially with Vape products. I only go here if no where else has my juice in stock. I pay 22$ for two coils and a 60ml bottle of juice at smoke 4 u where as it’s almost twice as much at house of pipes.

Pretty large selection of recreational and medicinal cannabis smoking devices. They also have a decent selection of tobacco and disposable vape products.For the hillsboro area it has the biggest selection of cannabis, Tobacco, smoking apparatuses and a decent selection of disposable vape products at moderate pricing.

They have a large selection of Kratom strains! They sell smaller amounts and in bulk by the kilo. Cheapest prices in town! The only place I can get it for a little bit cheaper is to buy it online. They also have a drive thru and a variety of tobacco products. They also carry CBD products and a large selection of glass.They also have a decent selection of vape tanks and batteries.

The guy helping me was really rude. I wanted to buy a little pink scortch torch in the box and it wouldnt ring up. So he told me hed have to text his boss and itd take atleast 10 mins so he couldnt do it. I mean okay cool...thanks for turning down my business. If I wasnt in a hurry....i wouldnt have bought anything here. Just because the customer service was so horribly pathetic. Be nice people!!! Its your job to make the customer happy!!!!

Great place to buy Kratom. Good selection and its always reliable. Some places sell it bulk and the quality is always hot or miss. I dont have that issue here and I really enjoy the staff.

Dont buy coils here they charge double what other local shops charge. Very rude every time Ive been in and had questions. Smoke 4 U is a much better option.

I have been a customer for several years now and I highly rate most of the staff as very courteous and helpful (excluding one specific location). The quality of the product I use has been recently declining. There is a lack of quality control which means I waste alot of money due to the fact this store does not allow refunds or at the very least- exchanges. I hope the owners of stores like this one, understands the importance of a satisfied & loyal customer that continues to come back time & time again when the product is good/great!

The staff at house of pipes is always clean, kind and courteous. We have been patrons for years now. The prices are far better than anywhere in town and if you like Kratom h.o.p. is a third of the price of any place in town and its the best quality and weve tried them all. To top it off even the owner is laid back and cool and since we are regulars he has given us some awesome deals from time to time. It is no exaggeration the 5 star rating. Its worth the drive.

Ive been going to house of pipes for over a year now (for vape products). The employees there are great! They are patient with me when I want to try different flavors and they ate knowledgable with various vape products. Recently I bought a couple batteries that (after charging) didnt work with my mod for some reason; they exchanged the batteries completely hassle free. I recommend this place for all your vape needs.

I really like it here. I think the prices are decent compared to other places. They have so many options, of many things. I go here for my vape stuff. One whole wall is dedicated to vape juice, and accessories. I love it. Theyll help you out if you arent sure what you like. You cant sample but they will let you smell or look at a product. They have sales and things on discount all the time too! I love that not only do they have a drive-through, but they are also open until midnight inside!!

I purchased two small bags of tobacco to roll my own cigarettes. The tobacco was extremely dry and worthless, I tried to exchange it and they would not honor it. Very disappointing!

Very convenient access to facility. Amazing saff. Eli helps me with all of my vape problems from coils to battery to just knowing a little more about my product. I love how the pricing is reasonable. Came here for my birthday and the followed me like a hawk, acted like I was trying to steal, gave me so much attitude for my frist time being there, not saying its a bad place but they definitely gave me a bad first impression. I was looking at the glass case down below and he was standing above me staring at me, so I slid over to the next case and started looking and he slid over with me, just dead staring at me. Definitely made.me not want to go there again

I went in this morning with a broken vape, the employee was able to fix it and show me exactly what happened. This guy really knows his stuff, and was extremely easy to talk to, I think he said his name was Brock. By far the best experience I have had at any local vape shop, so THANK YOU.
