We reached out to Ryker and the team at Royal Moore about a car fax posting on an Prius when we needed to add a commuter car due to some changes in our family’s transportation requirements. Ryker kept us informed and in the loop as the car was prepped for sale and let us know as soon as it was ready so we could come take a look. Kamryn was amazing! I went to look at an advertised car for my teen. He was very professional and accommodating even though I was not there to spend a lot of money. I ended up purchasing another car he recommended when it was obvious my son wasn’t having it with the first choice. The car we purchased was perfect, was in excellent shape inside and out especially considering its age. Because I was not planning on buying a car that day I did not have a way to get the car home. Instead of letting me find someone to come help he offered to drive the car (and my son) to our house and had someone else from the dealership follow to take him back. Everything was straight forward, no gimmicks or slick moves and Kam had just the right amount of cool for my son’s tastes. When my husband and son went back with the DEQ certificate a week later Kam came right out to the lot to meet them and remembered my son’s name. Hands down one of our top pre-owned (or brand new) car dealership experiences in all the years we’ve been buying cars. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

What was great - Paul. He was friendly and easy to answer any question we had. Services, they worked directly with our credit union which saved us time as well as worked with the DMV which was super convenient seeing as its nearly impossible to get an approval these days.What could be improved - you do have to purchase a warranty that covers mechanical malfunctions. Otherwise you purchase the vehicle as-is. Ive appreciated businesses that gave you 7 days warranty at no cost. You can however cancel the 3 yr warranty after 6 months if you feel it is no longer needed.Would I do businesses with them again? Yes.
