Jeramie in service is wonderful! He always take great care of us and his personality makes the whole experience a lot of fun! I have been regularly servicing my Dodge 3500 with Jeramie for nearly 2 years (we drive a fair amount, so I am in there 3-4 times a year or more) and have never had a complaint about his level of customer service.

In particular, Jeramie and his department truly went above and beyond the 3 days we were stranded at their dealership. They were upfront and honest about progress on our truck from the beginning. They provided transportation for a hotel. They also were sweet to our dog who was with us. Great people all around...

My experience was phenomenal, Brandon Glaesmann, was really on top on things. He made sure besides the oil change an tire rotation I came in for, that everything with my car was as it should be. He discovered i needed a front end alignment an took care of that as well. Not good. I didnt get what I wanted. If one has good credit, shouldnt he/she demand the price and payment? Like the old saying goes:the customer is ALWAYS right. If the salesman want to make a sell and receive commission, they should comply with the offer they are giving. At the end of the day, the one who purchased a car is stuck with the payments, not the salesman. They make a sell, get commission and move on to the next customer.

The Mike Terry Service Department was friendly and knowledgeable and the technicians performed a multi point inspection that discovered my battery was at 44%. They showed me the print out to verify their findings. The Parts Department found a battery to fit my car and it was installed in minutes. My car was returned to me clean and in a timely manner. I will certainly return to Mije Terry Dodge for my automotive needs!

If I could leave no stars I would. Spoke to salesman over the phone all week they pulled my credit I was told over the phone everything was good I should have no issues. So travels back ver 40 miles come in the pull my credit again said they didn’t pull it before me tell me I need a cosigner! So basically lied to me over the phone just to get me to come in. Lied to me about pulling my credit it shows they pulled my credit on my credit bureau. Not trustworthy at all

Dealt with Jay Jay the car plug and got hit with the typical four square rip off tactic. The new Jeep Grand Cherokee L we where looking at had multiple overpriced dealer add ons they would not remove. When they offered us a little more than 1/3 of our vehicles NADA value, we ended the deal there. Two stars because the place was clean and staff was polite

We cannot thank everyone here enough! Our van broke down while we were on vacation and everyone bent over backwards to help us get on our way. This was not a quick fix, the motor needed taken apart if that says anything. Jeramie York is the king of the service center. He got us right in and helped with everything he could, even down to hotel recommendations, and always with a great attitude and a smile. Marland Tyler was our service tech. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He also had a smile and great attitude 100% of the time. Kelly in the office gets things done. We had an extended warranty on our van and she made all the phone calls to the warranty company. When they didnt see eye to eye, Kelly went to bat for us with everything she had. She was truly our warrior. We didnt deal with sales staff all that much other than in passing but they were all great too. We even got a ride from one of them to our hotel (I think it was Mike). I cant say well drive 700 miles for service on our vehicle but if we visit Texas again they will be our go-to stop for anything car related.

Drove a hour away to look at an advertised truck . Got there, they appraised my truck then gave me the run around and said they were gonna just send it to auction . Why advertise a truck that your gonna send to auction and WASTE MY TIME . Manager said he would call me back Never did . Basically a total waste of my time .. they could have sold me the truck and had a customer but they chose not too .. poorly managed if you ask me ..if you wanna waste your time go to Mike Terry Dodge

On my way to Dallas I tried to fill up my diesel wrangler at a gas station but the nozzle wouldn’t go in.. figured some residue may have caused the flap to get stuck. Drove to the nearest Jeep dealership (happened to be Mike Terry in Hillsboro). Pulled up to the service port and they immediately assisted me. One of the mechanics actually rode to gas station pump with me to see the issue. Unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Remarkably, the nozzle went in this time. (I promise I put in a diesel nozzle at the previous station... weird but whatever..) Really appreciated the fact that the mechanic dropped what he was doing to help me out. Not sure what the previous management was like but the new management is doing great in regards to service. Thanks y’all and happy new year!

I would never never never buy a vehicle from this place. We spent one whole Friday at this dealership. We went in looking at a used truck we seen online. After test driving we went in and started talking numbers. They then told us it was 6,000 more than it was online. Well then we started looking at new trucks. They showed us one we really liked and that they would have to trade with another dealership. They asked us to put 500 down to go get the truck that it was a for sure thing. The following week they still had not had the truck. Everyday they said it will be there the next day. And by the following Friday we could come sign the papers. When we get there on Friday the truck was not there. They then said it was sold at the other dealership. We were so aggravated by then. We left went to the dealership they said it was sold at and purchased the truck we wanted. Lesson learned.

I would not take your vehicle in for any repairs here! We took my husbands truck there because it was running hot and needed a tire rotation! They took a hammer to the tires and messed up his rims ! Then said it was the fan clutch causing the over heating took them 4 days to replace it! Then said it was the water pump and it would cost us almost 1000 to replace it! When my husband called back to tell them we found someone cheaper to fix it they had supposedly already done the water pump! Within a few hours! I sent in a complaint and havent heard anything since!

Hello all, it’s not often that I would consider giving a review for a dealership, I have had like most very uncomfortable experiences with honesty but I have to give credit to the whole team at Mike Terry CJD. My wife was in the market for a Jeep Renegade so we thought we would try the online purchase opportunity. At Mike Terry we found it to be VERY easy and completely transparent. Tesla and Spring in the internet were super to deal with when it came to inventory availability, credit application, and most of all the willingness to deal with me. No hard pressure selling either... I’m black and white when it comes to negotiations and can be difficult. They were respectful, honest and very pleasant to deal with. The sales manager, Mr. Carlock went above and beyond to personally call me several times and explain rebates for our Renegade and made our transaction easy to understand and smooth, not to mention he found an additional rebate that worked with our situation. He even offered to deliver it to my front door and I’m not even in the same county...When we arrived the Salesman Jeff was out front and punctual, professional, pleasant and eager to answer every question we had. You want a dealership that is real transparent and Super pleasant to deal with, then give the team at Mike Terry CJD the opportunity to earn your business. If I could give a lower rating, I would. Long story short, the used car that my son purchased as his first car was not prepared for sale prior to our looking at it, there were parts that needed replaced that were neither done nor disclosed by the dealership that it needed done. They made a big deal about how they gave him such a discount on the car, but it took him several hundred dollars after purchasing the car to get everything replaced that needed replaced. So much for a good deal. The final straw was that, at the time of purchase, my son was told the license plates would be in for pick up in about 2 weeks. TWO MONTHS later, still no plates and the temporary tag expired. My son made a couple of different contacts to the dealership about the plates and got the run around. When I talked to a lady from the dealership, she insinuated that my son had lied about contacting them and that she would email me another temporary plate. Neither I nor my son received such an email, AND to date, he still does not have the plates THREE MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THE CAR!!!!!! While everyone was friendly, they are a bunch of liars. I would NEVER consider buying from them again!

Horrible service. Took my Jeep Compass there to get it service and they called to say it was fixed charged me 1200dlls. Took it home it was doing same thing brought it back next day . Was told they would look at it after a month I go back the told me the have been driving it and nothing is wrong with the car . I take it home car is still doing same thing I bring it back with the traction control lights still on . The told me to leave it and they will look at it . It’s been 6 weeks not one phone call or update. . I have been trying to get in touch with the manager . They always say he is on the phone and can’t take my call that he will call me back same day or next day . 3 week later and not one phone call .

This is a Great place to get a new or used vehicle. I drove over an hour and a half to come here. After several days of research, Team Bossier was one of two dealerships that came through for us. Their staff is professional, personable, proactive, responsive, courteous and very customer oriented. They treat you like family to ensure that youre fully satisfied with their service through customer obsession and business integrity. I have never met a dealership team that is so dedicated and committed in delighting the customer. Moreover, they are extremely friendly and accommodating towards the military. Its a very nice car and I didnt really have any trouble format he staff but the windows only work half the time, the over head lights wont turn on at all and the lining on the roof is coming off, which they agreed to fix before I got the car, and over all it took about 4 days to get the car in the first place and they sont make it a priority to make it a speedy purchase. The salesman are very nice and helpful though

Question: Do you know whats worse than having your wheel fly off after leaving a dealership?Answer: Being purposely treated poorly by the general manager. This man voided an agreement covering all major repairs over the next 2 years at any Jeep dealership. Im left with a promise to cover any repairs arising from their incompetence... with them being the ones to evaluate if it was their doing AND their service department handling my Jeep again.This manager, Randy Pretzer, shouldnt be able to treat people like trash without repercussion. He made my husband and I feel like we were trying to profit off their misfortune to the tune of $2400. Please take that money and donate it to a local church. Maybe you can buy yourself some grace.

Hopefully you don’t need any questions answered once your paperwork is all signed. We bought vehicle from them and had traded one in a month ago, now the finance company who held our trade in is calling us stating we have not paid, when this was supposed to be paid off a month ago. Been calling daily for last 3 days & multiple times a day. I have left multiple voicemails for finance dept and have not heard back. Spoke w manager Danielle yesterday who stated she would get back to us on this and never heard back. Now when we call and specifically ask for her she always busy & never calls us back. Receptionist Destiny is the only one who we get to speak to but that’s it. Poor customer service from every department now. Based upon this would not recommend. And now we are going on day 4 of trying to track down an answer, ridiculous.

They wouldn’t do a trade in and now we are still waiting for plates!! Every time I call in they say they will call back! Not one time have they called back afte me calling in 5-6 times!! I purchased a used truck from Bossier in late July and its mid-November and I still havent received the plates or registration documentation that I was charged for. Ive called BCJDR twice and the receptionist said that its taking longer than usually to process registrations. I left a VM for the used car sales manager to return my call the 3rd time I called but he didnt. I called the county tax office and learned that Bossier hasnt even filed any registration or title papers with the tax office, so I then contacted the TX DMV and filed a complaint to have a fraud investigation conducted.Im not going to make any further purchase or service appointments with Bossier because Im fed up with their incompetence.

I bought a truck from Bossier CDJR and immensely regret it. Bossier was aggressive during the purchase phase but after getting paid they went radio silent. I’ve been asking for my registration for three months now and can no longer drive the vehicle since my temporary plates have been expired for months now. I cannot drive without getting pulled over. Extremely unprofessional and upsetting and I will be contacting the better business bureau.

I found a truck online and they were trying to sell it $4000 over the state’s price. We agreed to fix minor problems it had since it was a used vehicle, they never fix a thing. It’s been 2 months and Im still waiting for my registration and license plates. Wouldn’t recommend buying here. Very unprofessional take your money somewhere else.

WORST dealership Ive ever talked too. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL environment EVER. Everyone who answers the phones are rude and argue with you when all youre trying to do is ask a simple question. They get snarky and make underhanded comments with a nice voice and say they are not being rude with what they say. But they are. And then make comments about how theyve been on the phone longer than 5 minutes and theyre trying to be nice which means they ARE wanting to be rude but are trying not to be. But apparently theyre trying isnt enough because no matter how your voice sounds or if you have a smile on your face, if you say something rude, you say something rude. And even when you have a recorded call as proof of how badly you were treated they will just deny it and say that she is the nicest person Ive ever met, that doesnt sound like her and I cant believe she would act that way. I am all for sticking up for your employees, because lets face it, no company ever does anymore. But not when they are treating someone like a second class citizen for no reason. And if you read the reviews about this place most of them are bad. The only good ones for the most part are people who came in, bought theyre vehicle and never came back. And honestly, like we all know. A lot of these reviews are probably from friends and family of people who work there and the people who work there.

The experience at Bossier Chrysler Doge, has been a great experience. From the very first contact via telephone, the online sales person Matthew was very friendly and was able to provide exactly what we needed. When we arrived at the dealership, we were able to look at the vehicles we were interested in without any pressure. As we entered the dealership to discuss with a salesperson, Avery, about driving a vehicle, they were very helpful. We were able to drive a few vehicles to get a feel of what we really wanted. He was very patient with us in making our decision. We were able to go home and think about our decision and returned the next day to speak with Avery about purchasing a vehicle. This entire experience was great and I would highly recommend anyone coming to visit Avery!

Do not send your vehicle here for anything other than basic maintenance. Look at all the other negative reviews and you will see a trend with the service department being incompetent, lazy, and lacking in basic customer service skills. Simply the worst! We encountered this first hand when we sent our 2010 Chrysler T/C to get worked on for life endangering electrical issues. At first we were hopeful but after a month they told us they could not duplicate the issue. Strange because this issue happened to us everytime we drove the vehicle. The whole time it was I who was having to call up every week to get an update. First clue of this service department s many failures.Next we looked into just buying a new car from them and during this interaction with the salesman he tells me during inspection of our 2010 Chrysler T/C he was able to duplicate our problem. Still wanting to trust Bossier and their service department we decided to give them more time but with an 8 month pregnant wife and 2 young daughters I would need a rental or loaner vehicle. At the time we were borrowing vehicles with anyone who had heart. Bossier did lend us a loaner vehicle but after 2 weeks called and said they needed their car back because of covid-19. No idea how that relates.Frustrated and with no car now, we went up to the service department demanding answers and solutions. Only then does the service department manager mention they were able to get codes and were sending them off to get looked at. The whole 2 months me calling, and now you want to tell me this? On top of that him tell me he is going to throw me out just because he could hear the frustration in my voice. Mind you Im not a confrontational man and I had a sleeping daughter on my shoulder the whole time. Also in 2 months time all you were able to do was get codes?!We decided to be done with them and wanted the report of everything they done which is only get codes. Which after the second day of asking for the reports they decided they would hang up on my wife because she wasrude. And then threaten to come to our home and retrieve their car if we did not return their vehicle which we told them we would after my 8 month pregnant wife had gone to a pregnancy appointment since we again would be with out a vehicle. To top it off when I retrieved my vehicle they didnt even have the courtesy to wash or refill any fluids they used up during this whole 2 month ordeal.I pray that someone at corporate Chrysler sees this review and does something about it because I know I would not want my company represented by this group of mechanics at Bossier Chrysler. I also would not want anybody to trust them to provide compassionate, efficient, and quality work to their vehicles.

Overall experience was amazing! Each staff member was very professional, as well as personal. When I emailed the dealership showing interest in one of their used trucks Micheal was right on top of it, responding back immediately. When arriving I had the privilege in having Morgan as my sales man. Any question we asked he had an answer to it, he was very well educated and attentive as he walked me through the entire process start to finish. Once the subject of finance came around James helped us completely understand what we were signing off to. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! Bought another vehicle from Bossier Chrysler. I told the General Manager what I was looking for in the way of a truck. Three days later I had 7 trucks to choose from.Once I said yes to the truck we wanted it took four days for it to be delivered to the dealership. They detailed every inch of the truck and made two new key fobs.The truck was a 2017 with 16600 miles. Because of buying this truck with the hassel of dealing with the sales people we were able to pick this truck up for thousands less. When took ownership the auto was nicer than we expected.This is a great place to shop for a car deal new or used. Call and ask for the sales manager and tell him what your looking for.

This is the worst dealership in the state. 30 days after purchase, check engine light comes on, I am out over $1,000 on repairs. 45 days later I am making a second payment on a truck that I traded in. They owe me some other stuff that was promised in writing and not delivered. I would not buy a Hot wheel from these people, even if it was 2 for a dollar. Do not go there, best friends until purchase.

Horrible!!! Worst car dealership I have ever done business with. Would have been better off going to a sketchy tote the note place than to these people. Been waiting for a refund on a down payment and keep getting different stories just like we got when trying to get a car! Do not go here!!

The only reason I can give them a two is because of Jermy. Jermy works in the oil change department. He treats customers like they should be treated and makes the place a better place. If it wasnt for him him then Id try to give this place as far negative as I could and wish they would file bankruptcy. We bought a vehicle there two years ago and have had heartache with them ever since. We went to trade in that vehicle after two years to a mini van because of a growing family. We couldnt do the trade in . The wanted the current vehicle plus lots of money for a used Mimi van. The vehicle we own is worth way more than they said. We should have been able to do the trade without paying over a thousand dollars yet. We need that van but thanks to crazy people in this world we cant get one there which means how can we travel to see my very sick father who lives in PA? Stay away from them people.

Very disappointed in responsiveness. Found a great deal online for a used truck. Not a dodge though. Called up and said I would buy it. Sent in application and continued to have to hassle them for updates. week later Sales manager calls and says the truck was sold and if I would be interested in purchasing a new dodge. So it was not my credit it was a best case lazy sales people, worst case whole bait and switch of sleazy used car sales. dont know because they dont call back.

Britney was very polite was not pushy had knowledge of the vehicle I test drove it and she test drove it with me she went above and beyond and that’s the reason I bought the truck5 Days after I bought the truck the overdrive went out on it and fourth gear went out on it when I called Rick Usedcars service manager I was told you bought that truck Aziz check the clutch fluid that’s all I can tell you then I said so I’m stuck with a lemon he said they’re in lemon law does not provide here because you bought the vehicle used so this is a warning to all you out there who buy a used vehicle from Bossier is if something goes wrong within five days of purchasing they will not fix anything

Great staff, with no pressure to purchase but if they dont know the answer they go find it! I wanted a Jeep Wrangler 4 door with a hard top and a 6 cylinder engine, I went to Allen Samuels in Waco Texas 5 different times trying to make a trade, they didnt seem interested in selling me a vehicle like I wanted, they tried to push the 4 cylinder and when I wasnt interested their sales staff went and hid behind a computer and didnt come back out!Then I went to Bossier in Hillsboro Texas they didnt have one on the lot but found one in the color we wanted and had it there in a few days. It was more than we hoped for and the trade was great!I do suggest this dealer to anyone that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

We have bought vehicles from many different dealerships and this has been our worst experience by far. Once you sign the paperwork then you really dont matter that much. Like when your NEW car has to go to the shop twice within the 2 weeks you have owned it. You will be asked if you can just wait until Monday to bring it in, despite the fact that it runs like an old beat up farm truck. We took it in anyway. I am not waiting all weekend until they felt like dealing with it. Had to make several calls and trips to the dealership to correct the payoff on our trade in. Despite doing so, a month later we find out that our old car had not been completely paid off and we were going to have to pay more money. Nobody called to let us know despite the fact this had been decided between the old credit company and the dealership. Nobody let us know that they had not paid the total balance 21 days before we finally found out. The best thing to come out of this is that we could share our story with our neighbor and save him the trouble of buying his company trucks there. I will sing about our experience from the mountain tops and be happy to share it with our friends, neighbors and family. We will NEVER buy here again!

My husband called this place and was almost instantly approved as they have 100% approval. So we set a date and time to go and have a look. After reading some reviews my husband called back to see what exactly we would be approved for. We live and hour away from this place and didnt want to waste time or gas money to go until we knew what we were going to be able to do. They basically gave him the run around and he was transferred a couple times to different people. First person said just trust me. All of them saying they couldnt give him numbers on what we were approved for. We were very specific in what we were looking for. The last person he spoke to put him on hold and after 15 minutes of waiting my husband finally hung up. I dont think they had any intention of picking back up. They never called back either. Ive done business with other places all who were able to tell me over the phone exactly what I was approved for. The customer service here sucked and we will never consider them when we buy our next vehicle and we will definitely not recommend them!

Great experience here. Not much for spending money, or buying things, or talking to many people. Ever. Generally a very closed off person. I’ve had the same truck for 7 years, and in no way want to part with it. With that being said, Morgan was very personable, and made the entire experience quite enjoyable. Would give 6 stars just based on my interaction with this terrific man. Guy actually made me want to buy a new pickup. Will be returning.

I purchased a used RAM 2500 from this dealership. I can say the sales staff were kind and helpful. They ultimately were able to find the vehicle at the right price at another dealership and purchased it. After sales, it all goes down hill.The first issue was my pay off as many other reviews mentioned here. The dealership failed to pay off my trade in vehicle in time. I had to render payment at the 30th day past due to my bank to ensure it did not hit my credit. I had called Bossier two to three times prior to ensure they were tracking and each time got a different excuse. Bossier did render payment a week later and I did get a refund, but not acceptable. I have purchased numerous vehicles at dealerships and never had any of these issues.Second was my temporary tags and plates. I called them on 8/21 to ask about my tags as my temp plates expired on 8/23. I was told by Dannielle they had them and would send them out next day. I called multiple times and they didnt log the tracking number, but ensured me they had been sent. Well, I was pulled over on 9/5 and given a warning by DPS for expired tags. They were nice enough to only give a warning after I explained the issue. Ironically, my tags showed up today, 9/6. They were post marked as shipped on 9/3.Everything after the sale was a sloppy experience and necessitated events that should not have ever happened. From a sales perspective, it was fine. Just know what you are getting yourself in to if you decide to purchase here and watch each component of the sale like a hawk until it is completed. Get everything in writing.

After getting the run around at different dealerships, I spoke with Rodney and he got me taken care of with a better rate, payment, and warranty. I never been to a dealership where they made me feel so comfortable they did everything for me and all I did was sit and wait. My credit is far from the best so I know they worked hard I love that they didnt stop until they got me approved. Any other dealership with my credit would and have turned me away but with bossier Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram they got me a 2017. There the best.

Ive referred 2 people to Bossier...both of which bought vehicles. I was promised a referral bonus and each time they made excuses. But the last one made me not want to ever tell anyone about this company. Typical dealership. Dont lie to someone who has purchased a vehicle from you. Thats not a good look especially when Ive always said try Bossier
