As I needed only a few lag bolts and a hand full of screws I didnt want to drive far from my location of need. Google got me here but as we all know COVIG19 has changed our way of business. The photos show how the showroom is closed, but all is well here otherwise. Acme Const came out and we discussed my need. They then went and retrieved my order, brought it out to me and then did not even charge me for the products! Imagine that! It was a small order for sure, but who does that? Acme construction in Hillsboro does. Excellent company and friendly people. There is even a shaded table to rest at while they take care of your order. Come here for your construction hardware needs.

Their business might be the big sells to the big contractors, but great customer service to the little guys.

Acme construction company has earned a life long customer today by helping me when I needed it. I was five minutes away when my trailer hitch broke and my fully loaded trailer came off of my truck. I Jerry rigged it together long enough to limp it to what Google told me was the closest hardware store. When I got there, Bob Moore one of the employees there helped me find a replacement bolt, loaned me the tools, and when I needed another set of hands helped me rehitch my trailer. Bob at one point told me if the bolts we tried didnt work, Ill figure out something else so we can make sure you get home safely. I believed him when he said that.I own a company and we purchase a lot of hardware, you can best believe that even though its a further drive, we will be coming to acme moving forward since I want to do everything I can to reward someone who went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. This place is great, its like a convenient store for industrial contractors.

Came here looking for some extension bits for my impact driver. The place was pretty orderly and well-kept. There was some disorganization but all in all its a pretty neat place to check out tools!
