I went to get my spare key and both keys programmed on a Friday and got my car back on Tuesday. There was lack of communication. I always had to call in check in on the status of my car. I spoke to someone different each time and felt like no one knew what was going. I even called one time to ask for update on my car and the person I was dealing with told me oh I see we have your car here in the shop. Yes, yes you do, that is what I said and wanted an update.I understand that Royal Moore was having issues with GMC with the connection of getting my keys programmed, but lack of communication and no one knowing what was going on is frustrating. I even told them to they needed to get on the same page and then call me back. I picked up my car. Dealt with Andy and I was the most helpful.My keys are working, except for the remote start. It is hard to press and will hardly work. I need to take it back into get it checked, which means I have to take more time off work.On a plus side, they did give me a rental car for the 5 days I was with out my car.
Great folks, parts department got me exactly what I needed for my tailgate. Alec in sales was especially helpful in getting me the truck I wanted and Brent got me a great price on it. 5 stars!

This dealer is a scam. Made arrangement to place deposit and finalize purchase tomorow. Dealer immediately raises price $10k and tells me our prices change daily. Do not do business with this company.
Your service department is a joke! I called and got a quote from Adam said worst case $3400. Then I spent the time to get it there. I was called 3-4 days later by lyden and he told me $7200. Then I called Rob said lyden had his numbers wrong. So lyden called me back at the end of the day and it turned into $6100 what a joke nobody knows anything in that place may I suggest further training!!! A few hundred of the estimate that would be no problem but Im not paying double. Royal Moore has lost my current and future business. The car is being repaired by 1 of your competitors for $4000. You guys need to adapt cause if everyone does there research like I did your service department will be out of business

This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Paul Diego was very helpful, and actually fun to deal with. He answered any question I had, and his attitude was what set him apart from the other sales people I had been dealing with at other dealerships. He is a great asset to Royal Moore GMC.
Easier vehicle purchase ever! Most of the deal was done online all we had to do was drive up, sign and drive away. Taylor was awesome along with Nate. I highly recommend. Five stars!
I have a 2020 Sierra Denali. My truck got two wheels damaged while it was getting a routine oil change and a tire rotation by a technician of their dealership. It took over a week just to get a call from anyone at the dealership in regards to the incident even though my tire had a chunk missing from the sidewall and there was a chunk missing from a wheel and scratches on the other one. At this point Ive had to go back several times to get it repaired and every time the repair work has been non-existent or extremely poor. Customer service has been okay at best but communication has been awful. I get little to no information from the service department when they have my vehicle in their care. It has been over two months since the incident took place and the repairs that have been attempted to my wheels have been horrible and I am not impressed. Ive been very patient but my patience has ran thin. Ive been losing time to come and drop the car off and pick it up only to find that the repairs done to my vehicle are just bad. This dealership has been disappointing me every step of the way and I am past the point of having patience with this issue.
They trick you into writing a good review by bribing you with free car washes. A complete disaster from beginning to end with sneaking in optional expenses into the final price of the vehicle without giving you adequate time to review the paperwork. They sent me paperwork (after multiple phone calls and unanswered emails) on my trade-in so I could reclaim the warranty on the vehicle and all the information on the paperwork was incorrect including personal information and dates. They initially told me theyd send the paperwork over in 90 days, which is how long the dealership needs before they can collect half of a warranty refund. They told me the tow of my former vehicle was covered and they would pay for it, but I was left with the bill. Overall, the purchase of this vehicle was a disaster and would never recommend them to anybody.
Our actual salesperson was friendly and helpful. There were multiple staff members in the dealership who were not wearing masks, despite a state mask mandate. Also, after we decided to purchase the vehicle, we waited over 5 hours to see the finance person. If they had told us it would be that long, waiting in a showroom with multiple staff members violating state mandates and making my wife and I feel very unsafe in the process, we would have left. They should be making followup appointments if they have that long of a wait, something like, Its going to be a while, lets make an appointment at 5pm to see our finance person, so you can go on with your day. Its obvious that the dealership does not value the time or concerns of its patrons.
This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. ALL of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, it didn’t feel like your typical “sales” environment. Elizabeth was the first person we interacted with, and she was great and very willing to answer any and all questions. Dan was the sales manager and he was great as well.
The problem wasnt fixed when we picked it up. however it was a programming issue, the mechanic explained how to do it. We took it from there.Our issue wasnt explained to the mechanic exactly what we were trying to have fixed. Might have been our fault.He was professional, courteous and very helpful!
The staff was incredibly polite and very professional. An honest mechanic is hard to find these days and there arent many of them left. I recommend Royal Moore Buick GMC to all my friends and family. I will be coming back here for sure for all my car care needs!

Was misquoted a rate online and was hoping they would meet me in the middle, but still feel I got a pretty good deal and am happy with my new Encore! Would highly recommend Sam!
I found the Buick Enclave I liked through Car Guru and decided to call and see it was still available. I was connected with Elizabeth who was very kind and helpful! We set up an appointment to test drive and she was more than patient showing me all the things the car came with. She went above and beyond with detailing the vehicle and a full tank of gas. When we were ready to discuss numbers and after I agreed to my terms it was a wait, however, clearly nothing she could control. Otherwise I was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, the facility and overall an enjoyable experience. I would buy from Royal Moore again.
Brought my 07 Yukon in for Airbag Recall. Was supposed to be an overnight due to late in the day appointment. Received a call the day before set appt. that Parts are here and were ready to work. Dropped the Yukon off and got a loaner. The next day I received a call that my car was ready but when I arrived I was told that the parts didnt arrive and could I leave the car for the weekend. Monday went by without word and by Tuesday afternoon there was no word so I called and was told oh yeah its done. When I arrived the service dept. promptly checked in their loaner but couldnt find my keys. After some time I got my keys and got in the Yukon. I looked at the work and was shocked at the condition my dash airbag was left in. I immediately went back and rejected the work and brought Elena out to look. After some discussion she took my Yukon back into the shop where the tech removed the airbag and showed me the wrinkles that were natural to the airbag.The bag was reinstalled and is still wrinkled but looks better.The take-a-ways:1) Why would I get a call before my appt that the parts were in if they werent?2) Why would I get a call that the work was completed when it wasnt?3) How would a service technician allow shoddy work to leave his bay especially in a high visibility area such the dash?Overall the service Dept. at the customer check-in/check-out is a giant mess. nobody including the service writers seem to know what is going on. customers are standing around not really knowing what is going on with their needs. Maybe it was the day, Just busy. But I was there on a Thursday AND a Tuesday and both days were a complete mess and to top it all off the walls in that tiny area were being painted with people (Customers) standing around. Not a great visual and something probably best saved for after hours.I have been a Royal Moore customer for over 20 years. I have bought at least 2 cars, referred my friends and family who have purchased from Royal Moore but this was the worst experience.
Dylan was incredibly accommodating to me and my situation. I was looking at buying a new car during a recent deployment, and he was patient in communicating with me clear across the world in another timezone.The buying process was incredibly transparent, and gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing my 2020 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring.The warranty on the vehicle is absolutely amazing, and the maintenance that goes along with that is brilliant.All-in-all, Dylan made what would have been an excruciating process buying a car while on deployment into a breeze and Id highly recommend Royal Moore if youre a first-time buyer due to the transparency of the whole process.They were also able to hook me up with an incredibly generous rate for my financing.
We made the appointment for the vehicle service 2 weeks in advance, and when we dropped off the vehicle (YukonXL) at 7:30 AM on a Wednesday, we assumed we could pick it up no later than Thursday afternoon. The repairs were minor and because of an additional required part not arriving on Friday, we were informed it should be completed on Tuesday of the following week. We did not hear anything from the dealership on Tuesday and after leaving 3 phone messages on Wednesday morning asking about the vehicle, with no call back, we drove to the dealership on Wednesday afternoon to find out in person what was happening. Upon finding out the vehicle was completed sometime earlier we waited for the service manager to add up the bill (which was higher than we expected) then after paying the bill we later examined the itemized information, and found the details are lacking as to the hourly rate charged and the parts that were installed. We were very disappointed in the communication and level of service we received and will likely not use this service department in the future.

Called in to find out about a vehicle that was advertised on their website. Started the process on Tuesday and the gentleman emailed me the vehicle details and the gave a virtual quote for our van. Everything was going pretty sooth. I called in Thursday because I had not heard anything. Another associate who was not friendly and did not want to help us. He also informed me that our guys had the next two days off. So I followed up again on Saturday and the dealership increased the price of the vehicle $5000. I was told its standard practice in this market. This dealership is a joke. They wont honor the price that was advertised and sent to me by their own associate.
I went to Royal Moore Subaru looking for something specific, a used Chevy Spark. I met with Ryan who right from the start understood what I was looking for and didnt try to pressure me into sales or talk me into something I wasnt interested in. I drove 3 different cars, he helped me compare them and made everything way easier than I expected. Everyone I worked with made what normally would be an a anxiety inducing situation for me into something pleasant and exciting. Ive had my little car for a few days now and I love it!

We had our truck serviced here in the fall. This shop charged us almost $2000 for services and repairs that didnt need to be done as well as sabotaged our AC so we would have to come back to them to be rail roaded another time.The service manager is rude... Beyond rude, maybe because Im a woman but he was not professional. Avoid going here! Super bad service!!!!!Wish I could put 0 stars!

Have been a customer for probably 20 years, but no more! first they laid off most their old time employees during the covid pandemic and never brought them back. that was a rotten stunt! second, i went in for a simple oil change the other day and got charged $70! no brake lining check, no wheel rotation, just a filter and oil. i think they are like so many others that are jumping on the bandwagon to raise prices. sorry, but they are not getting another nickel from me!

Went in knowing pretty much what we wanted, but were given the opportunity to explore other trim options without any pressure, and our wonderful sales person, Alec, went so far as to bring a Toyota from the neighboring lot for us to try. We left the first time without a car, but with the certainty that if we were to choose the Mazda, we would get it from Royal Moore. Once we decided, we were able to do most of our preliminary paperwork remotely, and then the cherry on top was Alec delivering the car to our home in West Linn. AMAZING. We have 2 small kids, so spending many hours at the dealership was not particularly appealing. A 5 star experience all around. Recommend.
The dealer did not set up the onstar welcome call. This would have identified that no one at Onstar can hear us. The WiFi also does not allow all devices to connect. The passenger right camera also does not function. Management wouldn’t even return my call to discuss the issue. If you have an issue with your car after the sale, don’t purchase it here.

Brought my 2014 Buick Encore to have my check engine light diagnosed. Mike fixed my car right up and definitely didn’t overcharge me for their services. He also recommended some maintenance to get done in the next few months and all of his recommendations were spot on. He let me know I can get them done spread out overtime so I could afford the costs. There was no pressure and no hidden costs. Highly recommend! I’ll be trading my car in in the next couple of years for a newer model and this is where I plan to go.

This is the first time I purchased a car on my own, with no moral support I quickly realized, working with Brandon, that I didnt need any moral support. I felt confident I was getting the best price, with no pressure, and he gave me all the time I need to decide. Because of my previous research, it didnt take long to decide that this 2018 Toyota Highlander was the car for me. The total time from test drive to contract signed was 2 1/2 hrs. Lie #1: The truck is in port. Lie #2: The truck will be here any day. Lie #3: The truck was sold to someone else. Lie #4: No, the truck is still for sale. Its in Colorado getting $20k worth of upgrades. If you want it, you can come in, cancel the original contract (we insisted you sign before the truck was on the lot because most of our trucks are sold before theyre on the lot) and well sign a new contract for the same truck but for the new price! Lie #5: The contract we signed is no good!Truth: The truck was never in Portland and because of their lies and negligence, we lost a great deal on a great truck at another dealer.Not recommended.The bright spot in the nightmarish deal was dealing with Ronnie.
I have been getting my oil changed hear for the last couple of years. Because of my job it has been better for me to drop my truck off and then pick it up the next day. They have always given me a loaner car to drive. But apparently thats no more. For that reason I will not be using Royal Moore for future oil changes. I dont have the time to sit and wait nor will my work allow me to make a reasonable appointment.
Ronnie was super helpful and quick to respond to any concerns/questions prior to my appointment and during. He wasn’t pushy and made the experience at Royal Moore better than anticipated. The finance guy, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was just as helpful and pleasing to deal with. All around a great team and staff, helpful and courteous to us during our visit.

I went to Royal Moore Service immediately & Ross is the service representative I met and right away assisted me with a loaner car so my weekend plan went with no hurdles.I should say Ross is very friendly, listens to every minute problem patiently and gives the best/honest suggestions providing accurate estimates and great follow ups by calls or text messages for every update.And off course, the service was impeccable and professional. After a short wait I was checked out and on my way. I really appreciate the courtesy and care that was given me.

The follow through here is a joke, I was helped by Ronnie. If you can call it help. I’ll start first, with him reaching out to me on a inquiry. Told him that I would be there in a little bit. Showed up and the car was being driven by another coworker, no biggy. After deciding to buy the car, they drove out and dropped it off. Convent I thought, as I was signing the paperwork I noticed a as is page. When they drove the car out they forgot to include the floor mats, so I called Ronnie to make sure if I signed this section I was still going to get the car mats they left behind. He assured me they would be sent out in 3 days. Well a week goes by and I never receive them. Called back and he said he could not find any, even though there were 8 different Ford fusions there. Called back and talked with the sales manager. He assured me they would come. Never did, been over 3 weeks now and nothing. Also have not received a single copy of anything I signed and have no proof I bought the car at all in case I get pulled over. Ronnie is the epitome of a used car salesman and so is the sales manager there also, I beleive his name is Micheal. I would steer clear of the place as it has turned out the car is a lemon and have had issues already. BUYER BEWARE

Kameron was really easy to work with. He gave us several options that were exactly what we were looking for and was really knowledgeable. We had been searching for a car for my teenage son for a few weeks and had encountered the typical pushy sales reps everywhere we went. That was not the case here! I would gladly buy another car from Kameron and this dealership!
