Sierra Springs has to have the worst customer service ai have ever ran across. The only exception is Justin, the delivery driver. He is in the ball, professional, and always helpful. That said, S.S has added delivery fees on top of already higher prices. A Costco membership will only save you 50 cents a month on 8-10 bottle order. I have a billing discrepancy in which I called the main number. After a 40 min hold and zero contact, I gave up and switched companies.I didn’t even have to tell the new business this companies name when I comment as to why I was changing service. They knew already. This speaks volumes.Sierra Springs main office is in Florida and you just bounce from call center to call center with no one ever answering. (so I’m told from a reliable source in the company).
My experience has been very consistent and reliable. I ask for a certain amount of containers, they deliver. A couple of times (within a 10 year span) they’ve been a day late but overall very kind and dependable. They even left a case of water for me when they didn’t have enough distilled water bottles.
The service is good, water is great but the prices are crazy, I am NOT paying $70 a month for drinking water
Zero stars for this company. I cant imagine why they are still in business.Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever received. The drivers are very nice, but we seldom see them. False promises and BS is what you get when you call corporate. What a joke.
These people have no idea what theyre doing! We have to call all the time to get our water delivered because they NEVER show up for our scheduled delivery days! Time to figure out a new water service...it just isnt that hard.
This company is terrible. 3 weeks in and have had nothing but problems. The company changed our delivery dates without telling us leaving us with no water. They have zero care for their customers. Their convience is far more important than their customers satisfaction. If your looking for reliable water service this is not the company.
My experience with Sierra Springs is also a disaster. Every call to the customer service was lost that vanishes like water vapor. We rented a school for 4 weeks for kids summer camp. The water delivery was ad hoc even though I called many times to make sure they deliver on time. The customer service gave me a time frame but the dates were completely messed up every single time; when comes to pick up bottles, I told them that I rented the place and we will not be there after 7/25. They told me they will be picked up between 8:30 to 5 that day. We waited till 5:30pm. No one showed up. We have no access to that space after that. I talked to the supervisor to terminate the service and she promised to go find a way to collect the bottles. As of yesterday 8/25, I got a bill for 5 more bottles delivered this month and no one knows if they collected the bottles. They owe us $30 deposit and no refund in sight but bills for new undelivered water bill! They told me to sign up through Costco and I will get the rack for free but later they told me that was a misunderstanding, they provide the rack for free but not give it for free. This is our second year working with them. I thought I gave them a second chance this year but it was worse. I have made so many calls to them and every time was a waste of time as no one knows what was happening. I asked if they record the message (announced in the greetings), they said no, this is for training purpose no recording accessible. This is the worst company I ever dealt with in this country! Never again!!!!
Every bill has been higher than expected and canceling my service is impossible since they dont answer their phone- I literally sat on hold for 45 minutes before giving up.... DO NOT go with this company, I only trusted it since it was offered through COSTCO, which I am also filing a complaint with.
This company is stilling money and your time if i did know what i do know now i will never sign any contract with them 1-didnt received water when they tolled me 2-never received the invoice and when i call for invoice i war on hold for 1 hour every time 3- when i ask driver for invoice he tolled me to pay or cancel the service 4-they charge me late fee because i did refuse to pay without the invoice and more LONG STORY SHORT DONT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE CROOK. I dont want to give them one star but i dont have choose.
We have fortunately, not had the same experiences as others on this review. Theyve always answered, when we call the 800 number and had not problems. Weve had them for 10 years at a residence
Worst company ever! We had a representative come by our office to give us info on their services. We were presented with the deal of $5 a month for the dispenser rental fee and $5 per bottle of water, and a small charge for cups. We asked him about recyclable cups when signing up, he was unable to tell me if they had any. I asked if he could find out ASAP and have them delivered. We never got any, and we were never told if they had any. He hounded us to sign up so we did and after that if was very difficult to get a hold of him. He gave us two bottles when setting up the dispenser and dropped off two more after we never deceived any deliveries. We have only been with them for a few weeks and we have never received an on time delivery. We only ever received water from the rep after hounding them to get us water. When we call to complain and get in touch with their customer service department we are on hold for an hour. to cancel we were also on hold for a hour. when we got our bill there was a sur energy charge that we were never told about. I cant believe the service we received. there wasnt any! Dont do it.
Their customer service is even worse than others have shared. Save yourself time and frustration and buy your own machine and get your own jugs of water. One star seems so generous for this company.
WORST delivery and customer service I have ever experienced. I thought that because they were a referral from my local COSTCO they would be great... however they are STILL delivering random numbers of 5 gallon jugs to my apartment (as of 8/20/19) even though I cancelled service with them on 7/26/19. I have had to call and demand a driver pick up the jugs every time and it takes days for them to do it. I refuse to take the jugs inside my home so they sot out there probably annoying my neighbors. Never sign up for service in this area (Hillsboro/beaverton). Use Earth 2 o. They have been amazing so far, thankfully.
They dont even deserve 1 star. Worst company ever. They make delivery when they want. They change dates, and dont bother to let you know. They deliver wrong number of water bottles. It doesnt matter you call or make complain, they never call back. If you talk with a manager it doesnt change a thing. Avoid !
I have been a customer of theirs for almost 7 years now. I just got off the phone with one of their script reading support staff asking them to come get my empties and water machines. After several broken promises to (the only job they have) bring me water, I am finally done. I cant take it anymore. For the record the fastest way to talk to someone is to press the button on your phone that says you want to cancel service.
Horrible company. I signed up through Costco and have had nothing but issues with them. I honestly wonder how they stay in business. It was a struggle just to get my first delivery. They leave automated messages saying that they will deliver the next day, but they never show up. They end up coming days later, so I ended up accumulating empty bottles. I called to cancel and the rep wanted the opportunity to escalate the call, and told me that a manager would call within the next two business days. That never happened. A week later and another missed delivery, I called to cancel AGAIN. In the mean time, they charged us for the delivery that never happened. The rep told me someone would be here on a Tuesday, so I left all of their bottles and equipment next to my garage that morning. Thursday rolls around and guess what... their stuff is still sitting outside. I called once again when they opened, and told them that they were a no show. The lady said that they rescheduled the pickup for Saturday without notification. I told them that they had until close of business to retrieve their items off of my property. 45 minutes later, someone was here to collect their stuff. Unbelievable. Too bad they didnt try that hard to keep my business.Steer clear of this business and do your research. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. They arent worthy of even one star.
My entire experience with Sierra Springs has been a nightmare. When the salesman first came into my store, it didnt sound like a bad service. $5.50 a month, plus the bottle deposit. Service included a one year contract which didnt seem like a problem at the time.Well, as soon as I got my first bill, there was an energy surcharge fee on my bill, not mentioned by the salesman. Thereafter, my bill seemed to increase every month.Finally, a year and a half later, I decided to close my account. I tried calling, but being an automated system, I could not find a close my account option. It was extremely difficult closing my account. I tried through e-mail, and while they didnt answer the first time, the second time they denied my request telling me to call them. So I called them and after several minutes of frustration, finally found a close account option. Well, the lady I talked to said there would be a $15 fee to close my account. Again, not mentioned by the salesman. And Im not under contract, as I recall there would not be a fee at all unless I voided my contract.I would never recommend this company to ANYBODY!
Sierra Springs is the absolute worst. They dont answer the phone, they dont respond to voice mail, the service center refuses to provide service... I cant talk to anyone who can help me. They dont advertise their address because they dont want me to visit them in person. They deliver as much water as they want when they want and bill whatever they want. Horrible people.
Couldnt have worse customer service if they tried. Do not start any business with this company. They dont honor their own schedule and are impossible to get a hold of.

I saw the other reviews but there arent many other options near me. So I signed up. It is as bad as they say. Billing issues, delivery issues and non responsive customer service.Not sure how delivering water is so complicated.

Terrible customer service. I have a tank that no longer produces hot water and Ive been trying to get them to replace it for the past 2 weeks. They told me corporate would call me but havent heard anything. Im about done with this company.
Why do I have to give them 1 star? They did not earn even this! Worst customer service ever. My rate has sky-rocketed this year and now they want me to pay more to get my bill from them (a paper invoice fee)!! Called last month to complain about my bill, Rolando said he would take care of it and fix it for me. Told me to only send payment for the corrected amount. Now I get my new bill and there was no correction made and my bill is partially Past Due!! Unbelievable! Trying to call again and I write this will I am on hold (35 minutes so far)!
Worst Ever. After a few months they start adding little items to your bill. The 100% refundable 5.0 gallon bottle charge is actually not a 100% refundable charge, as they take $2.10 / bottle as Energy Surcharge They also Tac on a $2.00 Paper Invoice Fee just to send you the bill. All this adds up and is far from the agreement that was signed. Want to talk to them? Jump through their phone hoops and then wait for 15 minutes on hold. Agreed, they dont even deserve one star.... Additionally, we go through about 1 bottle every 2 weeks, and the driver just kept dropping more off until we have 7 bottles lined up in the front room, all this after telling them that we never need more than 2 bottles at any given time.
We signed up online for a monthly water service but decided we wanted to order on an as-needed basis. The customer service person I initially spoke with said she needed to transfer my call to another department, and there would be a 30 MINUTE HOLD TIME. Seriously? ! Maybe they should take some of those phone supervisors who are monitoring conversations (heard this on their hold message over and over) to answer the phone instead. Wow.

The worse water company in Portland and they do not care!! If you do not want count on water being delivered and them billing for water you did not get. Plus, Then tell you nothing they can do about and if you do not like it leave! They do not care at all!!!
