Very kind and helpful employees. They took time to discuss details of the boots to ensure that I was getting what I wanted and needed. They offered a few possible discounts to see if I qualified, they listened closely to what I was going to be using the boots for, and ultimately made for a very easy and satisfying experience.

I had a great experience buying boots at this location. Immediately greeted at the door, I was given the option of no pressure shopping, or a sales associate, Chris, offered to help with any questions. After looking around for a few minutes, I had a few questions that he answered thoroughly. He then asked me a few questions to help narrow my search and we landed on a few pairs of hiking boots to try out. I tried on several pairs, each in a few sizes and widths, and associate Chris was patient, guiding, and helpful. I left the store with a great pair of hiking boots without feeling pressured while simultaneously being well taken care of.

Went to buy some work boots here and was helped by Rath he was very knowledgeable about the boots and how they fit. He made the buying experience easy and was super helpful in helping me find the right pair. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair here.

This is my grown up idea of a candy store! Danner boots are so all-day comfortable, and they have a wonderfully wide selection to try on and choose from. The sales staff are really knowledgeable and helpful when weighing the merits of one style over another. Furthermore, I never leave without adding something fun, like their cool Miir flasks, Stanley growlers, tshirts, woodsy candles, Pendleton blankets, etc. What a great store!

Boot guy was very informative and I learned a lot between composite toed boots and steel toed boots and made the better purchase of composite toed boots and was very informative of how to maintain and told me of the warranty. Got good discount when I was not expecting it with boot grease very satisfied.

Have bought two pair of Danner boots now and frequented this location multiple times. Staff are always friendly and not overly salesy. They answer questions and have always been accommodating with returns/exchanges. Sure selection isn’t as deep as the factory store but they order then in fast and the quality customer service makes it worth visiting this location.

Two separate times now Ive ordered things for in store pickup only to be told they dont have it when I arrive. One time I might understand, but two? I even received a text saying that my order had been verified by the store and ready to pickup. Obviously the employees arent even bothering to go and check and just clicking yes on every order. Its incredibly lazy and unprofessional; especially because I try and support local stores whenever possible, even if I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way, and then to be told sorry man, we lied to you.I used to buy nothing but Danner boots because of the customer service and quality of the product. Both have taken a nose dive in the last few years because they became trendy and they clearly no longer care about that personal touch. Guess Ill looking for a new boot company that actually cares.

The folks at this store are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They have a wide selection of their product and if they dont have the specific boot youre looking for theyre happy to order one in for you to pick up or they will tell you the fastest way to get said pair. Major plus is it beats driving into the city to buy a pair of Danners. I will be buying the rest of my Danner boots from here, without a doubt. Good job guys!

The staff here is overly enthusiastic to be point of being creepy. I came in to replace laces ( the size they recommended are far too short) and I find myself arguing with the guy about how I really dont want to spend $500 on a new coat. The one star is because I love the Danner products themselves.

Great quality boots; however, their customer sales service is lacking. If Im going to pay half of my paycheck for a pair of work boots, Id appreciate some help ensuring I get the right fit; especially, if I am asking for help. Might as well just order online. Their online service is fantastic.

Of course Danner boots are great, but the factory store is even cooler. Nice layout and displays, easy to find, plenty of parking, and helpful staff.

Prices are very high and service is very low. Walked around story for 15 minutes and not once did the sales men ask me if they could help. Danner makes tough work shoes but not impressed by most of their other lines. Went looking because not happy with the quality of Keen shoes anymore but did not find anything I liked. Went to REI which had better prices but ended up at Big 5 which had decent quality shoes and the best shoe deals.

I bought some boots on line, just like the ones I always buy. I walk alot at work and they wear out in 4 or 5 months. Iron soft boots. Well I wore them a few times, and they were just a bit to big. I called customer service and asked if they could do anything. Well it turns out, they gave me a new pair of boots. Im going to try the vicious 8inch boot. Nonetheless Beaverton store Manager KC, and Briana over the phone were great. You pay more for Danners, but Im happy to say its worth it when you run into an issue. Thank you Danner people.

After purchasing some steal moc toe boots from this location, I had worn them for 3 days at work. After the excruciating pain from the right boots steel toe digging into my toes, I had started worrying I screwed myself over on these boots. Come to find out, the right boot seemed to have a shorter leather piece on the side of the shoe that was causing the discomfort with my toes. Danner states they have a 180 day warranty for any leakage or defects with there boots, so I can only assume that these are in line with the return policy.After arriving at the location I bought them from, I had spoken to both of the employees behind the counter regarding my issue with the right boots defect. ( I will leave out names of employees for privacy sake, and because of a five star review that could of been a one star) One of the employees was very cocky upfront about my issue, Stating that this is normal and apart of the break-in period, and that danner takes no responsibility for issues in wear and discomfort problems with there boots. ( without even looking at them mind you)However, the other employee understood my issue, checked out the boot, saw the issue, promptly (and KINDLY) issued me a brand new set of non defective boots. He asked me to try them on to make sure as well. As I was putting them on, the other employee (who still hadnt looked at the defect on my boots) was still trying to explain to me that there is a processes when it comes to breaking in boots and that this was no defect at all. He stated that we usually dont offer exchanges after final purchase due to discomfort, But (unnamed) Is usually a nice guy so we will help you out this timeI want to thank that amazing, and wonderful Danner employee for taking the time to notice my problem, listen to my issues, and help me in exchanging the boots for a non defective pair.To the other man who blatantly wanted to kick me out the door after spending 200 DOLLARS on a pair of boots that were attempting to cut my toes off, Learn what customer service is, And take some tips from your fellow co workers.Ill be back to purchase another pair just because of that heroic employee that helped me every step of the way. My husband bought a pair of $300 work books 4 months ago and made sure to keep his receipt just in case he needed to use the warranty. Well his boots started leaking so he took the boots and the receipt to the store today and Danner now isnt honoring their warranty. My husband asked, doesnt your warranty cover leaking boots, the rep said yes...but they still arent going to honor their warranty. My husband has been using their boots for four years, but never again. Absolutely poor customer service.

Extremely negative experience. From customer service to quality of the product I had purchased. At $380 I would expect not just better quality but better customer service.

I like Danner products but as for the customer service at the Tanasbourne store it was below par for sure. There were 4 people behind the counter with no customers in the store when I walked in and none of them seemed to want to help. They all seemed to just want to stare out the windows into thin air. Not one of them had a smile on their face nor greeted you with a energetic attitude. They might as well not even have been there, I could have helped myself. I would highly recommend to the store manager or area manager that these people go through customer service training or not be in sales. I will not be back unless the customer service improves greatly. The only person that treated me well was Ryan and that was when I talked with him on the phone. Good job Ryan!

I went in looking for service boots. The 3 cashiers seemed too busy to help me, given there were 3 of them and only one other customer than myself. They were literally too busy staring into thin air. But then again, they were just cashiers so maybe they arent supposed to help. Maybe its my lucky day? Anyhow, they did not have my model or size.

I work for a national cable company that purchases boots for thousands of techs each year. I got my boots and wore them for three days and the right boot never fit comfortably. I took the boots to the Tanisborne location and got no help what so ever. I was told that the boots were worn and that I would have to drive to another location if I wanted any help. I felt like the employee didnt care and that Danner wasnt interested in backing their product. I spend more than 40 hours per week on my feet in these boots and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. As of right now I am considering returning my boots and switching to back to Red Wing who had never treated me this way. What a shameful way for a company to act especially when they advertise speaking about the quality of their product. FYI the product includes standing behind you stuff especially when things dont go right.
