Beautiful space I love my nails, love the salon the people are super nice and I just love the atmosphere .

The day after I got a manicure, I got a fungal infection and my nail bed was red, painful, and swollen. I have never had that happen to me until I got a manicure at this place. This nail salon is not clean. I Do not recommend this place.

I went with my mom and 6 year old daughter. My daughter was so excited to do her first Pedicures and she like to talk to the lady who doing her nails. The lady was so quite and looks like angry . My daughter keep trying to talk to her but no response from her even a single smile.When I tell the front desk lady very polite that I just have one recommendation that the lady who doing nails for the kids suppose to be happy even a smile on face then front desk lady reply me that she have been working 6 hours straight they cant do it. So rude.They kept asking us to other pedicure which is extra, I told no we need regular. They did no massage at all and when my mom said can you do little bit more clean my heals she said thats why we are saying take the another package. I will not going there any more. Thats it.

First time at this nail salon and it was great! Tiffany did my nails and she was so good and fast! Showed her a pic of what I wanted and she nailed it! Cant wait to come back for next design!

I love this place. Been coming here since I moved here 5 years ago. Van is so nice, takes her time and does a great job. If I can’t get in with her the others girls take great care of me! Love love love this place

Tom always goes above and beyond when doing my nailI I always feel welcomed the rest of the staff is super friendly and the pictures don’t do my nails enough justice.

Had a terrible experience at this nail salon. Not only was the nail tech rude and handled my hands aggressively, but she refused to clip my nails to the length I wanted. She had me take the nail clippers and cut them myself. That set the tone for the rest of my visit here and she didn’t ask me to wash my hands after putting lotion and oil on them. After asking her to let me go wash my hands prior to polishing my nails, she sighed in frustration. To top it all off, she did a poor job polishing my nails and wouldn’t fix the polish when one of my nails got ruined. This salon was not Clean. I had a bad experience altogether. Would not recommend this place.

Love the services they offered here at such a great price. For a basic pedicure one receives a paraffin dip, massage with hot stones, a compliment drink in a relaxing environment! They are child friendly as well!

My mom, husband, my son and I have been using services from Vive since 2018!Heidi is our go to person there - she provides exceptional services be it eyebrows waxing, pedicure, manicure or facials. She is the best!I recommend all the locals to go visit Vive Nails!

They werent on time even tho i had appointment.. we didnt get offered a drink even after i mentioned that out loud twice... i got charged $25 for a polish change on one foot cuz I have a cast on the other foot!!! They over charged for little work. I got my daughter a basic pedicure and was $48 and they cut her toenails way too short,!!! I will never go there again!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Sucked!!!!

Brandi was my nail tech she sits at table 3. Her co-workers acted like that wasnt her name so Im sure she probably told me a fake one.This is my 4th time coming to get my nails done and I had a full set done with acrylic and gel. I had a picture that I came in with on my phone and check with Brandy before she ever sat down to start work on my nails to see if this picture was doable (3rd pic). she said yeah and started working on my nails. I picked out my colors and unfortunately they didnt have that Rose glitter gold that I wanted but I found two glitter colors that might compare if stacked on top of each other.I checked with Brandy before she ever started working on my nails if we could test out these two glitter colors on top of each other on just one nail before we started doing all of my nails. She said yes thats fine and I assume she understood what I was asking.she became irritated with me when I asked her to fix my shape then became argumentative with me when I had explained that my tips were not even. Then when I asked her to fix another nail she says oh my God in response. Im already pretty put off at this point but need my nails finished...Now its time to do the polish on my nails and I asked her about the two glitter colors and she tells me we dont have time for that!!!! Im absolutely dumbfounded at this point because I specifically talked with her in the very beginning to make sure that she was willing to do this and then halfway through my nails she tells me that we dont have time? Im sorry but what do you have time for then lady? Are you not sitting here doing my nails which takes time?Im more than upset because what i was asking for wasnt hard to do at all and then i find out she used the wrong red color!! She didnt do ANYTHING i asked! On top of that she took the lamp off my right hand a minute too soon and the gel polish was still wet underneath and ended up chipping and then peeling so much off by the end of the night it was pointless to even get my nails done.I likely wont be back!!!

Happy with my gel nails! Was able to get in and out, I would like to compliment the color board for a wide variety and ease of choice. Havent had false nails in over a decade and this experience will probably have me going back in the future. A fair price for the service and final product!

We need options when it comes to nails and beauty! So I went and tried out Vive Nails & Spa! It’s a very reliable nail salon I had my nails done with Lisa who doesn’t mind that sometimes I like to be proactive with my nails 🤭 and add designs or sparkles ✨ on my own! This time though she did everything, I wanted a mini-stiletto and she nailed it! Haha 🤗 it was quick but thorough and very professional she is not afraid to give you her opinion of a design or color and usually she’s right on! I give it 4 stars 🌟 instead of 5 because the place is a bit too cozy if you get what I mean! 😉 One can feel crowded at times but the pedicure chairs are great massage chairs and it’s a nice friendly environment. In the end the prices are very accessible and the therapy deluxe spa pedicure I got was fan-tas-tic! My feet were ultra soft and relaxed by the massage Lisa gave me, she really used pressure in the right spots without being painful but relaxing! I really enjoyed Lisa being the one who tended to me! Highly recommend her!

Horrible service set an appointment and they said they were too busy asked if I could come back they didn’t call me to tell me they were busy had me drive all the way there after I set an appointment they were rude horrible customer service.

The prices are never consistent. Are used to be a very good client so did my two daughters and friend we will never be back. The set prices that are listed are not true and they take advantage of kids when they go and up charge

Woman drilled into and through my toe nail while removing shellac, was told I was sensitive for being in pain when my skin was showing throw underneath. She tried to argue with me saying she needed to remove the rest of the nail polish and I told her she couldn’t take off my nail to do it. After enough arguing she gets someone else to finish it and they realize how deeply I’ve been drilled in to and apologize. They charged me full price and had me wait an additional 20 min for the fill I originally came in for.

Prices have raised which sucks but they have the best variety of colors for regular or shellac. Today I got the holographic nails and I love them!! Service is friendly plus they offer mimosas

Made appointments days in advance only to have them be over 20 minutes late on a Tuesday. Things happens so that’s not the end of the world but to be rushed along and end with white paint all over the skin of your nails is a bummer !! Asked Tony to help clean them up he told me to wash them later ... He had a pedi to get to ! I have very short nails and spots of them don’t have paint? I suppose it’s on my skin .

Just ok. Never heard of having to pay for your own nail file, but I guess its just different from where Im from. I have yet to find a place that does a great job with the callous removal service, and this place continues to prove me right. :-/ Was not at all impressed. I do find it absolutely rude and unprofessional for someone to be on their cell phone in the middle of giving a service. That needs to stop. The place is very clean and there are a lot of manicure/pedicure stations, so we did not have to wait, which was nice. The complimentary drinks were also a nice touch.

My first time getting pedicures, and it was fantastic! The lady was so kind, helped me feel comfortable, and did such a wonderful job. The drinks are good, they waxed my legs wonderfully and catered to my request to be in the same room. A little pricy but I thought it was totally worth it. And we accidentally stayed almost an hour past closing but they were understanding and still made it a great experience!

I am always happy when I get my nails done at Vive. They have many experienced and talented technicians that are always up to date with new techniques and styles. I have been a Vive customer for years and they will always have my business.

Great manicure for a great price! I always get the dip and they last forever -- two weeks now and only getting them redone because theyre growing out. The pedicure was only slightly disappointing because they wouldnt give me a color polish unless I did Shellac but overall this place is great!

I had previously gone to another salon and I became more and more dissatisfied. The last time I was there the technician cut my two big toenails so short and did not clean them properly under the nails to the point that my nails were starting to look and feel ingrown. Tu, the technician at Vine Nails, did a great job of cutting my nails properly and cleaned under the nails, showing me how much stuff that had not been cleaned out, plus he said my nails had a really bad odor! Tu treated me kindly by listening to me and agreeing that I did not get the result in the past that I should have received which could have lead to a serious situation - thankfully, I’m not diabetic!

Best shellac manicure ever! She shaped my nails perfectly and applied the polish evenly. No gaps! I really enjoyed the hot stone massage with the pedicure as well. Ive never had that offered to me before!

My service provider named Jenny was excellent. She took really excellent care of me during my pedicure. This salon is clean and very professional. I wasn’t rushed and I liked the atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my service and would come back again as well as recommend it to all my friends.

If you want beautiful nails ask for Mimi! She does an amazing job on my powder nails and pedicures. She makes sure you are happy and takes her time.

I went with my daughter in law and granddaughter to get our nails done. They wanted shellac, I wanted acrylic, my daughter in law waited half an hour, granddaughter 45 minutes, there was 8 people there to do nails, after an hour waiting I informed them if they didnt do my nails in the next few minutes they would need to cancel me because they would make me late for her dance recital. After 90 minutes they called me and said they were ready and it took so long because only 3 of the 8 people knew how to do acrylic nails. Are they not a nail salon?? WTF??

This place is honestly the best. I trust my nail technician with everything I do there- down to selecting a color. She no longer has to ask me how I like them- I just sit down and she does her thing! I would tell you who, but then I’d never be able to get in to see her! Their prices are super fair compared to what’s on the market and the work is such high quality. I’ve tried just about every nail salon in the Tanasbourne area and I’m now 100% loyal. The mimosas are great, too! Every place is going to get complaints, but remember the kind of attitude a bad reviewer probably went in with. Trust all the stellar reviews guys; this place is worth it.

Big huge NO! It was my first time at Vive Nail Spa. I called to make an appointment at 11. I got there and I waited for 25 minutes until a lady came to do my nails. Why make an appointment if Im just going to wait almost half an hour? The lady didnt even talk to me, she was very rude and I tried making conversation with her. I wish I wouldve asked for her name. She made me pay before she put polish on my nails. (Which was weird, normally you dont pay until the service is done...) After she polished my nails she had me sit at the nail drying station. I sat there for 30 minutes while my nails dried. She didnt come by once to check on me!!! I got up and left. My nails came out okay... Ive seen better, but the customer service was HORRIBLE. Definitely not worth the wait. Save your money and go somewhere you will be treated right!!!

I went to Vive nails twice in the last month. The first time I scheduled a manicure and they were unable to get us in until more than 30 minutes after our scheduled time. I ended up getting a dip manicure ($40) that started peeling at the edges within one week, so when I went back at a week and a half, I got a pedicure and asked to have my dip manicure removed (an extra $10). The pedicure was fine but the nail technician was super impatient in the removal of my manicure and took off several layers of my nails with her drill. Ultimately, the dip manicure ruined my nails, lasted less than two weeks and cost me over $50. Ill never go back to Vive Nails.

Been going here for years now faithfully but lately I’m getting very frustrated. I work 3 jobs so my windows of free time to do things for myself are very limited. I’ll come in, it’s busy so I ask to schedule an appointment later that day. So when I drive all the way back thinking they will be ready at the time we agreed upon, they tell me it’s another 20 minutes or they have me sit down and I’m waiting for half an hour and nobody shows up to do my nails or to let me know what is going on. This has happened 3 times now. I tip well and I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I love it! Ive been getting my nails done for 8+ years and I have never been to a place where you are taken care of the minute you walk through the door like they do at Vive Nails. They work with my crazy nail designs and have such a wide range of color varieties! They are clean, prompt and always so accommodating.

I had made an appointment. I went in today (4/19/2019) I was help a lady (wish I knew her name), she WASNT patient when I was deciding my shellac color! When doing my pedicure she was rushing. Max time (12-15 minutes)She didnt do the following on me- didnt asked to get my nails cut or file only. She didnt use hot towels on my legs. She didnt scrab the back of my heels. She did a 2 minutes massage on my legs. The MAIN REASON why I think this happened was because a lot of people started to come in. Oh I did the $33 pedicure + 10 for shellac. I normally would speak up, but there was at lot of people. I didnt want to make a scene. Now I am currently at Avalon Nails in Cedar Hills which I highly recommend!!!!! Cant Express this enough! Tina is the tech who is currently doing my pedicure and fixing there mistake🤦‍♀️ THANK YOU AVALON NAILS!!!!!

This place has really changed in the last year. They do not care about the quality of your nails or making you happy. It is all focused on money, and getting to the next customer. Ive been going here over a year and they dont even offer me a drink anymore. I got tired of the girls being rude to me. They also cancelled my appointment an hour before I was suppose to go in. Super unprofessional. You guys lost a loyal customer.

I have been going to Vive for over 3 years now. I have never had a bad manicure and if anything goes awry, (think smudged or broken nail) they have always been prompt to fix it for me. They are quick and do beautiful work. Its my pamper place and they do make me feel pampered. I just go in and let them do their thing and feel like a queen.

I got a so pedicure and a gel manicure. The results were pretty good, complimentary beverages are a nice touch. However staff was a little pushy about not accepting when I did not want to upgrade my pedicure or add nail art. I ended up okaying an ombre glitter I didnt really want that was a little sloppily done. Would give 5 stars if I didnt know going back meant having to be firm with no multiple times for the same questions.

So, I have been unimpressed before, but am a glutton for punishment. My sister, mom and I went to get a pedicure and manicure. They kept pressuring us to get the more expensive treatments, they were imptient and rude. They didnt even shape my nails. At check out, my sister did not realize there wasnt a place to leave a tip, but after paying 168 dollars for pedicure and dip manicure,and not being impressed by the service, it should not have mattered. The woln who did her nails started shouting about how my sister walked out without leaving a tip. Although tips are expected for service, they should always be optional based on satisfaction. I left a tip for my service and my sisters. But, theyre very unprofessional and rude. Also, they used UV for dip, when thats supposed to be the whole reason dip is better for your nail bed. We will not be going back.

They were rushing. Didnt get what i asked for on my nails. They look good but its not what i wanted. They didnt put top coat on my whole nail. They only put top coat on about half of my finger nail. Nobody was even at the place but they were rushing. Talking smack about me and my sister in chinese. Just because we wanted something specific. Wouldnt go back.

Needed a fill in 5 days of getting a full set. Made an appointment to go back.Terrible customer service.Please stop talking in your language when you are working on clients so awkward! Gave them a second chance. Won’t ever be back

I’ve been a loyal customer the past few months. The nails the ladies do here keep getting worse and worse. They look trashy, peeling in 2 days with paint that looks like a kindergartener had a go at my nails. They’re only good at waxing✌🏼 I even had stitches I told the girl REPEATEDLY “please be gentle I have stitches” and she STILL man handled me then complained over my tip😂😂😂 final straw right there.

Me and my mother had a very upsetting experience here we been going here regularly for the past 6 months and we ALWAYS tips we’ll not only we were 2 mins late but TWO PEOPLE got to go ahead of after they had us sitting there for 15mins so we left. happy birthday to me !!! 😁🖕🏾

I only get the basic pedicures and I always tell them this. Nevertheless they ALWAYS push and upsell or just simply do things I didnt ask for and then expect me to pay for it. It isnt my job to know whats included in all the levels of service. Its your job to do WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER REQUESTS. And please dont pull my toes in a foot massage. Just dont.

Got my nails done yesterday and my nails look horrible. I went here on a friends recommendation and it was rushed, didnt pay attention to my nails at all or the design I wanted. My shellac paint is coming off on one hand and on the other the paint looks like there was a bubble and collapsed. Not worth the money I paid to get my nails done

Its 50/50 that my nails will look the way I want. It would be great if the person doing your nails would actually speak to you. Not just carry on a conversation with their co worker the entire time your there.

I called to make an appointment for 3pm and than I called back and said I would be 10 minutes late. I come in at 310 and had me sit at the station for 30 minutes. The girl at #2 station came to grab her phone and left. So I called 5 star nails and made an appointment. Worste service ever!

HORRIBLE customer service. And they make such a big deal about making your nails perfect and they don’t ever come out that way. They did try and fix my nails. And insisted that I had colored my hair and that was the cause of my nails staining. All they did was buff my nail and repaint it. It still had the stains show through. I took them off by biting them off and they popped off with no force.

This is my favorite nail salon, they always make sure the finished product is good quality and if not-theyll take you back to the table to fix it. My nails always come out perfect, I love that they dont just put 2 coats of polish on-theyll its enough to make sure the color is every and full!

I didn’t get what I asked for. Rushed me and my granddaughter through, made me pay before getting started and kept trying to upsell me when I reminded him that I wanted shellac and kept trying to talk my granddaughter to getting flowers on for $3 each nail. I didn’ t want to pay till the end so depending on the level of service I receive would determine how much I would add for tip. They said tip- cash only, pay now. Didn’t talk to me almost the whole time, instead speaking loudly to his co-worker, but when service was almost over, attempted to make small talk, but I saw right through- just wants to act nice to get big tip but didn’t care much what I had to say and totally dismissed the fact that I wanted shellac. Never offered us a drink like most of the clients, drinking their mimosas, Poor service, unsanitary, and my polish has already chipped - less than 2 hrs post manicure. NOT RECOMMENDED.

You know, Ive been going here for a long time. Thier quality has gone drastically downhill. I have given them all of the chances I will. I wont go there again. I could gave done a better job. In fact I went home, reshaped them, and repainted them, third time in a row. Also, if you say anything about warning them to shape them correctly they get all bent out of shape and an even crappier job. If anyone knows of a place that does QUALITY nails, let me know.

Not a big fan of this nail salon. A co-worker recommended this place and said that they had low prices, good manicures, and free drinks. My little sister was visiting from out of town, so we scheduled a 1030am appointment to get our nails done. They rushed through our manicures and we were out the door by 1045. Less than an hour after leaving, we both noticed bubbles in the paint and chipped pieces of polish. We had a super busy weekend planned and didnt have a chance to return to have them fixed. It is now 2 days after I had my nails done, and at least half of my nails are missing big chunks of polish. This place has great prices, but at least in my experience, it sacrifices the quality.

If you need to be treated right, pampered and get a good dose of relaxation, these talented people consistently deliver!!!

I always go to Heidi for my pedis. She remembered my face and name after my first visit. I have been a nail salon addict for years now and I’ve never had a nail tech that worked so hard on my feet. It’s definitely my go to pedi place. But if you want a set or a fill I suggest trying to get into angels nails. But she’s super booked all the time so don’t go there if you’re impatient. Tired of bad reviews against my girls for trivial matters such as being to busy.

Went there yesterday for the very first time to get my acylics removed and new ones. Fantastic job. Loved the experience and conversation flow. They were packed when I walked in but I waited less then five minutes for a nail stylest. I dont remember her name but she did such a great job. Definitely found my new nail salon.

Really Bummed. I was here once before and it was okay, do I decided to go back. My nails did not come out well at all, and on top of that I was charged an extra five dollars for glitter on top of a nude coat. Which would have been fine, but I was not informed. To top that off both my friend and I were told that the ATM did not have a transaction fee for pulling out cash, and sure enough there was a charge for both of us. I feel lied to as a customer and it just irked me, not to mention my nails were thick with too many coats. I am generally the one to blow this stuff off, but I had to share.

I have been going here every 2 weeks for 2 years give or take a few when my nails are off and I am letting the rest. They have always done a great job and have never been rude to me. I have seen them be rude to others but only when the other party is rude first. Ive had my nails done by every person in that shop and never had an issue. When I break a nail they fix it for free. This place is great as long as you respect the techs. Ive recommend it many times!

This was my first visit to this salon with my daughter. We had an appt at 1:30 pm. We were taken in pretty quickly however my daughters pedicure started immediately but my person did not get started until about 20 mins later. She started her manicure right after that and was finished when my pedicure still was not finished yet. We had both plan to do both nails and toes but ran out of time. The staff is very nice. However they did cut my daughters toe and nicked one of her fingernails. Maybe a little more practice needed. Very busy place, felt a little rushed. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.
