Not only did the finish product, signage for our company, look stellar, but their attentiveness to our wants and needs and their prompt communication were equally stellar. This is the sign company we will be doing all future business with.Before communicating with Impact Sign Co., we had spoken with two other local sign companies in Hillsboro, OR, but they never followed up with us. They would be coming out to meet us and take measurements for our location, but after one month neither company showed up or ever communicated with us again.Impact Sign Company responded to our request very quickly and did amazing work. This company has installed numerous wraps for our business. Theyve done an excellent job, and while I cant say they are the fastest (sometimes Im impatient, or the job has had a setback), theyve always done a superb job. We have not had a problem with the installations theyve performed for us! I highly recommend using them for your printing and installation needs.

I waisted my time going here. The guy behind the counter had no knowledge of what they had. Everytime I said what about this. He said he had to call the supplier.I said call and find out. He said he would have to call me back? Poor service

Ive worked with Impact for the last five years, and on average, they print one project per week for my business. Dan and James are responsive, timely, and produce great work - whether its a small wall poster or a large-scale print project. I love working with such an awesome local business, and Ive referred several clients their way.

Well I almost hate to give away one of the secrets to our success but these guys make all of our signs and Scott and his crew there are absolutely amazing! Theres nothing they cant print on or design and for anybody in marketing or owns a business or runs an organization you must go in and see the many materials and uses that they have come up with! We would give them a six or seven start if we could but we cant but I know one thing, we could not live without them!

We called a week out to see if they could have decals added to one of our fleet vehicles on a particular day. They said no problem. We then had to have 3 people make travel arrangements as the vehicle had to be transported to another state. I called the day before it was supposed to be done to check in and spoke to the owner, Scott, who said that it would be ready. We didnt hear from them on the day that it was supposed to be ready so i called them at 2pm and again spoke to Scott. He said it wouldnt be ready until the next day. No explanation, no call to give us a warning, nothing. He just asked why we couldnt just pick it up in the morning before it left town which was very condescending.Any sign company can cut and place signs. It was the customer service that we expected to receive (to some degree) which we did not. We did not get a call warning us it wouldnt be ready the day prior or the day of. We did not get an apology on the phone. We did not get an apology when we picked up the vehicle today after we all had to make new arrangements.And this is what is on their website:Because of our commitment to customer service, no project is too big or small, no timeline unattainable and nothing is impossible.We are obviously too small of a company, our timeline was unattainable and there was no customer service except for the nice lady who answered the phone. We will not be using their services again.

Made all of our condominium signs, way finding, building, Unit, street names, speed limit, private property and they obtained needed city permits. Thank you Dan!
