Main Florist is the best!! Arrangements are always gorgeous. Kim and her staff took wonderful care of my family when my father passed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The casket spray we ordered for my aunts funeral was simply gorgeous, and delivered as directed. We were very pleased.

Very disappointed. I ordered Mothers Day flowers and asked if the flowers are left sitting outside. I was told they call first and if they have problems they call me.I called the florist about 1:30 the day the flowers were to be delivered and was told they were out for delivery.I called Mom about 7:30 p.m. to ask if she received anything and she said no. She checked her voicemail and there was nothing. She checked the front and side door.The flowers were sitting outside the side door and 1/2 of the water had been drank up by the flowers. The flowers had clearly been sitting outside for a long time.If I had not called Mom, the flowers would have been outside all night long.I called Main Florist and was told that during busy times a third party delivery service is used. She didnt sound concerned about what happened. Kinda rude. I told her I wouldnt be using them again. She made a sound like she didnt care. I told her I was sorry she didnt care. She made another sound and hung up on me.She said she was the manager. But what manager acts like this? Rude? Dont care? Hangs up on you? Flower shop?My father used this florist for years. He would be disappointed. I wont order from there again.

I called to see if they could do same delivery since it wasnt available. She told me I could go ahead and order it and theyll do same day delivery. My grandparents loved their flowers. I live hours away and will definitely be ordering from here again!

They did an awesome arrangement for a friend in the hospital and she said it instantly brightened up her room! Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service! Requested refund because the the arrangent for my daughters 16th birthday was completely wrong. Name name spelt wrong, no birthday wishes, and a mothers day Ballon. Was told no refund because at least I recieved something. Couldve lived with the name spelling but it was everything down to be glad I got something that really makes this place!

I was ordering out of town and I thought the flowers online look beautiful. So I try my luck and use them to make some flowers for my friend funeral, but they wasn’t what they look like on line they were ugly done. Maybe cause they did a rush job on them and I let the lady know if they didn’t have time to do them just let me Know and I Could call some other flower shop to do them. I didn’t care how much they would cost as long they were beautiful. I spend 160. For nothing.

Ordered a dozen roses, only 1 delivered.. this is the 3rd time this has been an issue with this florist. My husband regularly sends me flowers, and will no longer be using Main Florist. If I had not sent him the picture of the one rose and chocolate then he would have never known that the dozen roses he paid for wasn’t delivered. They re-delivered the dozen roses (with no bow and the arrangement looked sad to say the least, my co worker actually re arranged them for me because they were so pitifully arranged) after my husband was aware of the mistake and called them, the only explanation is that “the driver messed up”. I find that hard to believe when the correct card was on the one rose. When the dozen roses were delivered, the front desk was told “she can keep the other roses”.. as if I was causing an inconvenience.The mix up the time before, the “driver” made me give her back the small arrangement when she delivered the larger, correct arrangement.Up to this point, I’ve loved all the beautiful arrangements we have gotten from them. With the sad arrangement of the dozen roses (for Valentine’s Day) and the inability to own up to their mistakes and make right by offering a refund or a discount on the next order, we’re done with Main florist

Amazing florist and customer service!

My son and his wife ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day through Main Florist, they live in New Jersey.The flowers for the most part a nice, with the exception the white roses are dead already after just 72 hours of receiving them.The delivery person called to inform me they were delivering, so I called the shop and the lady was very nice and said she would call the delivery person back and have her leave them in the green house, I also tried returning the call to the delivery driver as well to inform her I was not home, this time she answered and she told me she had already left them on top of a table on the porch about 45 minutes prior to my call, I was concerned because we were experiencing wind gusts up to 40 mph.I ran home to find them laying over on top of the table where she’d placed them.As I got back into my vehicle I seen a missed call from the shop, it was the nice lady informing me that the delivery driver had left the flowers “under the table” on the porch “30 minutes prior”.I’m not sure how much my son paid for the flowers, but in any case when people choose to shop with you above good customer service honesty from all parties concerned is just as important.

Very disappointed with what we received. We wanted exactly as the picture showed in the funeral bouquet. Instead are orange lilies were substituted with more sunflowers. So we paid $200 to get a bunch of cheap flowers delivered for a funeral and we did not receive a phone call saying there would be a substitution. in the instructions for the order we specifically listed that we did not want any substitutions whatsoever. and of course the flower shop said that was their discretion and that the flowers that we had seen in the initial bouquet where rare and had to be brought from South America but that is not our problem that is their problem. Once again a small-business plays the victim. Never again will I do business with this store.

Main Florist did all of my flowers for my wedding and also for a company event. They were absolutely beautiful! Kim does a wonderful job and was so helpful throughout the whole process. She definitely exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be using Main Florist for ALL of my flower needs!

Called in and pre-order some flowers to be delivered to wifes place of work now cant get anyone to answer been calling repeatedly for hours.. also the flowers I ordered said $59.99 on website they charged close to $90(they did not fix anything dont know why they commented and acted like they did)

This place put a big dent in my wife’s Valentine’s Day. Luckily it wasn’t the best surprise up my sleeve. But I had ordered flowers, balloons and chocolates to be delivered to my wife’s place of work and they arrived late after my wife had already left for the day and there were no chocolates! I tried to call them three separate times and no one ever answered the phone. I left two messages on their answering machine and still no one ever called me back. This place has the worst customer service. And I definitely did not get what I paid for. We will not be coming back to this place for our florist needs.
