Parts and service departments both great. Andre and Howard both took great care of me.
Service department is exceptional. Very communicative they make sure you understand what needs to be done or what they recommend and never have I ever felt that theyre pushing services that arent needed. Just completed an oil change and I cant recommend them more highly.
Was ran better as Bruce
I bought my vehicle from a Beaverton chevrolet dealership and after dealing with them a few times realized I needed to try a different service department. Bruce chevrolet service was really good. The were quick to assist and had my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Very professional.
The 2 guys that helped me where great...I drove from Woodburn. Because when I called they were super nice over the phone. I will be back. Its the best chevrolet service center that I have ever gone to.
There to pick up a car from service and a sale men would not stop talking to me about buying my truck even through me trying to stop him and tell him Im only there for a service pick up, comes off as rude
The employees are very nice
Great team and service
They ordered a part, assured me it would be three days, been over a week and not a word from them. Had an appointment early a.m. six hours later and no update, if they say they will call you dont expect a call.
I love Bruce Chevrolet. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable .I bought a car here and I would recommend to family. The salesman went out of his way to work a loan I could afford.
We got a beautiful red 2019 Equinox!!Elizabeth and Danny were wonderful and easy to work with!! Go and see them!!
I am extremely disappointed in what took place at Bruce Chevrolet. My husband and I live in Florence which is 3.5 hours away from the dealership. I originally called and spoke with a man named Joey about a Toyota Highlander I found on car gurus, but it was way out of our price range. He told me they had three more highlanders including one they had just gotten in that day. He said it was priced at $29,995. I told him that is still out of our price range and we are trying to keep it at $28,000. He said that was a budget they could work with. I told my husband about the highlander and he was very interested. I received a voice message later that day from Kyle stating if I had any questions to please give him a call. I called back the next day but both Joey And Kyle were unavailable so I left a message to have someone contact me as I did have more questions. I did suggest texting would be best for me as I work Monday - Friday. Travis did text me back and we had discussed the highlander in more detail. My parents live up in Beaverton so my dad went out to test drive the vehicle. They originally showed the him the wrong highlander (same year, same color) but when my dad verified the VIN it was the wrong one. The guy found the correct vehicle and my dad looked it over and was pleased, but he was unable to do a test drive as they could not locate the key. My dad drove back the next day (another hour there and back) and did a test drive. My husband and I spoke with Travis on the phone that evening and everything seemed to be falling into place. The vehicle was going through detailing and inspection that day and it wasn’t quite finished. Travis said if it didn’t finish tomorrow while my husband was there, he would personally drive it down to Florence for us. We ended the call but realized we didn’t get to talk price so we called Travis back and I informed him that Joey said the vehicle was listed for $29,995 but our budget was $28,000 and that I was told you guys could work with that. Travis said it is hard to talk price specifics over the phone. My husband then said that he doesn’t want to make the 3.5 hour drive one way if that won’t work and asked if he should still come up. Travis said yes definitely still come up. My husband left Florence at 6 am the following morning as he wanted to be there when they opened. He did the test drive and once they sat down to sign papers the highlander was now $36,995. They did try to negotiate the price but would only drop 2k. Which was still way out of our budget and almost 7 grand more than we were told originally. My husband left without the new highlander. Needless to say, we will Never be doing business with Bruce Chevrolet again as this was a huge mistake on their part and an entire day wasted for my husband. He drove 7 hours round trip to find out they lied to us about the price and were not able to work with our budget.
Great service department. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
My friend recently had to get her vehicles manufacturers faulty ignition changed due to...issues. I went into the main sales floor where I was rudely approached by an elderly man with glasses as he looked me up and down giving me a very judgemental vibe. I feel like he maybe voted for Trump if you know what that implies. #BadCustomerService #DissapointedAmercia
Great service. Everyone is friendly.
I was travelling to the Oregon Coast from Utah. My 2013 Silverado got a check engine light when I was in Cannon Beach. I called Jason, and Justin in service, and the told me to come in the next day. I made the 1hr 20min drive to their facility, they ran the code and thought it was a sensor, they told me about 2 hours, and said they would be glad to provide a shuttle for my wife and I to go get breakfast while we waited. After a full diagnosis by their diesel tech it was determined that the problem was slightly more involved and the problem would take most of the day to repair, because they had to get a part. I did not want to wait at the dealership all day and they said I could get a car from the Enterprise car lot down the street at their cost. Juan took my wife and I there, we got a car, and spent a wonderful day in Portland. We were called and told by Jason that my truck was done and it was ready to go.I know this is long, but these people made my day, and really saved a vacation. Jason, Justin, Rafael, Juan, and the cashier up front were forthcoming and honest when it came to repairs and time frames. Thank you to all these people at Bruce Chevrolet!!!!
Looking at a Kodiak they have on their lot and was told a price via phone. Came in to test drive the vehicle and was told a price that was $10k+ more. That sales person no longer works at this dealership I was told but not happy with their sales department one bit!!!!! Will not be back!
Fast and friendly service! My oil change is a lot cheaper than Oil Can Henrys and Jeffy Lube!
Brought it in for a dash light. They immediately jumped to the most expensive part possible. Then, being the experts I assumed they must know what theyre talking about. Almost $1000 later the light came back on, and they refused to acknowledge theyd misdiagnosed it. Just wanted hundreds more dollars to try fixing other components. I ended up fixing it myself for $50. I was really hoping thered be a decent Chevy certified service shop around me. Apparently not.
Parts department was very helpful.
Do not trust this service department! They claim to have repaired our company truck and charged 3500! Now the truck has the same symptoms and they are asking 5500! This is a very dishonest service department!
$10 oil change
Love the service.
