The actual parts department at the dealership is great. Always very friendly and easy to work with. Only four stars because of the online ordering. I ordered a part, which was simple enough, a couple days later I got confirmation it had shipped, then nothing for 4 weeks. The confirmation email has a “customer service” phone number but when you call, it’s three different sales pitches (are you over 60? Are you on Medicare? Do you want roadside assistance? Press 1 now!) then hangs up on you. Also, no shipping tracking number or anything else. I called the dealership directly and it turns out my part I ordered is just sitting there waiting for me. Not sure how long it’s been sitting but at least I can go get it now.
