Went in to have my bumper and license plate fixed from an accident. Told them the other driver was paying for the repair and that I wanted the bumper restored to as new. They sent me the quote and said theyd touch up some pealing paint spots on my hood so I said great. I figured since theyre painting. The damage was to the license plate holder and the bumper in a spot as big as a silver dollar. The cost was $255. Took it in and was told Id receive a call to let me know how long. I never received the call and needed to get it before end of day. Called and apparently it was ready.When I went an saw it I was shocked. Only the license plate holder was replaced (a 5min job) and then the damage was covered with what looked like white-out fluid! The chipped paint spots were covered up with some thin transparent similar white-out. All in all I could have done what was done in less than 10min with no exaggeration while keeping the money. I do my own repairs too. I felt like i was certainly taken for a ride so theyd collect the money the responsible party was willing to pay. So I got my car back still damaged and no compensation.They said the estimate said touch up. I said specifically said what I wanted done and the gentlemen was in agreement. I just considered it the language for such work.They were polite from the beginning but nevertheless it doesnt change what was done and the outcome. Job done, including license plate holder worth no more than $50.

Brought in a Toyota Tacoma to get some body and paint work done, Color All did a great a job and was done in a timely manner! The paint matched perfectly, couldn’t tell there was damage before.

Tim was very happy to help and suggested ways I could stay within my budget.I was very specific with my color choice but when I gave Tim the paint code he suggested that this might not have the elements I was expecting. I appreciated that he noticed this and it allowed me to double check color I chose.Throughout the process Tim sent me photos updating me on the progress and encouraged me to stop by anytime to check up on it, which I did. My kids joined me on an occasion and they always felt welcome. When I left for a few days I continued to receive photos which I appreciated.ColorAll LLC’s great customer service continued after the painting of my car. They helped with other aspects of my project that were outside the scope of painting.Everyone I worked with at ColorAll LLC was very genuine and honest. They worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the project and willing to address any issue I might have had. They want to earn your business by being fair and honest. I felt like they delivered on that and would recommend them.

Were very happy with the work that ColorAll did for us!We took our 2003 F-250 in for some much needed TLC. Paint matching, bodywork, plus an interior and exterior detail. The paint matching was perfect as was the bodywork and panel fit. It honestly looks as good as it did when it was new 18 years ago. All the work was performed on-time and at a price that cant be beat. I needed to remove a rooftop ac unit from my van. I called several shops but they couldnt do it. ColorALL was able to do it and for a fair price. WOW! This shop was amazing!! They took in my mother-in-laws PT cruiser and helped piece back together her damaged front end. What a great team here! Knowledgeable, inviting and warm environment at the shop. Literally warm! I was cozy by the wood stove as I waited for my car to be done. Fast and Fair work! Tim and Chris did a fantastic job on some scratches on the hood and side panels from the previous owner of my car. Someone tried to get some road paint splatter off without the proper tools and knowledge on their own. Tim fixed her up all shiny and good as new. My new to me 2016 Scion IA and I thank you guys at ColorAll for your awesome work!

Everyone was flexible and happy to answer all of my questions, I felt like I was in the loop on what was happening with my vehicle, which was semi-complicated, and I am super happy with the end result. I talk with the owner of this shop Tim is the manI told him my situation as I was in desperate need of help As I wouldn’t not be able to pay up my deductible due to personal issues my 2012 camaro passenger quarter panel was smash in really bad looks like an accordion and progressive gave them their quote of what needed to be done which was to cut and replace the quarter panel the job was more than 3grand with my deductible of 2 grand since I was not able to pay up my deductible I chose to get payed out and seek a less valued repair and that was when I came across Tim as he understood my situation he agreed to take my job and bang the metal out for my pay out of 1400 he tells me he will have it done in at least a week so I drop it off on a Monday I drove by and saw the car sitting out side with nothing done which made me a little upset but Wednesday comes and he only put 4hrs into it and he basically had the damaged fixed and need to be filled with bondo or whatever filler this shop uses I texted him Thursday of that week and got not response till the next following week and he sends some photos of the progress I needed my car back at this point so I can go to work and home he tells me he needs to get some bumper guides for the the car as they were not in the quoted on the quote from progressive As they did not quoted was the painting materials as well he tells me through the phone that these materials won’t be more than a couple hundred dollars and if I can pay for them he will throw in his labor free and spray it for me which I thought was very generous of him as a shop owner and painter so I agreed but I told him my situation again and offer the pay it in payments and he agreed so another week goes by and it’s been 2 weeks and he still wasn’t done he keeps telling me it needs a little more filler and that parts were delayed and he won’t be able to do anything till the bumper guides get to his shop so I was patient I’d rather have my car done right than to be now so I gave him his time and I felt happy knowing my car was going to look great but not as new my expectations were realistic enough the 3rd week comes by and he primes it Tuesday by the end of the day tells me it’ll be done Wednesday so he paints it Wednesday close to the end of the day he closes at 5pm and I was expecting to get my car I’ve been finding my way to get transportation from work and home and for my Other Necessities so I was disappointed to not have my car Thursday comes and it’s finally ready I come the shop look at my car and it looks amazing like wow their was flaws of all kinda from nips to overspray he could have corrected he obviously didn’t car much about my car as I thought he did as he pulled his tape he peeled my passenger door clear off and I could Notice it he said a little bit of touch up would fix it he also chipped my right fender paint I don’t know how my trim molding on the roof was torn at the end and they tried to stick it back together like I wouldn’t notice and then he sends me an invoice of almost 500 dollar extra which he never said a word about and I did not agree to it and as I was questioning him about these problems and my frustration he starts to get upset any other shop should have fixed my door but this shop could care less and he starts losing his cool starts saying that the spray work was worth the money and if he didn’t charge me those 500 he wouldnt be making anything And he could not charge me less because if he did he was basically giving away work which I totally understood I told him hey I’ll pay you half and the cost of that and the bumper guides and he was not cool with it so I payed him full and I did tell home I would make this review online and over other social media and at the this point he was trying to get physical trying to fight with me over the situation I understood he was upset but this is not how you treat costumers I trusted this shop I still payed them and I understood when he would delay the finish day This is probably one of the worst experiences I had and a waste of my time

I was very impressed with the quality of work that the owner presented to me prior to my project his pricing was very reasonable his quality of work was excellent he did exactly what he said he was going to do when he exactly said when he was going to do it I would have no problem referring anyone I know over to him in fact I do have a friend who is looking for some bodywork as well That is going to be heading that direction thank you again for all your help

My door window got busted by someone breaking into my car. I called Color All and the next day Tim had the window ready for me. I brought in my car and he fixed it in a very timely manner at a very reasonable cost. He also vacuumed my whole car made it smell nice and made me leave feeling much better about this whole traumatic experience. I appreciate the little things. Theres a planet fitness, a couple restaurants, a bar and shops a block away so you dont have to wait in the waiting room. Overall this was a really great experience and Ill definitely be coming back.

My wife was hit in rush hour and the guy ran away. We had to fix the bumper and it took less than 1 day to complete a perfect job. I was hesitant that the paint wasn’t going to match but the owner assured me it will be like “nothing happened”. Sure enough it was like “ nothing happened”. Thank you!!

I am a return customer - Took my car back for a second repair - (someone dented my rear quarter panel pretty badly)...The work that ColorAll Auto does is absolutely amazing and my car looks brand new again. Also had them detail the interior so it looks and smells brand new on the inside now too. ColorAll is a true Gem. Quality work...Excellent Customer service...Fast Turnaround and Cost is very reasonable. Their price is a fraction of what other auto body and paint had quoted me. My husband took my car to ColorAll to get the paint fixed on my car as someone keyed both my panel doors. I was a little worried that they will not able to match the color but they did an amazing job....it was perfect - like the keying never happened :-) I recommend ColorAll to anyone who is looking to have some autobody painting done. They even gave my husband a ride back home after he took the car in.
