I stopped in at the Roberts rd location this evening Thurs Aug 5 at 7pm. I picked up some cookies, a honey bun and hand soap. I love that this Big Lots is close to home. Any way... Madeline greeted me as walked up to the register and made sure I found what I needed. Overall, she made my visit to the store a pleasant one. Please recognize her for great customer service please.

Standard Big Lots! Location... tons of items to choose from for better prices than youll find anywhere else. I bought a 14 piece set for a queen bed with comforter/sheets etc, had it for over 2 years now without any issues! Very comfortable. I always check Big Lots for items now before I purchase something for more $$ elsewhere.

The girl who helped us in furniture today 10/30 had such a nasty attitude was extremely rude and said if we don’t like what she said to call corporate. I said okay I will thanks and btw I work at a BL and your attitude is unnecessary. Then she wanted to be nice and helpful once she found out I worked for the same company. Will never go back to 5419’s location again.

Love shopping here because I never know what hidden gems Ill find. I always stock up on La Croix and dog food and treats. The retro candy section is so fun and nostalgic. Ive found Garnier micellar water and sheet masks here as well as Profusion makeup palettes.

My husband and I went here recently because we have been on the hunt for some furniture at big lots and haven’t had any luck ... we have been to a few locations and this one gave us the most distaste ... we were helped by what I can only assume was some sort of upper management small woman with dark hair and glasses who when I started to mention what items I wanted to see were in stock immediately cut me off and just said “I don’t have that”... she literally didn’t even let me finish telling her what item it was... she had no interest in initial checking and only did once I finished my sentence when she realized she wasn’t sure if she had it.. it was very unprofessional and makes me not want to go to back to this location ... I understand that because of the pandemic a lot of items are slow in production but that doesn’t give an employee the right to shut down a customers request before they even finishGo to Dublin or Grove City if you can... where employees are nicer to you

I dont feel its as organized as it once was.. Also they need to make sure all products have a price.. I spent too much time looking for things on my list that they did not have or if they did;I could not find a price for the item..

I seriously love this place. At times you’ll find that as cheap as something might already be, it could be even less expensive at check out. The girls I usually see at the registers are so sweet and funny. It’s a good location and a good place to go for pretty much anything you need. I saw good name brands for really low prices. I’d recommend big lots in Hilliard to anyone and everyone.

My experience today was wonderful! The cashier Megan make sure that I got more bang for my buck which is always a positive thing! If employee of the month is apical at this location I would definitely give her employee of the month shes very personable helpful and knowledgeable of the sales and coupons of the store I will definitely come back and refer my friends to this store!

Hilliard store was a good experience, small store but great and friendly staff!

$149 for a 4-6 week wait on furniture, no same day pickup or delivery, no furniture in stock that they have on display.

Great store. They usually have something for everyone. They have a little of everything at a discount prices. I have shopped at this location every sense they opened. Very clean operation and friendly staff. I would recommend shopping here. Oh yeah....I forgot to mention. Their restrooms are very clean as well

A place to get your stuff. They have a little bit of everything here. You can get your food and a bedroom set. You wont go grocery shopping here but you can grab some odds and ends. They have some good sales here but make sure you look around you might miss some things. Pretty solid store to grab some needed things for your home.

Just came here to look around and ended up purchasing. I wanted to give a big shout out to Nikki the store team lead. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills are beyond great!!

Some of the best rare snackage in the entire city of Columbus reside on this stores shelves. The floor staff gets a little aggressive with the do you need any help sometimes. But if you want to save some money on groceries, its hard to beat this places deals and selection.

Clean store but the prices are kinda high on certain items. I remember Big lots/ the old odd lots to be much cheaper in earlier times, I get prices go up but some of this stuff they sell is almost close to Mall prices. Family Dollar is a much cheaper place to go for household items such as laundry soap, wall hangings etc. There furniture is reasonably priced and usually you can find clearance pricing in certain stores. Staff is friendly overall!

This place has my vote for greatness! Staff always very friendly and helpful. The items are usually a good price.

Reasonable selection with reasonably friendly staff.The stock was in a bit of disarray, like someone when though and knocked stuff around, so it was slightly difficult to see what they had.Prices are also reasonable on some things, but could be cheaper on others.

Overall very happy with this place I review them a few times I have bought furniture from them. I really like to eat chair I have Im sitting it right now its very comfortable its held up to my weight very well. Ive had it for about a year now. Ive had no issues. They currently have a Christmas special of holly day and body soap fragrances. And I believe theyve expanded their pet care line at the Grandview area. Overall very happy.

One of my favorite places to shop for nothing in particular. Fun place to browse. Almost always get cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, & coffee pods here. Fun and unusual decor too.

The store has remodelled and its refreshing! Everything is grouped and organized very nicely. The store was clean and easy to navigate with a cart. As always, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Purchased a couch a few days ago, came back and they gave me 20% off of it for being a member of their saving program (today only special). The assistant manager and staff member I dealt with were very polite and accommodating considering they were busy, very much appreciate their help!

The store is always clean and the staff are friendly, but so many of the shelves are often picked over. It’s hard to find things.At Christmas, there is so much glitter on seasonal items it’s ridiculous.

You can find unusual items that very cheap. For example, olive oil from Italy, flowers from Holland, nice toys for kids. I bought tree tea lotion for $1,everywhere is $5. Happy shopper

Understaffed otherwise best price and wide variety of products

This newly renovated Big Lots is a great stop for odds and ends, anything from food/snacks to home essentials, office supplies, electronics, and even some furniture. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and easy to navigate.

Got what I needed at a good price

Went there to buy a coach. They had a new guy working the section and really didnt know what he waz doing. He has to keep stoppi g to help the front check out people.

They have nothing.... One cashier and 8 people in line. Nobody talks to you except the cashier. How do you not have notebooks??????

Cashier was friendly & store clean. Only thing was that they were about out of cat litter. I got the last box on the shelf.

Large store of discounts. They have furniture, electronics, pc accessories, 5 dollar CDs, pet supplies, greeting cards, groceries, and holiday decorations. Clean bathrooms, always a plus.The quality of items may vary but probably suitable for s thrifty budget.

I bought a 300.00 chair. After paying I was waiting 25 minutes then when I went to back to check on service agent he had brought it to back counter and left it because his manager told him to go back and pull another order. I asked if he could bring it out now and he said he needed to do what his supervisor told him.
