Wife and I went to their sale. We have been thinking about a hot tub to help out with health issues. Met with Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase. From start to finish, our experience with Scioto Valley has been extraordinary. We worked with Ricky to find a pool table and, not only did we find one we loved, but Ricky went above and beyond to make sure we got the best package/price possible. He followed up with emails and was quick to answer questions even on his day off! He truly takes pride in his job and we feel lucky to have him checking us from the sale all the way to the final delivery. Speaking of delivery, this was another great experience. Alex and partner were friendly and so helpful. They took the extra time to explain things to us after everything was set up and, even with a heat advisory and brutal work had smiles! We can even talk about how great the people behind the scenes were because a communication error resulted in the wrong color of felt being delivered. I spoke to Linda on the phone, sort of anticipating a struggle, and was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely kind she was about the situation, calling me back after seeing pictures, working quickly to rectify the situation. The following day, I made a trip to the showroom to finalize the correct choice and met her and Howard in person…both couldn’t have been any more gracious in working with me and I really appreciated that. It seems like this level of customer care is hard to come by lately and it was a breath of fresh air to have EVERYONE immediately on my side, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. We will never go anywhere else for my future purchases after this experience.

We were greeted with a smile right away by Kevin who was very open and honest about their products. Even though the business was very busy, he always checked back in with us to answer all of our questions. I felt very comfortable knowing that this employee has worked as this establishment since his teen years. He had a no nonsense approach and no no pressures. I felt he wanted our comfort level to be a priority. Thank you Kevin for making this such a wonderful experience for us. With all our limitations, you were able to direct us to the hot tube that would best suit our needs. That makes enjoying our new hot tub that more enjoyable.

Today we worked with Greg Strawn at Scioto Valley to purchase the perfect outdoor sectional for our new patio. The experience was excellent. It was a very relaxed environment, and Greg was very helpful when we had questions. We were able to go right to the warehouse and pick everything up just a few minutes after purchase. My wife and I have been looking for new outdoor porch furniture. We stopped by Scioto Valley to see what they might have. We found some very nice cushioned chairs and ottomans - just what we were looking for. The gentleman who helped us out, James, was very helpful. He was informative, attentive, but not pushy. We are So excited about our new Semi-inground pool! We bought a pool from Scioto Valley over 20 years ago at our previous home and had a Great experience, so we came back and and were not disappointed!!! Ricky was our sales representative . This store was beyond my expectations when looking for a high quality pool table, and had a good selection, even considering all of the supply chain issues in every industry these days. Ricky R. went above and beyond to assist me with everything from choosing a table, transportation, installation, accessories and more. If you use this store, look for him. Not at all a pushy car salesman type that you often find at stores like this, and he genuinely wants you to get a good value.

Lots of hot tubs to choose from, although there is a 6 month wait for most popular units. Randy Johnson is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the hot tubs and extremely helpful in assisting us as we navigated toward the hot tub that best fits our situation.

Scioto Valley is always the first place we look, and no matter what it has been for, we always end up back at Scioto Valley to make our purchase. The staff is always friendly, but most importantly theyre extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Typically youre there to either make a big purchase or to purchase accessories or maintenance items to further enjoy or take care of that big purchase, so their expertise is truly invaluable. Our other favorite things though are the fact that they will let you tryout virtually everything in the store and they let you take your time. Last but not least is the value. Like I said, we always shop around but we always end up back at Scioto Valley because thats where we continue to get the best value for our money.

Having purchased products from Scioto Valley in my past they were my go to place when I needed to replace my hot tub. Unfortunately I have been there twice and never have I been greeted even with a simple hello or welcome to Scioto Valley.Now my search begins again for a reputable company with customer service. Definitely not the same place it used to be, one would expect one of the three people sitting around to speak.

The family and I stopped in last night to look at hot tubs. We were fortunate enough to have the manager of the store helping us. Greg was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. We did end up purchasing a beautiful new hot tub.It will not be available until November due to the national shortage so my 5 stars are based on the in-store experience and Greg’s superior service. I will update review as we move through delivery and service.

Lots of quality products to choose from. Sales rep was very good and also gave us our space to look around without being pressured. We bought some very nice furniture and game equipment.

Most situations that involve making a sizable luxury purchase involves more details than one might bargain for. It often leads to frustration or complete paralysis by analysis. Well, not here, at least not with our sales Rep Bob. We had very little knowledge prior to our purchase but Bob was very helpful in showing us what fit our needs after just a couple questions. We knew we wanted a salt water system, we knew we wanted resin. He narrowed down our choices very quickly and it came down to beautiful spa#1 or slightly larger beautiful spa#2 that still fit within our perimeters, and out the door we went. We received the email before we made it home that included the specs for our newly purchased Hot tub so we could send it over to our pool contractor in order to keep that ball rolling. All in all, I’d recommend anyone in the hot tub market to make a stress free stop here and speak with Bob.

The salesman with whom we spoke was very informative and reasonable. We purchased a Hot Spring Spa via the phone call. Excellent dealer! explained everything we needed to know.

There customer service is not very good, they seemed very uninterested in helping us. We went for a pool winterizing kit and cover, they informed us they didnt have any pool winterizing kits left but did have covers. So we said great wed like to get a cover, they didnt let us know anything about it just rang it up and looked at us and told us the price. Just not very good sales men, then on top of it they dont house the covers in the store, instead they give you a map to the warehouse they are stored in lol!

Anytime I have a question they are always helpful and go above and beyond for us.We just built a new home and of course we had Scioto Valley put a 30 foot round pool in for us. ** I totally and completely trust this company. Unlike many companies today, Scioto Valley is true to their word. ** The 3 men that came to install the pool were Mike S. Rusty and Benni. It was hot out and they never stopped. I felt confident in the experience and knowledge these 3 men had that day! They worked together well and worked HARD. They were all professional and kind. I can not say enough about how much I recommend this company. If I could I would give more stars!!Even if a problem arises they take care of it immediately! Scioto Valley is the ONLY pool store I will ever trust.

No high pressure. Was left alone to look until we were ready for help. Straight forward, plenty of accessories that cost extra on our first pool included on this one. Pool installed by Mirage Pools. The owner of Mirage, with some help from his family worked in between the rain, multiple trips to get my pool installed. I am very pleased with the pool from Scioto Valley and the service provided by their installers at Mirage..... Highly recommend!

My husband and I were in the market for a hot tub spa, but since we have never owned one before, we had a lot of questions and reservations. Went to Sciota Vally to see what was available for a replacement hot tub. Met with Seth and talked about a couple different options for a replacement. After looking around for a bit Seth not only gave a personal opinion but yet a professional opinion as well. We had not planned on making a purchase but just getting ideas and pricing on what was available. Working with Seth I was able to make a informed decision about what hot tub to purchase and even know the delivery date was 6 to 8 months out I still proceeded to purchase a new hot tub. Seth said that he would keep me posted on the status of the delivery of the new tub so looking forward to receiving it.Was also looking at some of the other toys within the store and was talked in to a new air hockey table that they had in stock. The friendly staff at the front desk mentioned that our house would be the new hang out place for everyone...lol. we are really looking forward to getting our new hot tub and new air hockey table and having some real fun!

That said, Greg helped us navigate to find the perfect outdoor patio for our house. Our entire experience with getting a hot tub from Scioto Valley has been excellent. Our salesman Matt made picking and getting our hot tub a quick and easy process and it was delivered much earlier than expected. When there was an issue with one of the pumps on the tub, Rusty came out as fast as humanly possible and had the issue fixed the same day. Went shopping for patio furniture and ended up buying a hot tub. We visited Scioto Valley with no intention of purchasing a hot tub, although we were in the market for one. Randy Johnson assisted us and spent a LOT of time with us answering questions about features of the hot tubs, and I am very inquisitive. It was one of the best shopping/purchasing experiences I have had on a large ticket item. We visited on a Saturday, ordered hot tub, emailed with a few questions late on Saturday, had reply back Sunday afternoon. Now the wait begins for late summer delivery.

Ive had above ground pools from Scioto Valley now for many years, and each year I buy replacement 1-1/2in hoses. This year however their hoses have broken twice. One in 24 hours, and the second one 15 hours. Now Im scrambling around trying to find another source. The comments from Scioto Valley was that sucks. I suspect they changed their supplier. My pool now 2 days in a row has last 33% of its water each time, plus chemicals. That sucks.

The salesman was very friendly and professional. Very easy to talk to. He gave lots of info on various different hot tubs. The only reason I didn’t give my experience a five star is b/c once I get the product, and see how well it works, then I will revisit this survey.

September 16, 2021TOP WHOM IT MAYN CONCERNYesterday, my wife and I went to Scioto Valley to commence shopping for an all-weather deck table. When we arrived we met Ricky Rigutto. He was great! We were in the showroom looking at Hot tubs. Found one we liked and put money down on it as it had to be ordered. While waiting we decided a new deck and paver patio needed to be installed first. Well as projects go, it was delayed numerous times. Scioto Valley patiently waited while we finished. Its been close to a year, as apparently you cant put stain on a new deck, it has to age. The deck will be stained tomorrow and we were into the showroom Saturday, they will delivering the hot tub and a new bistro set on Friday. They even spent time going over all of the chemicals and everything we will need to do to maintain it. Excellent Service, great pricing!!.

Got great deal on 9 bar stools. Sales staff and dock workers were awesome!

Had to wait a bit for a salesman but once he got to us Greg was very helpful. Looking forward to our new hot tub! Great price on a great tub!
