What a wonderful place! In a time where logistics and package drop off and delivery is offered everywhere i am always so pleased at receiving amazing high quality service at this location whenever i conduct my business. I always make a point to make an extra drive to head to this location...

I got in, I got out, I got on with my life.The antithesis of USPS.I’ll gladly pay a few extra bucks for this type of service when compared to USPS.

Ive had a box with this store for 10 years and every visit is a wonderful experience. The people who work here are really professional and the services are SO much better than the post office.

This is my usual stop for Amazon returns. Not usually busy, and the guys who work the weekend mornings are polite and speedy. The evening crew is a hot mess. Looked like all high schoolers and acted accordingly with a raging chip on their shoulder for having to do their job.

Adam is rude ....horrible customer service. Overpriced ...more to come.

The asian guy said he cant my items bc i have 2 return code for one package. he is really rude last time. Okay fine, i left. I go to another ups store and they ship the item no problem!!!!!

$2 to print a single piece of paper!? Website says $0.60 to print per page which is still crazy. No explanation why in store price is more.

Shipped 3 packages and only 2 got delivered. Followed up with this location and they began an investigation. Two weeks later I had to call to find out what happened and the manager Adam said he had received paper on it two days ago and was going to call me either the day I called or the following. He blamed being unstaffed as the reasoning, when I went in there the two males working were on their phones doing nothing. Same thing when my fiancé went in to see what happened to the package a week after we mailed it. Terrible manager.

My Husband has been using this store for years now. He has a box there and receives most of his business packages there. Adam is fantastic and runs a great operation. If anything ever goes wrong he surely makes it right. Always great and helpful service.

I contacted the store today with a special request. Adam was polite and able to help with my request. I thought it was a big ask and he did nothing to make me feel as though he was inconvenienced by my request. Great store & always a good experience when dealing with them. Thanks Adam!

I never write reviews on anything, but after this EXPERIENCE I think this is worth writing about.I was shipping a set of golf clubs(not with a golf bag, clubs, balls, and shoes) from CO to CA. I have completed this several times before through UPS and USPS. On average depending on weight and insurance between $18-$25 dollars(without materials).I was told by the employee that this would cost $68 to ship(no insurance and it was going as slow as it can to CA) and another $38 to package. When I inquired on why this was so much the employee laughed at me and said this was the cheapest way this could be shipped.Now knowing that I have done this several times before, I told him at most this should cost around $25 dollars with insurance. He laughed at me again. At this point, I asked for the employees name(I will not give the full name at this is now being escalated to corporate).There was another associate in listening range of my conversation with the employee and she was laughing when I was exiting the store.I will not be returning to this location and recommend shipping by other means then a UPS store.Note: I was able to ship this package through USPS for $18.64 later that day.

Go to another store! This place is so cheap that they wont even supplyyou with a strip of tape to close your package. One of the sales persons was moreconcerned about being on the phone and the other was a high school boy who was moreinterested in marking his territory than helping customers. Dont waste your time at this store. Overpriced items in store that they try to push you to buy, like TAPE!!!

I visited this location on 4/23 and found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Dont waste your time! Rude untrained staff.Zoe refused to complete a notary because she was not properly trained on out of state licenses. She refused my business and advised to go to a bank. Thanks for wasting my time.
