Kirk is a man of integrity: I was about to spend $125 on a vacuum repair, and even after we input my information into the system… He stopped to ask me a few questions, and made me realize it was “operator error”. He changed a setting on the vacuum and saved me $125. When I am in the market for a new vacuum, I will definitely consider this store. They sell new, and also refurbished vacuums (for half of list price).

They charged $120 to even look at my clogged vaccuum. A plumber with home service was less then this. He found a bobby pin then said to clean it would be an additional $48.35 so &175.38 for a simple clog & cleaning. Absurd pricing, beware!

Terrible service, rip off and stay away from this company. 41/2 MONTHS to attempt to replace central vac hose and head. 16 (not kidding) trips to the store to replace hose and each time there was a reason they didnt have it, lost my original hose, didnt have the correct hose, was going to adapt this new hose, showed up and the store was closed on a Friday. Numerous phone calls, and lying about what was happening. Took my old hose and they kept it, would not return it and was told that I gave them permission to throw it out...I never did. I needed it for reference so I could go somewhere else. Sold me a unit that did not work with my system, took it back same day and they refused to give me my money back. Said regional manager needed to approve it, and 4 more calls, he never called me back. I asked numerous times for them to come to the house and was told they didnt do that, and that they would come and pick up my entire central vac system and try it fix it (there was nothing wrong with the unit, all I needed was the hose and head), and when after 4 1/2 MONTHS I said no, why would I allow them to do that when there is nothing wrong with the unit, they made a note in their system that I refused to let them come see the unit. NOT TRUE. I made ONE phone call to another store and I had the replacement I needed in 24 hours. Went back ONE MORE TIME to this store and regional manager was in the store by chance, finally refunded my money MINUS a re-stock fee of 10% on a unit they sold me and wasnt the correct unit. 2 years ago I used this store and had excellent service, but it was sold to this company and they are horrible. DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible customer service and complete run around. Will never use them again and I highly recommend you dont walk into their store.

Horrible customer service. I was overcharged for sewing machine repairs and wish I had walked out when my gut told me to. I did my due diligence after the fact and am disappointed I didn’t call around for more estimates before coming here. There are more honest and reputable repair shops out there. Will definitely go elsewhere with my small appliance repairs.

Brought in a 1949 Smith-Corona typewriter and it needed some TLC. They were able to repair/clean/adjust within 3 weeks of bringing it in. The Highlands Ranch team & service dept were great! Not always easy to find folks that can repair older items. Im very happy with with my new typewriter.

Whats happened to the customer service repair shops...let us repair your vacuum/appliance, then pay us for the repair? After 3 weeks of no call back, I think Ive just been had! Paid $95 upfront only to be told it could be used toward his new vacuum products because his opinion is my vacuum motor is bad. This is a no money back guarantee fee☹️.

Small business with great service. Karl listened when I explained what I was looking for and gave me a few options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. If you are looking for a good vacuum or service I would highly recommend this store.

Great service! Very polite, reasonable pricing. Rather than toss a vacuum makes sense to get it checked out/fixed. We almost threw out our Shark vacuum thinking it was done, it no longer sucked anything up. All better :) and saving the environment by less waste in the landfill!

Fantastic local business! We have tried everything we could to get our shiny laminate flooring clean without streaks until we found this place! We bought a Hizero floor machine with the promise that this was the best machine there is! It is exactly what he said, and so easy to make the floor’s shiny and clean without streaks. And with out animals we wanted to stay away from BONA and others that left streaks and chemical film on the floors that they walk on.Shiny and clean now back like new!

Honestly - deplorable service and communication. Previous owner was amazing. These people are completely rude and bumbling. So disgusted and disappointed in how poorly I was treated as a person. When I complained - their response was so off the wall...they wouldnt even give me back my vacuum (after having it for a month - no repair either!) unless I signed something that said I was satisfied with service. They are seriously awful. If you work hard for your money, I would not go here. The former owner would be appalled - he built up this business himself. How truly sad.

Ive been a very satisfied customer for years. The owners are customer friendly and helpful with advice. I have recommended this place over and over to neighbors and friends. They have sold me a Dyson and repaired it a couple years later. Prices are fair and when I tried to do a repair on my own I looked up how to do it on YouTube. Guess what? There was the owner in a video showing me how to do it. So, they are NOT all about squeezing me for every service. I respect a place like this. Oh, also, they were real quick with the repair they needed to do that one time.

EZ Vacuum is the BEST place to go for vacuum repairs or to buy a new vacuum. Eddy and his sweet wife are so knowledgeable about all their products. I have NEVER been disappointed with my vacuums purchased there or vacuum repairs. They have a wide variety of products and their prices are all very reasonable. I will NEVER go any place else!!

Stellar service!! Im surprised by some of the negative reviews posted here. And I couldnt disagree more with them. I have been going here for the past 5 years. The previous ownership was outstanding and so is Jason, the new ownership. I walked in today with my very sick Riccar vacuum cleaner. 🤕 He was compassionate while I explained the loud noise. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part in stock. I was so very grateful for his prompt service and truly understanding that I cant go without my vacuum cleaner very long. He offered me a loaner too. I am seriously amazed by his customer service from start to finish. Jason, thank you so much for your kindness. My husband and I bought our vacuum here. The store is family owned and operated. Eddie and his family took such good care of us. They listened to what our needs were and what we could afford. They are apparently, recently under new ownership. The guy that did good, honest work for years is gone. Brought my machine in for service and was charged a much higher price for the same service as we had many times before. Machine didnt even last a day, had another service repair it ( for much more reasonable price ) and found that nothing had been done but cleaning it out. Wouldnt go back!!

I wont be buying vacuums here anymore after the terrible customer service Ive received. I brought my vacuum in for repair (which I purchased there) and after a $95 diagnostic fee, they quoted me a price (an additional $165+) to repair it. They told me the vacuum would be repaired in 3-5 days. I okayed the work but within 30 minutes I changed my mind after talking to my wife and called back to ask them to stop the repair. They told me there was nothing they could do because they already started the work and I would have to pay the full fee. This was my second ($400+) vacuum Ive bought from them and the 3rd or 4th my mother has bought.This is all you can do for a loyal customer? I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee, but I cant fathom that they incurred that much work in such a short time, especially when they quoted me 3-5 days for repair.In addition, this person (Chris) was extremely rude. He had the audacity to tell me that we needed to work on our marital communication. Beyond the pale!!! I told him that we wouldnt be doing business with him in the future and I hope that no one else does either.

My husband and I have recently begun serving as volunteer housing coordinators for the missionaries of our church. In that capacity we discovered MANY of our vacuums are not functioning, and in driving around our Highlands Ranch neighborhood, had noticed the EZ Vacuum store. So we decided to stop by. I cant even describe my personal joy in discovering that the owner and repairman at this store is the same man who had repaired my 35 year old sewing machine so lovingly and excellently over the course of 10 years. (And so well, that many years later, when I went to Eddies old store location to see about another tune-up, I sadly discovered his shop had moved, and the people in his old location could not tell me where he had gone.)Eddie doesnt repair sewing machines anymore (sigh) but he is the BESTEST of the best at repairing vacuums. He has serviced 6? 7? vacuums for us now, and his prices are reasonable, his turnaround phenomenal, and his customer interaction skills are amazing. We love to go to his store just to talk to either his wife or him, and are always welcomed by name. They both tell it like it is. If he can fix your vacuum, he will, and none do it better. If he cant, they will tell you that too. Besides possessing wonderful knowledge and skills, Eddie and his wife are good, generous people.Dont waste your time going anyplace else for vacuum advice, repairs, or to buy a new one that really works. You cant beat this store!

We were in a very bad situation when our vacuum broke before Passover. We were trying to find the right belt to fit our almost brand new vacuum to no avail! Finances were tight and we just couldn’t swing buying another new vacuum that particular day. (Btw never buy an Eureka vacuum!!). We explained the situation to Jason and he went above and beyond trying to locate the part. When he couldn’t find it he did an incredible kind deed by giving us a working vacuum to use. We were blown away by his kindness and compassion in our situation. We will definitely be back and I will tell everyone I know about this place!! Thank you again Jason!

This is a very stand up place. The owner told me he has been doing this for 30 years. They always have the best interest of the customer. Very nice and honest people. I will definitely be coming to this store from now on for all my vacuum needs.

Not a good experience. I went in for a simple cleaning and after 8 weeks and the $150 service fee, we still do not have a vacuum. No phone calls and the follow up has been less than desirable. At this point dont know if we will get our vacuum fixed or returned....

I have purchased a vacuum, and two IQ air filters from EZ Vacuum, the staff is knowledgable and professional and the follow up care is better than what you can get a big box store.The items I have purchased are by far the best of each kind I have ever had, so their products are top-notch. No junk at EZ Vacuum.One time Eddie came out to the house himself and check out my filtration requirements at the house. I needed my Dyson vacuum repaired. I checked Google for a good place to take it. Eddie, the owner gave me an estimate and explained the problem. It was repaired on time at the cost quoted. The vacuum was also cleaned and buffed, roller replaced. Zeina called me to let me know the vacuum repaired and ready for pick up. great service, reasonable fee and comes with a warranty!I will use them again! Its nice to visit a business that has what you need when you need it. Sure IF i knew exactly what I needed I might be able to find it somewhere on the net for a few dollars cheaper IF i wanted to wait to get it. But I would much rather know I have the right thing and not have to wait to get it. Personal knowledgeable service is not free, but its priceless......

My old vacuum cleaner went out and I took it to Eds EZ Vacuum. This store has anything and everything you could ever want or need in a vacuum cleaner. Ed the owner tells it like it is. My old vacuum was a toy compared to what EZ Vacuum had in stock. My old vacuum had died so I purchased a vacuum cleaner. Eds knowledge and professionalism showed as he explained and answered any questions about my purchase. If you need a vacuum fixed or want a new vacuum, EZ Vacuum is the only place you will ever need to go for any vacuum related products.

I took my 8 yr old Kirby in to be serviced. I was very happy. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and the turn around was quick. I would highly recommend them for any vacuum service.

Lots of problems with new ownership, apparently. Used this place a number of times over the years with prompt repair & good service. Took vac there a couple of weeks ago, have had confusing, inconsistent communication from both shop and main repair facility (items no longer fixed on site). Took it in for simple unclog and cleaning, literally have no idea what is going on with it now. I see other recent reviews noting problems also. Won’t be back.

Let me tell you all a pleasant shopping experience I had the other day. I really dislike dealing with salespeople but I needed a cleaning product so I went a locally owned vacuum shop (EZVacuum) here in Highlands Ranch. I was prepared to deal with a pushy salesman who was going to try to sell me some products that I did not need, but the owner listened to my problem and directed me to the product that best fits my need. He did not try to sell me something more expensive than what was required to get the job done. He truly was interested in solving cleaning problem and not trying to land a big sale. I will definitely visit his shop again for future cleaning or if I need to purchase a vacuum cleaner. It was nice to have pleasant shopping experience with no pressure from the salesperson who interested in solving your problem and not trying to ring up a big sale.

We had a Dyson until about 5 years ago. While under warranty it had several issues that Eddie fixed for us, and we were unimpressed with Dyson. Once out of warranty we decided to have Eddie give us his sales pitch, and the vacuum he sold us (SEBO Felix) is the best vacuum we have ever owned. Eddie is going to have a hard time selling us another vacuum because this SEBO never breaks! One other thing that I love about his shop is that if you purchase a vacuum from him he will let you use the professional carpet cleaner twice a year free of charge. If you are going to spend $300 to $400 on a Dyson, at least stop by to talk to Eddie about other options out there.

This guy knows vacuums. He was extremely helpful and helped me pick exactly what i need. He didnt just try to sell the most expensive vacuum either. He showed me all the options possible and guided me to what i need. After selecting a model (i got the Riccar Prima), he went over all the maintenance and features of the vacuum. I am very happy with my purchase, so much so that i returned later to replace my worn out old stick vacuum. If you want to know more about vacuums, about the quality of the different brands, and the pros/cons of the different types of vacuums, this is the right shop to visit. This is a small family run business and the owners are very nice people.
