Yummy ice cream treat to end our day! Great service.

Difficult order but no problem!! They gave me what I wanted for the extra cost. I loved it!!!

Would be nice if there menus said what is really on the item you order. The service is good. But there is a lot of noise from the machines, making it hard to communicate your order when busy.

The worker Rae was very and extremely disrespectful to me and my family. She treated us like we didn’t matter and all. She sounds like she hates her life while she was talking to us. Very monotone and quiet. I will never be going to that store again, and she made my blizzards wrong. Cant believe someone like that is still employed, its not my fault she is a twenty something year old working at a ice cream store for a living. Get a grip and find new employees. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. What a shame.

Just left here & all I can say is wow - the workers behind the counter could use a reminder of what it means to have at least decent customer service. None of the customers in the store at the time were acknowledged or even remotely welcomed. When it came to be our turn, the employees (2-3 males & 1 red hair female) just walked away to tend to other orders, no Well be right with you, no nothing. Not even the hint of a friendly smile (yes they show even through masks). The employees all just looked flat out miserable. Thank goodness the ice cream was good at least!

Great service

Ice cream was great and the kid who took my order was nice but the manager Nadia or Nada (I didn’t get a great look at the name tag)made it uncomfortable to be in there. She was talking to the employees horribly, remade an order one person already made and when he told her she threw it in the trash all mad the slammed the receipt in the counter next to him. I ordered a double dipped cone and she was beyond irritated about it. I get being over it and I don’t mind that but you don’t have to have an attitude about it. I feel bad for the two kids who have to finish their shift with her attitude tonight.

Don’t plan on ordering a Misty at this location. I’ve been trying for months, literally, and the machine is ALWAYS “broken”.

Every DQ is tasty, this one included. I hadnt been to one in years, so when I was asked by a friend to order A chocolate cone in a cup. You know, to go. thats exactly how I phrased it to the cashier. I got chocolate ice cream in a cup, asked about the cone, so the stuck one upside down on top of the ice cream. Didnt realize till I gave it to my friend that they actually have To Go cups made for cones. Other than that snafu, its a clean environment, and quick service even when crowded.

This is the only DQ left in Highlands Ranch since the tax man closed the other two a couple of years ago. This is a good store, bigger than some others DQ locations. They have everything in addition to the normal blizzards and such--hot snacks, ice cream cakes, Orange Julius, etc.

Been a few times and havent had a problem with the service.

Problems with orders to go--they dont get input, communicated, or executed properly.

The young guys running the counter seemed to really enjoy working there. Clean and well stocked.

Katlyn went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service in order to get my grandson a Jurassic Park ice cream cake.

Delicious Blizzard and they accommodated our request for no chocolate in one of them.

Ive given them several chances and they can never get the complete order correct. I always have to ask for something. Take my advice and save yourself the time and frustration by driving a bit farther down the road.

This place is awful the service is terrible and when they gave me my blizzard, which by the way was the wrong flavor, there was hair in it. Ive been here multiple times after and everytime terrible customer service.
