TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I went to the Sherwin-William store in Highlands Ranch last fall with the HOA formula for my fence color and purchased 5 gallons of stain. Just got a letter from the HOA that it is the wrong color. They mixed the WRONG COLOR and admitted doing so. Now I need to repaint my fence. At first the salesperson was not going to charge me for their mistake. Then the manager, who claimed to be new and that the mistake did not happen during her time as manager, would only give me a discount on the new stain. That means that I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHERWIN-WILLIAMS HIGHLAND RANCH MISTAKE.

The Sherwin Williams store in Highlands Ranch exemplifies the company’s Vision statement:“ To be the world leader in the paint industry committed to satisfying customer needs through quality products, excellent service and a highly trained and professional workforce.”I have personal experience that the store manager is fully committed and vested in customer satisfaction. Megan has exceeded my expectations with every interaction that I have had with her. I truly believe that she is the corner stone that makes that store great and the commitment to outstanding customer service propagates throughout every team member. The employees are willing to go the extra mile such as calling other stores when a product was out of their local store.I literally drive by other Sherwin Williams stores to go this because of the above reasons.

Such a great experience all around. I came in literally 2-minutes before the store closed. The store associate didnt treat me any differently and in fact told me not to apologize when I said I was sorry for coming in so close to closing. She helped find the paint I needed, whipped up a can and sent me on my way. All with a smile (well behind her mask) on her face. Such a great experience.

Very helpful! Been a while since I painted and while I remember the basics, there was a lot I had forgotten. The sales associate was super helpful, recommending not only the type of paint best suited for the room but discussing other options that were possible and the pros and cons. They gave me time to look through colors and pick the best one, while offering helpful advice for any questions I had. They even gave me a helpful checklist of supplies to make sure I got everything I needed in one trip! Will definitely be back for more projects in the future!!

Called today 6/25/20 to check stock on a paint for a new home I purchased in Sterling Ranch. The guy who answered seemed bothered by the call. He said they probably have what I need but he couldnt tell me unless I knew what I wanted. Obviously I thought, so I told him the two paint colors that I needed and told him I had coupons for both. Again he told me they can make any paint I needed, probably, depending on sheen.??? So I said I would hate to make multiple trips down there so did the sheen matter? He said they would most likely have what I needed.Cant say this is the best customer service I have received. Home Depot is at least super nice and helpful. I wont be using them for further purchases.

This is the best Sherwin Williams store Ive been into. Megan is awesome - friendly and very knowledgable. Huge kudos to her for helping with all the random questions Ive called with!

The service is fast and the paint is better than the box stores. It is also less expensive. They can mix any paint from other store charts. ( I did not know that)

During this past weekend (Sept 22 & 23), I decided to paint our deck. I purchased ONE gallon of Deck & Dock (solid). I was very disappointed that I could not obtain an exact color match to my existing deck. I had mentioned to the sales associate that I had a prior “paint experience” with my son’s car - where a handheld device was used to “sample” the paint color of the car and then a proper batch of touch up paint could be formulated. I was told that that wasn’t possible with my anticipated purchase - so I settled for a different color that was not totally to my wife’s liking (YIKES!!). I had purchased another gallon of the same paint the following day when the original gallon didn’t prove to be enough. TODAY (Monday) when I returned some unused supplies, that associate wasn’t there - but the Manager was. I offhandedly mentioned to her my pleasure with my experience dealing with the associate over the weekend BUT was disappointed in the inability to match my deck’s existing color; I related to her also about my experience with my son’s car. She said that that capability DOES exist and without stating as much, let me know that my situation was MISHANDLED! Well, it’s too late now as my wife and I labored to complete the painting over the two previous days. Having heard the outcome of this ordeal, my wife is NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Great service and better paint. Don’t waste a minute at Home Depot.

This was such a better experience than another Sherwin Williams store in the area. The lady who helped me was super nice and even found me a better discount than I had. Would definitely recommend this store over others.

I was having trouble selecting the right accent color for my shutters and the two employees at this store were AMAZING! They took the time to help me select 3 possible swatches and even walked outside with me to look at the colors in the light. This is top notch customer service by professionals who know paint colors! If you are painting your house, this is the store you should go to! Fabulous customer service. I highly recommend them!

Called 3 times during business hours, no response. Decided to drive down, ended up being flatly ignored for 15 minutes while attendant worked on another order. You guys sure make it hard to give you my money.

I asked for 6 gallons of paint. The worker asked if a 5 gallon bucket was ok, I agreed, only to get to the jobsite to find the 5 gallon container only had 4 and 17/32 gallons.... then checked the 1 gallon and was also short. Yet the coverage label is the square feet per gallon, with no total coverage for the container...

The employees were quick to help and I got exactly what I asked for. Great service.

Sherwin Williams paint is the best. I have used another stores paint for years but I fell in love with Sherwin Williams paint, the way it is thicker and covers so well!

I would encourage anyone needing help with choosing paint colors and/or shades of a color to seek their expertise. The paint may be little more costly compared to others but the fact I dont constantly have to touch up my paint due to my active children is worth so much more!

Only one gallon I had purchased was labeled with the color information. The other were blank.One gallon had spilt paint on the outsideFront desk lady was rude and short, walked away in the middle of sentence while she was on phone call. I was taken care of as she was talking on the phone the entire time.Life is difficult as it is, without having someone be difficult and negative.All I want is paint that meets my asthetic standard with some friendly and knowledgable staff member. No attitude needed.I would also like to mention while I’m here, the fact that SW does not sell half gallons, is unethical and far from attempting to be an environmentally conscious company.
