Always really easy shopping here. Prices are decent especially with the rewards program. The bathroom could use a little touch up/replacing but I like shopping here.

I like the employees at this Safeway, I think the prices are a little bit more than KingSoopers, and I think the produce is not as good as k.s. either. My experience here was good and they had what I needed.. the fried chicken from the deli at Safeway is better than King Soopers though..

I shop at the Safeway store off of Highlands Ranch Hwy because it is always open, well stocked and has great pharmacists in their pharmacy. The location is also close to home.

My daughter and I shop this store frequently.. a few weeks back we came across a woman shopping in your store not wearing a mask.. it clearly states as we enter the store masks required.. I asked the woman where her mask was .. was ignored .. then when I asked her again she gave me a dirty look and she continued on her way .. I asked the person behind the service desk and the manager about it.. she said they are not allowed to confront because a person was shot in Aurora, so security has to handle it.. I don’t think anyone said anything to this lady.. she breezed through the checkout.. no cleaning process of the belt or the check card machine after she passed through.. today my daughter and I again went to your store and there she was again deciding to get in line behind us not keeping a safe distance and loaded her stuff on belt with ours.. your checker greeted her with hi my friend.. my husband has cancer and seriously compromised and we’ve lost several of our family members and friends to COVID-19 - your store says one thing and does another .. I’m 71 years old.. I do my best to care for my family and strangers .. I ask for Safeway to do the same and you won’t.. this arrogant woman made this the last time I will shop your store and I will be telling all my neighbors and friends to avoid risking their lives by shopping your store. We’ve ran into this issue at Target and Sams and they announce over the loudspeaker anyone refusing to wear a mask will not be allowed to shop or check out.. and they stand behind it with security.. too bad you think one person’s right negates the rights of the rest of us.

Stable store with surprisingly good prices... Well if you join the cool kids club. Usually I get very good service even during these crazy Covid-19 days. With a post office and liquor store nearby, this strip mall is one stop chores.

I visited this location today.. it was approximately 1:30 pm.. After I payed for my groceries I stopped at the service counter. The woman who walked over to help me was so incredibly rude! She was acting as if I was a bother to her, giving me dirty looks, her tone was so demeaning. I don’t know that I’ve ever been treated that poorly in public. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I come to this store often, it’s close to my house and though prices are a little more expensive.. I just always felt like it had more of a small town vibe to it! She was AWFUL, I don’t know that I will ever shop here again!

I was self checking out, when I got an error message. A young male bagger, Devin, twice went out of his way to stop what he was doing to help me proceed with my checkout. I really appreciated Devin going out of his way like this to make sure everyone is taken care of.

I love my neighborhood Safeway. Smaller, more open floor plan, personable, I can find things easily, and I dont feel closed in like I do at the other big stores. They have ethnic foods, and vegan options, which are important to me. Its convenient, too, right in the Town Center.

Went for pre made garlic bread on french bread and was not disappointed. Low shelf in the bread stands.

Delightful, slept in Starbucks from 5 A.M. until noon, had some excellent jambalaya, stayed warm and no one bothered me. Relaxing environment, helpful staff, everything a neighborhood grocery store should be. Well kept store, well kept employees, even the Starbucks employees have minimum metal objects sticking out of their faces. Very homey.

Staff is friendly, but its too bad that the deli doesnt include ANY condiments that are supposed to be included in the price...and enjoyment of lunch. No napkins and often, no utensils. I just tried to choke down some old, dried out chicken tenders, with no ranch or even ketchup. I guess Ill have to go to McDonalds from now where they know that meals come with condiments and dont expect you to go home to provide your own.

Would be nice if they remodeled the store. Open up the isle. The grocery stores out west just suck. Nothing like the east coast. But thats the price I pay for the mountains

I can in tiday to get something to eat from the deli. The 2 women working spent almost 10 minutes totally ignoring me. Thankfully a young man named John noticed me and offered to help. Both women were so incredibly rude and was not properly wearing hair nets. Needless to say there was redish/ blonde hair in my food. I will NEVER again come back. I am so disgusted by the treatment of customers and the lack of care for the conditions of the food they are serving.

I shop at Safeway mostly, because we live right near one. It is generally a fine place to shop, but one thing that frustrates me continually is how they order their foods. If a product is popular, or maybe gains in popularity, they dont seem to step up their ordering on that product. That ends up making some shelves empty until the regular order is finally delivered. I dont know the difference in how one store brand orders from another, but the other popular grocery store doesnt seem to have this issue. All in all, Safeway is a fine store. But the issue Ive mentioned has caused me to have to travel to another Safeway, or another store brand all together.

Absolutely the worst Safeway in the greater Denver region. Carts are broken to the point of splintering apart and completely filthy. Basic staple grocery items are not kept stocked. Items for events and holidays are also poorly stocked and run out completely when they are actually needed. This store is essentially unmanaged, the staff is not functional, and it is a complete waste of your time and money.

Store is always stocked. Has nice employees all but the pharmacy. The pharmacy is always late, behind, and not very fast or efficient. The text you receive on your prescriptions being ready for you is all a hoax.

Their stock of key products is very low and theyve raised prices in the last year so they are now about double what competitors are charging. Im now having to make a separate trip to another store because they didnt have what we needed.

Im not used to online shopping and Mathew in pick up was so very helpful. He went above and beyond with my ordering needs. I will continue to use Safeway it seems your pick up orders are so much faster than King Soopers.

Their drive up and go is in efficient and frustrating. The last time I placed my order I called the number and kept getting a busy signal so I had to walk in the store and get someone’s attention. This time no one would answer the phone and there was no voicemail box set up so I had to go back in the store Again to get someone’s attention to get my order. The point of drive up and go is to save time and not have to go into the store.They need to work on their policies and procedures for this part of their business

It sucks. You are treated to a fishy aroma immediately upon entering the store. Their self checkout stations constantly think youre stealing. I hope they close.

I love my neighborhood Safeway! Its so close to my home, and everyone from the stock people, to the pharmacists, to Starbucks, to check out people have treated me like they are genuinely happy Im in the store. Youve won a loyal shopper!

I love their dairy department. But their bathrooms aren’t as clean as King Soopers

One of the worst grocery stores of all time - always buy fruit, milk or bread that goes bad within a day and they NEVER have stuff in stock. Cheerios? Nope. Asparagus? Nope. Blue Cheese Crumbles? Sometimes if you ask they have them in the back, but not always. Get a new manager or owner. Lines are always incredibly long and understaffed and self checkout lanes break every other customer.

This is a grocery store. They sell groceries here. The foreign foods aisle has some foods that are foreign. I often see kiwano melons in the fruit section if you are a human who enjoys a good fruit. There is lots of groceries. Wow. I love groceries. Did you know, that this is a place where you can buy groceries? Yes, what a wonderful world it is.

There was a dark haired 19 year old boy running the self scan checkout and he walked back and forth five different times to my register and couldnt figure out anything so I walked out without buying the only item I needed from the store (eggs)

They said they were open till 5pm but then said that no one can come in at 3pm because they don’t have that many people working. Not my problem the can’t schedule people to work because their management sucks and doesn’t know what customer service is. They say Safeway is going down the hole. After this experience I’ll be rooting for their downfall.

No carts/baskets at the entrance, carried my half-dozen items to self-checkout, saw literally all of the baskets stacked in a huge tower and said, so thats where they all are, and received a snarky comment from a cashier in the adjacent lane, well do you need one now? Guess you dont. Yup, and I guess next time Ill be going to King Soopers.

Management and customer service are very impatient and inconsiderate. They give the impression that they are going out of their way to correct pricing errors, which are not the customers fault. Produce is fresh, but the meat department is lacking freshness.

They had everything except the Starbucks nitro coffee drinks....kind of a bummer

The veteran cashiers are very friendly and efficient. The only frustration I have is that they are often out of items I regularly shop for, and frequently quit carrying items I consistently buy.

Lots of empty fixtures. Did not have any rotisserie chickens. Very disappointing shopping experience.

The absolute worst grocery store Ive ever been to. Went multiple times over months and each visit was negative. Old salads, limited meats, and the visit that spurred this review was the terrible attitude of the deli counter assistant and her reaction of being asked for assistance to buy a pound of salmon. Never going back.

Kinda crazy that people are overbuying. Just want to get regular stuff for my family.
