Went to Home Depot to view the plants. I took some pictures for a plant identification project in my biology class. I also got a few plants. I purchased four succulents and a peperonia rosso that were all very healthy. From the outdoor area, I got some happy columbine flowers. I was also going to buy a sansevaria/snake plant, but they didn’t seem healthy. However, I am still satisfied with the plant health and selection for the most part. It can be difficult to find different hardware tools, but the app helps with that. The employees also seem knowledgeable and helped me know what I needed to fix a hinge. All together, I’m satisfied with this store.
Amber was such an amazing character I saw her in the store just about helping everyone that came across her path I see that Amber is a great example for what Home Depot has for employees that represent the getting it done image. I look forward to the next time and I hope Home Depot recognizes Amber.
I rented a truck earlier today and the service was fabulous, however I attempted to return the truck in the evening at 8:30 and was told I would have to return it the next day. We asked if there was a key drop and they didn’t know. After 32 minutes waiting for Brice the store manager to assist us for a resolution i- he never showed. However another awesome and competent employee and Blake helped us.
Very disappointing experience. Ordered a microwave from them. The earliest it could be delivered was over a week later. I was then informed they had to schedule the installation at a later date. It will take them three weeks to deliver and install a microwave. The process was never explained to me. I should have purchased the microwave from a different store.
Im writing specifically to recognize and thank Kathy from the Doors & Windows Department. If you need anything pertaining to doors and windows, she is an absolutely wonderful resource and delightful person. It may be cliche, but she really does go that extra mile to make sure customers get exactly what they need in terms of durability, security, aesthetics, affordability and all sorts of important considerations that we never otherwise would have considered. Kathy is a gem and we are very grateful to her and The Home Depot at Highlands Ranch.
Love this location. The staff is very friendly and most all seem to know where everything is located. Should they not know, they all have a PDA that they can look up the exact location, isle and bin number, of where the item is located. This location has everything that a typical Home Depot would have.
My wife and I made a late night Home Depot run tonight to get some PVC adapters. Stuart directed and walked us through the appropriate products and was very helpful through the entire process. Thanks Stuart!
Customer service was very rude. I had lost my card the previous night before. I called this morning to see if it was there and the manager was very rude. He hung up on me after saying that I am not the person looking for said card. 0/10
I AM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU ANYMORE!!!! NO MORE!!!I ask the return guy I want to return the items and put it back on my CREDIT CARD then repurchase it using the STORE CREDIT CACRD they gave me before so I dont have to have STORE CREDIT CARD on me all the time. But I apparently the guy did not understand and return all the item then put it on the STORE CREDIT card. So now I have double the store credit. Then after explaining what he did wrong. THE FAMOUS WORD FROM HIM!! I AM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU ANY MORE!! NO MORE!!!If you dont like HELPING PEOPLE why get a JOB helping people???????
Good. Friendly staff and helpful. And love that they are dog friendly.
It was a pretty typical visit to Home Depot. It was busy. The lumber was well stocked, and the prices were high. There were only 2 men(customers) without masks, and many customers showed concern about interfering with pathways and being able to freely move around. The staff was polite and many checked on us to see if we needed assistance.
Most of the employees are friendly, one in particular really stands out, Mark. He was working the Cust serv./return counter last night. He has been so kind, caring & helpful to me over the past year that I wanted Home Depot to know. I hope he is honored for his service. He is an asset to the company. Thank You!
Purchased modular cabinets for a bathroom makeover. Opened on of the boxes and noticed the bottom of the cabinet was damaged. Returned the cabinet to Home Depot to exchange for the last one they had. Asked to have the box opened at the store to make sure there wasnt any damage. Sure enough, the sink assembly had cracked, broke off and scratch the inside of the cabinet doors. The staff at Home Depot were gracious enough to allow me to keep sink part of what I was returning and to exchange the doors that were scratch so I could get one useable unit. Thanks for that!On another note, Home Depot needs to do better when placing items on shelving. The first cabinet was obviously damaged by a forklift the way the kickboard was pushed in and snapped in half. The other one with the damaged sink was dropped or something fell on it. Seems a waste of a few hundred dollars they are out to throw the busted up material in the trash without investigating to mitigate further issues like damage to boxes that are still wrapped with the plastic bands.
Kathy and Dave were exceptional....Great Service...I hope the special orders arrive on time.
I am glade to have been able to shop for a clothes washer today,I was helped by Jacob,he gave me all the info I wanted, new the info I should know so I purchased a washer that will be delivered soon, thanks
My wife bought the wrong paint, I try to return it the costumer service person sent me to the paint department, the person at the paint department sent me back to costumer service so they can get manager to take care of me, they called the manager and he was to busy with another project to take care of and it was going to be a while. Bad management I can see why they have such bad reviews.
I went in with a list of items and as I looked at the signs an employee took me what ended up to be practically everywhere. He pointed out the different options to me. He never got hurried, friendly, pleasent, a great help and experience
Last minute needed to buy specific items in bulk. Went to 3 different Home Depot’s- unsuccessful, until I ran into Roy at the Highlands Ranch location. Roy dropped everything to help me; this included bringing down 100+ items from the top shelves. Roy was patient, attentive, and an all-around joy to work with! His efficient work ethic allowed me to be in and out of the store with everything I needed in a timely manner.
I like products there, however its not always easy finding associate to assist. I made 2 visits recently, the second was to Exchange some paint. The cashier couldnt have someone go get the item I actually needed. He processed a return but I had to go get item to exchange. I explained to cashier I had surgery and had difficulty walking. He made no effort to find me some help. It would make such a difference if they would go above and beyond to help a client in need.
Friendly, helpful staff...always! They generally have a good selection and very helpful people.
I love Home Depot the only way I could be better is if everything were free
Great store with great selection and friendly staff. I know we all have good days and bad days, but I really appreciate the employees here. Very friendly. I will keep shopping here.
Always had what I need for a good DIY project. its such a short drive away and everyone there always is so kind and offers to carry all my lumber and cement blocks to my truck.
Seemed to have more fun things in the past, but it was good to be out and about. Friendly atmosphere.
Love this Home Depot, I personally think the ONLY downside to this home depot is that there are ALOT of younger, highschool aged kids that get hired in the summer and alot of times they cannot answer your questions...but on the plus side to that is at least Home Depot is giving them employment and life experience.
Better than most home depots I actually had someone ask if I needed help.
Great experience at HD in Highlands Ranch. Very nice and helpful staff, also very professional and patient (as I had a lot of questions).
Clearly prioritizing service. Been to this particular store many times, but today EVERY associate asked if I needed assistance and offered Happy Easter. Noticably different and a really nice experience
Easy to navigate. Just dont expect anyone to actively greet you or help you
Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased bathroom and kitchen countertops there over 3 MONTHS ago and we just received them last week. Total and utter incompetence, stunningly poor customer service and a lack of accountability and ownership from top to bottom - and this goes for the company they use Front Range Countertops as well. After almost 10 visits to both companies, 4 meetings with managers, $1500 later, having to create our own detailed drawings, and both companies still not understanding how to read measurements and then sending us kitchen countertops not created to our specs, we still don’t have them installed and the kitchen countertops are still not correct. We just started now on the process of having both companies fix the issue, which will be a minimum of 3-4 weeks further out, all while we’ve been waiting to refi our home!! No one cares, customer service is non-existent and a COMPLETE lack of accountability and ownership. Pointing fingers at each other and treating US like WE’RE the problem!! Don’t EVER make major purchases from this company. Not worth it!
Absolutely horrible experience with their Windows and Doors department. They installed an incorrectly sized window and are not going to make it right. Do not pay these guys before the install. Once you pay them you will be stuck with an incorrect window which will have to be replaced once again by a company that actually knows what they are doing. If you see the pictures please know that prior to the install the window went straight up to the sill and there was no awful caulking 1 into the sill. Additionally there werent scratches or scuffs on the sill prior to this.. The picture does not do this justice as this truly is noticeable from across the room and will certainly have to be replaced at some point (especially prior to selling the house).Never use their services. It is so bad that I will also do my best to never support the store again. I will tell as many people as possible about this. I always had pleasant experiences at their store but I will opt for Lowes instead since they stole thousands of dollars on a horrid window install. They give you the expectation that it will look good and similar to what is being replaced. However, after it is complete they will tell you that they dont have the right size window and thus had to use a lot of caulking and there is no way to make it flush with the house.Do not get tricked or using the Highlands Ranch Home Depots horrible Windows and Doors service.
Truck rentals are on a first-come first-serve basis I was there first and they rented the only box truck out right in front of me to someone else Hood walked in after me long after me. It ruined my entire move. Then instead of giving me a discount on another truck with a bed or a van right there, they sent me to another store and told me to ask them for a discount
Always have a good time
Staff was not available when I had a question, good selection and quality.
The staff are great here, but there are hundreds of clueless teenagers. They were nice, as was the store in general, but it’s still a Home Depot.
Quick easy, great customer service. Was able to receive help when needed quickly
Always have what I need for projects around the house. Recently built a hot tub deck and is working well.
Double charged me for tool rental deposit. Worst tool rental department I have ever been too
Very large Home Depot in the heart of Highlands Ranch. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The lady that was helping me with flooring. Made me extremely uncomfortable when she couldnt leave her mask up over her nose. She really knew her information but Im not sure I want to do business with her oh, I felt that she had no respect for the customers.
The gentleman who assisted us selecting a garbage disposal was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I wish I had his name.
Got charged double for a rental truck. How they fix it.
I always pick up my building materials here due to being able to see whats in stock on tge website & be able to know exactly where they are
I just needed drill bits.Went I. Found them quickly myself paid at self checkout.
I prefer lowes but home depot did price match.
I went to this location due to their large appliance display area. A store associate spent a very long time discussing different washers and refrigerators with me. He was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Fantastic!
Always friendly helpful and clean. Very pet friendly! My dogs favorite place to go!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. When I was remodeling the kitchen in my house, Ive been there almost every week. The prices and service are excellent. Happy to have the Home Deport near the place where I live. 5 stars!
Unprepared for to receive in coming stock way understaffed and needing real employees.
I love Home Depot, their employees are friendly and helpful even near closing! I ask a lot of questions and most of the employees know the product in areas they work or will find someone that does know. They are consistently the lowest price and best service!
If you can’t find it you probably don’t need it.
Great service today by Cindy and Kaiden! Super helpful in getting us the floor models of the Xmas decorations we wanted. Thanks!
Always extremely helpful, and kind every time I shop here love this place!!
Nice staff. Shop here often.
Puck up order. Halloween for Christmas.
Really awesome experience. Tommy in appliances answered the plumbing phone and found the last roll of a very specific tubing I needed and held it for me until I could get to the store. A super refreshing customer service experience to say the least, 5 stars for sure!
Love this place. Coery has such a great attitude
Its a great home depot, I go here all the time. No issues
Staff is always friendly and helpful
Busy but able to social distance while shopping with no problem. No lines at check out. Easy in & out for a Saturday
Came in for some wood and bolts for a little repair project. Every single employee I interacted with (which was several) were very knowledgeable, eager to help, and more than reasonable. Thank you to everyone here, you made my project a breeze!
This location apparently not making sure or caring if customers are wearing masks. In 15 minutes in the store, saw 5 people without masks. Left & will NOT return. Patronize safer places.
Best hardware store around. Best prices. Decline in service only because a lot of new hires dont know the craft, and rely too much on their phones to figure out what you need or how to help you.
Home Depot- Massive selection with competitive pricing, but a staff that is always eager to help and even give feedback or help on a project.
Love depot maybe Im biased
I have mixed feelings about this location. Ive had fantastic experiences and Ive had negative experiences. Fantastic experience I ended up taking a survey about my experience because it was so good. Everyone was so helpful and I got asked if I needed assistance more times than I can count! This visit today however everyone seemed to be avoiding my husband and I. We were planning on ordering almost a full set of appliances and nobody was there to help in that department. Finally after about 35 mins we asked for help in a different department and they simply said the appliance guy was on lunch. So...no one to cover them? Again, mixed feelings. If you know what youre doing home depot is great, but for someone like me who has lots of questions I guess it depends on what mood the staff is in.
This is my local store and probably my favorite. Today Toni helped me check out and she is a wonderful young woman. She certainly knows how to make small talk. I will make it a point to go through her lane more often.
Had everything I needed.
Don, working in power tools, was the most knowledgeable and friendly employee that Ive met at Home Depot and Ive met a few. He was so helpful and kind. This man is a gem. Thank you 🤗
Its Home Depot folks..they have EVERYTHING. I hit them up for garden stuff..plants..weed killer and a few ideas on kitchen back splash. Great designers in store can help you create any room in your house. Pet friendly..socal distance safe ..WEEKENDS ARE KILLER..but hit them on off peak hours..watch out! parking lot is tight!
Thank you again to the manager BRIAN for beinging the up most professional and taking over the fork lift operators duty to insure the safety of my family and all the other customers in the store. Frustrated employees should never operate heavy machinery. Keep up ther excellent work BRIAN.
Clean store with very helpful and friendly staff.
Pretty decent home depot, one problem, i got banned from mistfits discord for saying homie depot in the #self promo channel. besides that decent location
Since buying a house were here every weekendThe older staff is really helpful without askingYounger staff...well helpful but not really trying.. cant blame them.
Home depot is where you yet alot of good supplies for build and stuff
Got what I wanted and ready checkout
They usually have what I need. The customer service has taken a hit in recent years as they have fewer and fewer employees. I guess the CEO has to get a new yacht.
Self check out customer service was less than
Over the years I have spent a pretty nice sun at this store. I placed an order last night, at noon I call because I heard nothing about it, and the very first words from the girls mourn is,Youll just have to wait, thiis is 17 hours after the order was placed, very rude. I can understand theyre busy, but if someone cannot maintain a proposal demeanor during busy times, then business will lost. Im willing to travel a little further, even spend a little more for someone who appreciates my business
Frank in the appliance department helped us buy a new refrigerator in June. Never in my life have I met someone so knowledgeable, resourceful, and friendly in a Home Depot. He could answer our every question and he also knew every last detail about the product and its comparables and how the warranty is carried out, even how the exceptions and complexities under certain conditions. Home Depot should be very proud of this employee!
Just walked around looking at things for projects
Very fast to get what you want. Tons of supplies. Good rental selection.
Poor quality customer service, employees are quite bothersome to say the least would recommend going anywhere else. Seriously not a fan of this particular home depot
I could live here.
They need to provide a place for larger merchandise returns.
Rented a piece of equipment for four hours, for a job I thought would take me about two. The machine wasn’t as powerful as they claimed it was. It stopped working after about an hour and fifteen minutes. Tried different ways to get it started again but nothing worked. Call the store and was given an 800 number to call, because apparently they just rent the equipment but have nothing else to do with it. I was told a third party is responsible for the equipment and it appears the store don’t even inspect it in between renters to make sure the next customer is receiving a tool in optimal condition. After speaking with several “customer care specialists” I was told someone would come to look at it. Finally after several hours waiting for someone to show up and losing another job I had lined up because the equipment which is extremely heavy, does not have a neutral gear to be able to push it back in the trailer and couldn’t just leave out on the street exposed. The technician arrived looked at it for about an hour hour and a half and was not able to get it to work. He took off some parts to make sure no one would take it, but I would have to meet him again the next day after he fix it so I could take it back to the store. Next day I get a call tell me he can’t get it to work but to bring back the trailer because he can do something to put it back in. Needless to say when I stopped by the store to close the contract I was charged the whole amount. When I asked why did I have to pay for a piece of equipment that broke in the middle of the job I was told because “I signed a contract” Then I asked if they would reimburse me for the job I lost, having to drive back to take the trailer to the technician and all my lost time, extra gas and such, the manager looked at me, gave me this “Yeah right” smirk and told me I’m not paying you nothing.
Great service. I like that everyones wearing a mask. And yet still helpful enough to doesnt to direct. Thanks for the effort Im keeping everyone safe!!!!
Very helpful. Even got help to load my car.Awesomeness
This location has great service but the bathrooms always smell bad and need assistance
Always great customer service and had what im looking for
I can usually find what I need from Home Depot which is great but if I am unable to find something or need assistance the staff always seem like they are too busy and I am interrupting their work.During my last visit I was in the tool isle waiting to talk to a store employee and I am sure he noticed me but quickly huried away after he was done talking to someone else.So I decided that I didnt need that tool enough to track him down and will buy it somewhere else. That was the second time in one visit that the employees just walked the other way without asking if I needed assistance. They need to work on their customer service skills or change their slogan to..You can do it and we might help.
This has to be the most helpful Home Depot I’ve ever been to. We moved here a couple months ago and have been to Home Depot about every 3-4 days since moving. Every time we are greeted and asked if we need any help. Often I’m standing waiting on my husband to choose whatever he’s looking for, and someone almost always stops to ask me if I need help because I probably look totally lost. It’s clean and organized and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better run store!
Staff is always friendly and I can usually always find what I need. I prefer the military discount at Lowes since its off all items but we dont have a Lowes thats close.
Plenty of parking, they are currently requiring mask use and they have plenty of options. I have found their website is often out of date on what products exist in the store. I have found many of the employees are well versed in the department they work in, which not all Home Depot stores have. The checkout process is generally really quick here and the store and parking lots are always clean. Very pleased with this location. The only downside (and the reasons for a 4-star review) are as follows:1) No Contactless Payment options - while this was already annoying before Coronavirus, this is now what Id consider both a security and health issue.2) Email receipt still prints out a paper copy and there is no option for email only - why!??!?!? There is no reason to print a paper receipt that Im going to immediately throw away if I already have an email.Other than these two issues, the store itself is great, along with the super-helpful employees!
Have to give a shout out to Sarah! Amazing customer service. Helped me with a refund on some services a third party did not provide. Called me right away in the AM to let me know how it could be taken care of, gave me correct phone #s to call and was always pleased to be of assistance! Awesome work
I was using the curbside pickup arrangement after notification of order available. The process was alright considering that I didnt have to enter the store.
Didnt have everything i needed but helped me out with finding a store that did!
