The works just playing around in the counter of the store as I was shopping for boots. It was like they only said hi because the had too. Not trying to help me find other sizes in other models or anything. They definitely were putting in minimal effort. They need to take a page from red wing and have some better customer service to make you feel welcomed

I recently discovered this store. Ive purchased a backpack and on a second visit, a couple pairs of pants. Their stuff is great! Plenty of staff on hand, but no one seems interested in helping you unless you track someone down and ask. Even then there isnt a lot of interest. If I need something else Ill probably buy online.

I was visiting the Denver area from out of town for a wedding. I have never been to an actual 511 store, as I’ve only shopped online. The store was large, organized and easy to navigate. Their were several staff members working who were attentive and down to earth. I had to snag this awesome patch for my work bag of course.

Great little tactical shop. Super expensive as expected but there gear is very high quality so worth the price. Bought a pair of pants for work as a park ranger and I couldnt be happier with their clothing quality and comfort.

I always have good luck shopping at 5.11! No matter when Im in the store I always find a piece of clothing or gear that suits my needs. The staff is always friendly and can usually steer me towards what I need.

Their selection and merchandise is seriously good and their staff is very friendly. Overall one of My favorite places to go to. I only wish they werent as expensive though.

I just found my new obsession! I have always loved 511 tactical products but that store is like tactical Heaven :-) Its okay that the pair of pants I just bought cost like $80 when they stop bullets... Jk. Theyre so high quality they seem like they could :-)

Friendly knowledgeable sales people help get you what you need. So much selection and so many options. You should never leave without just what you need.

Had a bad experience at this store. Guy working there was rude. Typical disrespectful punk. To busy staring at the computer to provide any customer service. Why have a guy like that working at your store?Once again no patch of the month. 5.11 consistently does a poor job with the patches.Won’t be back to this store!

5 11 was an internet only store and now has brick and mortar locations. Its always best to try on the clothes before you buy them, and they are frequently on sale for 25% off. The highlands ranch location is noticeably bigger than the Colorado Springs locaion.

Always great finds for my husband. I visit atleast once a month to get the monthly Patch!

I’ve been a 5.11 customer for years but most of my purchases have been online or at other supply stores. This was my first experience in a 5.11 store and my last, at least at this location. I needed a single pair of pants for a job that came up last minute. I don’t have a physical card for my bank account because it broke going through the washing machine accidentally and my bank is out of state so it’s taken longer than I expected to get my card in the mail. I had the card number, cvc, expiration and billing zip code and they refused to let me use it. The employee suggested I go to the bank... that’s 21 hours away at 1330 on a Saturday. I’ve used my card at several stores this way and have had absolutely no issue... in fact, I left and used it a local tactical supply store with no issue. I will not be retuning to this location anytime in the near future.

Great store with very helpful staff. If you are in need of a backpack get the Rush72. Its the best pack youll find anywhere. (Bondage Barbie not included)

The brand’s clothing is nice, and this location has a good selection. The employee we interacted with was a bit strange, and kept making jokes about not helping us out around the store, almost to the point where we left... strange.

So I called this store today (7/19) at about 1030 am And I was unfortunately met with some disappointing customer service. I had a general inquiry about a product and the employee that answered the phone could not answer my question in any way shape or form but instead told me that I would have to see the item in person to figure it out. So I decided to drive the 15 miles to check it out. When I got there the store was closed and the open sign was off, I tried calling the store again & this time, No answer. I then called another location and was told that the item I was looking for in both color and size was not available at their location which apparently happened to be the only location open out of three that he mentioned, including the one I was sitting outside of at the time. So my entire morning was shot after I wasted a good portion of it to driving to 5.11 just to find out their own store was closed before they did.

Got my new MOLLE backpack here. Versatile, compact, great for day hikes. Reasonably priced compared to some recent visits to a couple of outdoor type stores.

As always, aside from the overly lifelike mannequins which make you feel as if you are being stalked, a favorite.The staff is awesome although limited, due mainly to COVID. Or Operation Panic Propaganda. I am not down with O.P.P.Knowledgeable about all they carry. Courteous and helpful.Tactical gear with a smile.

Long time user of the original Royal Robbins and now 5.11 tactical gear. This store is a waste of time - they do not provide any customer service - for anything that has been washed. $240 of Icon pants is wasted money. They are fashion pants and not working pants - and the rise is too short and tight. Dont give these franchise owners your business. They truly dont care once you buy something!

Best place to buy pants. Snap button shirts, morale patches, belts, bags. This place has it all and they are always friendly and helpful. One of my favorite stores.

I love this place. The clothing is perfect for work. Comfortable, rugged, and professional looking. Fully functional clothing, bags, boots, and gear. The staff here is second to none. Very helpful without being pushy. Some may say the prices are higher but you seriously get what you pay for. Check it out some time.

Understanding COVID-19 I called ahead to make sure the store was open for business. My wife and I arrived at the store at 1:48pm and the door was locked. The sign indicated hours of operation were from 10:00am-6:00pm everyday. Next to that there was a will return sign indicating a return time of 2:00pm. So we waited in our vehicle and as we waited we saw an employee leave the store at 2:00pm and lock the door. At 2:03pm we walked back up to find the door still locked. Another customer arrived and also walked up to the locked door and returned to his vehicle to wait. Another customer arrived and waited in their car. At 2:09pm the employee returned back to the store with a Chipotle bag, walked past all of us in our cars waiting, unlocked the door, changed the will return time to 2:30pm and relocked the door. The store finally opened and we grabbed our item and proceeded to check out. The cashier (who was not wearing a face mask) was rude and asked what our problem was which we then explained the entire situation above. He then refused to sell to us. Your store lost a 200.00 sale because your cashier refused to take any ownership for the actual amount of time all these customers had to wait.P.S. the 5.11 TacTec plate carrier is cheaper on rouges website with shipping and tax. In hindsight I guess I should thank you.

Dont bother going to the store. If anything doesnt go right, they refer you to 5.11 customer service. Just order online and save money. The online store has more variety and theyve never let me down.

I would rate it a 10/5. The staff here was so friendly and patient, especially Alex. I came in knowing I wanted a hat but I left knowing that I could come anytime to hang out with anyone working at the store. They were so helpful and funny and made great conversation while I was there taking everything in for over an hour. I would highly recommend coming here because the staff is so nice and knowledgeable on everything they have. I love this store.

Quality clothes and gear. Very helpful staff. I got a great pair of pants for a backpacking trip to Central America. Made with ripstop material, light and durable lots of pockets and an awesome battle brown color. Im glad I found this place

Every time I go in the store, they always have fantastic customer service, absolutely fantastic gear that I have always been purchasing for the last 10 years usually online until they finally build a retail store which is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic store absolutely fantastic staff, if I had more money I would shop here more often. They also told me the other day when I was in that they are looking at starting a rewards program which will be a good thing because that will attract a lot more customers. Thank you guys you have a loyal customer for life.

Such a great store. This is the store to get all your hiking needs and more. I went to look for a backpack, and I like the fact you can check them out before you buy, got me the all hazards prime backpack, great quality and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back, and its a great place to get a Fathers day gift.

5.11 products are always good, this store has very helpful staff each time I have gone in, and they seem to keep a good stock on the inventory.

It was difficult finding this location at first, it is that an interesting area of a complex. The options at the store was surprisingly supplemental to the size of the store. The staff was reluctant to ask for any assistance, being that I was the only one in the store. Other than that there are plenty of 5.11 gear but I picked up everything I needed plus more stuff I didnt know I needed. The stores easy to browse and was in stock of many items.

Please take the time to read this review. I ordered two pairs of 511 shoes that I like through the store because it just opened and I wanted to support the local business. 3 weeks later I hadnt received the shoes, so I just called and casually asked if I could have the tracking info for my order. The guy at the store couldnt tell me tracking info and couldnt answer any more questions than that. He offered to have the manager call me the next day to see if he could help and I gladly accepted the offer. I never received a phone call from the manager and another week and a half later for a total of 29 days without order I get an email, not a phone call saying my order was in. I went into the store and was greeted by a gentleman who I hadnt met yet and told him my name and my order. He came out with one box and told me the other color of shoes I ordered hadnt shown up yet and he had no idea when they would be available...awesome. Not once while I was in the store did I receive a single apology or any offer to resolve the situation from this rep or anyone else. I left the store and was so frustrated by my experience that I called the location to see if a manager was on duty to speak with. The worst part is the gentleman who never apologized, never tried to resolve the issue, was in fact the manager. I work in a local gun store a block away and I will NEVER refer anyone to this store and I encourage anyone who took the time to read this review to save your time and shop from the website. The experience I had in this store was beyond frustrating.

Friendly staff, great selection, and good prices!

My first time visiting the store I felt like a repeat customer. I would recommend this store to anyone as an example of how to treat a customer. I was helped by every employee in the store even with other customers there. The store has an excellent layout, plenty of parking, and staff that knows there stuff. If your looking for some outdoor gear with tactical use in mind, this is the place.

I love the selection they have, the products are great. However the staff at this particular location were inattentive and unenthusiastic. I had questions about several bags and the man working there answered with monotone, uninterested one word answers. The checkout clerk was nice and friendly, wish she had been the one on the floor to help me instead.

After searching online for EMS pants for my daughter I was surprised and happy to see this brick n mortar was just down the street from my house. We figured it was perfect because if you have ever read the reviews on Amazon or any other site these pants seem to be a mixed bag.Upon arriving at the location that joy and happiness faded fast, plenty of workers just non actually working. We wondered this very small store for quiet some time in search of the pants, the womens area is a joke, I believe they carried 4 styles of pant and a few purses, non of the EMS gear that we want for.We where not approached by a single worker until we where leaving the store (5 working) was to little to late, I guess the chick they where talking about either before we got there or one they know was more important then a sale.I was highly disappointed in this store from selection to lack of customer service. I walked away from this store with the knowledge of knowing if youre not a yuppie poser survivalist this store is not for a real man. So disappointed I cant say that enough.

5.11 prices are high on the surface but considering the quality of what you are getting it’s a bargain. Huge fan of the Apex pants. Employees here are nice, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend stopping by and taking a look around.

Dont waste your time coming to this store. They have nothing in stock. What you see is what you get. Out of everything. Go to any other uniform shop for your needs or order online. Giant waste of time.

These guys make great gear, and the store staff is amazing! I bought a M65 jacket on Amazon, and the manager let me exchange it at his store for a different size. Naturally, I went back and bought more stuff :D.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was a little surprised as I wasnt expecting there to be such a large mens clothing section. Other than boots I really didnt see much in the way of womens clothes, but for bags, holsters, and accessories I would definitely shop here again

Great customer service. The quality of the clothes is very good, so worth the higher cost. I have pants that outlast Dockers that once I had to replace the Dockers I was at the same cost as a pair of 5.11 pants.

The Store has a good selection and quality products I use the Stryke pants for work and they are highly durable. I also use the light-weight high speed pants and they provide great protect on the jobs done in the remodel/ construction type work done.

Ordered a pair of pants September 15th, recieved September 25th, 10 days, did not fit so I sent them back. They recieved them back on October 11th, today is the 26th and still no refund, 15 days later after I talked to customer service two days ago and they said youll definitely have your refund by today. Everything with this company takes way longer than it needs to.
