Came all the way from Chicago to this store and I loved it also I won a free soda because I dropped a quarter in the shot glass thanks guys will most definitely revisit.

I ordered personalized soda bottles for a 50th birthday party they were amazing and a big hit.

My family and I have enjoyed Rocket Fizz from the day they opened! I love the retro metal signs, movie and concert posters, stand up cutouts, gift baskets, etc! My favorite part is the AMAZING variety of salt water taffy. You are a able to FILL THE BAG for one low price. Additionally, as a former bartender I love the variety of soda to use as mixers. The customer service is phenomenal. The staff always takes the time to make recommendations and show you fun, new, unique products! The owner is almost always in the store. You can feel the pride he has in his store and staff. The most patriotic thing we can do as Americans is support small businesses!

Store was clean and Titus the employee/manager was engaging and absolutley wonderful! We saw this chain on undercover boss and were curious and wanted to visit. From the moment we stepped in the door Titus was absolutely amazing, giving us recommendations and even a chance to win a free soda. Because of him we will be coming back anytime we need a smiling face and a sugar fix.

I freaking love this place. All the different kinds of sodas make it a fun place to go whenever you want to try a.... different kind of soda. They have soda ranging from red Root Beer to Bacon soda to Key Lime Pie soda, and I almost forgot their nuclear lemonade.

Stopped by here on a business trip recently and was wowed by the extensive selection of candy and helpfulness of the staff. Felt like a throwback to an older style of doing business. Loved it. But if you see me in there again grabbing an extra-large Reeses Cup, feel free to tell me to dial it back. HooooBoy! Thats a lot of peanut-butter-chocolate goodness.

A must go on a kids day out for all dads. only way you consistently win the cooler parent award before going to a movie etc. Best selection and one of my favorite places to look around and check out the old candies from my childhood. Have bought tons of the wall art for my kids. My son has almost every superhero metal poster in the store, which is a very cool thing too pass down I thought. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, on topics you cant imagine. Cuba Cuba is next door and doesnt care when you bring over a specialty soda when dining there.

I have always had a good time when I visit Rocket Fizz. The Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help you find your selection. The store is filled with young and those wishing to be young again. A fun atmosphere in a busy location. Patrick - the Owner - is a big supporter of the community and community groups.

They have candy from all over the world! Love how eclectic the store is and the vibe. Fair warning, watched an employee pick his nose with no shame & some of the candy was expensive; to be expected when you have such a rare variety though (the expense, not the booger digger).

This is a very good candy & soda store. Wide selection compromised by high prices. Only place Ive ever been able to find Bavarian Root Beer.Update: Virgils has now discontinued the Bavarian Root Beer. The world is gloomy and with each passing day I lose hope for the future of this store. They need something drastic to turn it around. I know it is not their fault it is discontinued but a star must be deducted for this atrocity.

Fun shop. Basic candy shop really, so its a bit overpriced, but you have way more options, so if youre looking for something you cant find this may be the place to go. Added to that, as far as Im aware, if they DONT have it, theyll order it for you.

Rocket Fizz has always been and will continue to be the best candy store in Highlands Ranch. Every time I go there I am greeted by happy employees, nostalgic music and the intoxicating smell of candies from my yesteryear. Its a shame that a single customer had a bad experience and felt it necessary to blast Rocket Fizz on Google, but hey, cant make everybody happy.Keep it up Rocket Fizz! Rude, Rude, Rude!!!!! Looking for a special type of candy for my sons school projectI spoke to someone Friday. They need to check the shipment. She called back and said yes what i needed came in. I could pick them up on Monday. Glad i called to confirm before I drove there. I called and spoke to the Owner He was so RUDE! Very Unprofessional. Laughed when i asked how long it would take.I am all about the local shopping, But i will Never shop there again and suggest going else where and giving our money to our community. I will shop at a company who is willing and wanting my Business.He said it was a miss-communication with his employee and myself. Maybe so, But he in no way made it better with his Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful attitude.

Nice selection, but not many speciality items. You can find much of what they have at big box stores too. Prices are a little too high. They know parents cant say no to their kids for every item they pick!

Fun place, large selection of candies and soda!

We liked the store, although overpriced, it was fun for the kids. Until one time when my 5 year old desperately had to use the bathroom and was refused. I get that it isn’t a public bathroom. I totally understand not wanting people to just come in off the streets to use it. But we have been customers forever and this felt like a slap in the face. We had to leave with our child in tears because we had to run to find a bathroom instead of getting his treat. What horrible service. We won’t return.

EXTREMELY CHILDISH WORKER. A couple friends and I walked into the store and were immediately followed by the owner around the store. He was extremely rude and whenever we were looking at products he would yell or begin to act aggressive towards us. I asked him if he was okay after yelling at one of my friends and he slammed his goat on the desk and ordered me to get out. Extremely rude and childish. I later then called the owner so I could try to understand what happens, he then immediately recognized my voice and told me he would call the cops if I called again. The only problem with the store is the extremely childish worker.

I had a great experience here and the staff was very friendly. They had all that I needed and more. It also has good prices, not the cheapest but not highly expensive.

Never been satisfied with the service here but my last visit crossed the line. Walked in with some friends, intended on buying some things. Guy at the desk asks us if we need help, we were in our own conversation so we didn’t respond, not a big deal. The guy gets instantly furious, tells us to leave and act like adults next time, all because we didn’t respond to his very generic question. Later, we had other friends go in to see if he would have another reaction. He didn’t, but apparently he was openly discussing throwing rock salt at us as we talked outside in front of the business. Unbelivable that a giant man child was hired here. Don’t visit with the expectation of even decent service.

Walking in is like being transported back to my childhood. They have sooo many great things and there is something for absolutely everyone!

Very unprofessional owner. My 4yr old son accidentally dropped a $5.99 rainbow pop and when we apologized we didnt even get a reaponse. After shopping and purchasing other things in the store i realized the pop was charged out on our reciept and put in our bag without saying anything to us about it.when i asked about it i got do you really want to go there?. Other reviews also mention the rude owner, so I have ruled out a one time thing. I understand the charge but not the unprofelfesionalism and lack of gratitude for customers. We have been to this store many times with our kids and will not go back. A quick google search will show other candy stores in the area that will appreciate your business!

When I went in I was chastised by the manager not once, but three times in the course of 20 minutes, if the management is that unprofessional and stand-offish then my money is best spent elsewhere, speaking of money, the prices here are exorbitant.

Guy working was not pleased I was shopping in the store. Not like I needed or wanted help.
