Well looked after store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff that dont just tell you where something is, but actually take you to it and show you. Nicely staffed for sure.

0 star for customer service. I was in this store for over an hour. Not one employee said hello, can I help you, or anything. Well, that’s not all the way true. The cashier told me my total. This didn’t stop multiple employees passing the isle I was in over and over and over. Every time I went to a didnt isle here comes the train of employees again. Some even started fixing items in the isle that didn’t need to be fixed.

I worked with a frame person to get a custom frame and it turned out fantastic. They worked with me to get the frame just right and will be a wonderful surprise for my wife.

Love the store. They seem to have more variety than other Michaels. Didnt give it 5 stars because the handicap parking is now curbside pickup parking, and there is a parking space right in the middle of the ramp.

Extremely disappointed. Looks like going out of business. The stickers were almost empty. Very very few stamps in stock. Even paper was the lowest ever. No dies. Couldnt find any thing for cardmaking. Used to be my go to store. Absolutely sad. Clerk said go on line..I like going to a fully stocked store and checking out items. It was a total waste of time and gas.

They have a nice selection. I think this is a larger store than the one located on County Line. It gets picked over, so shop early for best selection of holiday decor. The line occasionally gets long but usually moves along at a decent pace.

Its great the workers help a lot for example and I needed resin and they helped me find that and more

The store was closed on a Saturday. I had to drive out to an incredibly busy Lone tree store. They had no idea that the HR store was closed. Maybe first and foremost communication between managers for adequate staffing. The line was ridiculous. I informed the manager in lone tree. Hmmm. The highlands ranch store does not have friendly or helpful people working there.

Big location, good items and service.

Amazingly, the stuff we were looking for was on one of the Michaels special 1/2 price sales. The we forgot something, and since the check out line was small, we were able to grab it while the cashier checked out the next person. Great personal service with a smile that we could see under the mask. Thanks!

Im a creative person and visit this arts and crafts store a few times a week. Alexandra and Mary are helpful, friendly, and make very useful recommendations every time I need some advice.

Good craft store with lots of variety. Found some gift baskets, ribbon, etc. Friendly staff and following covid protocol.

I love going to Michaels. They always have what I need and no matter what, I find at least a half a dozen other things I want to do. Its a great place for kids as well. Its a store I go to when I have the urge to be creative or turn something old into something new. Its a great place that doesnt disappoint.

Big space. Bright open aisles. Very helpful associates if you can find one. Not a cost leader but they have a huge selection and top of the mid-range products.Framing shop is pricey but they do top quality work.

I can easily get lost in Michaels! Theres a lot going on but the store is clean, organized and maintained well. It would be great id there were more staff on the floor available to help find something.

The store has plenty of cool materials for any project! We found a lot of neat items in the clearance section and some great items for crafts to keep our toddler entertained.

Their framing department did an amazing job making my hand-drawn portrait of our late Rooney look perfect in the new frame and mat. I was very particular and the gentleman helping me was very thorough and helpful! He gave me exactly what I wanted!

Its laid out really nicely and I always find what I need.

I loved working here, one of the best staffs Ive known! They made the atmosphere very friendly and kind especially seeing as how that was my first job it helped ease the nerves. Also loved shopping here (though I may be a bit biased). It was the best of times!

Brought a picture in to be framed. Was helped by a lovely young lady named Mia. Can’t say enough nice things about the service she provided us. Her ideas and expertise were spot on. Especially as to suggestions of which mats and frames would highlight differing aspects of the picture. Couldn’t be happier with the end result and I wish I could give her more than just five stars! We’ll definitely be back!

I love this Michaels! This store is big and you can always find a coupon if things arent already on sale! I love that I get teacher discounts and the employees are always friendly!

I love the products at Michaels but its hard to find anyone to help you and usually only one cashier, so waiting to check out is quite lengthy.

Its alright, but Christmas time is ridiculous. 3 registers out of 5 open for 20 customers in line wrapped around the store.

The product I was looking for was not easy to find. It took me almost 1 hr to find it because it was tucked away by the frames. The plate stand is great but I can never find any staff members to help. I posted this review on Michaels website but they didnt like it. They said they valued my opinion but Unfortunately your review did not meet our guidelines ...well I guess my opinion is only valued if I say something positive. Theres always room for improvement and their staff needs improvement.

Great arts and crafts retail store - lots of inventory and extremely helpful employees. Thomas (Frame Manager) helped me locate an item that I had found on the online catalog and was looking for in the store. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make very useful recommendations for the project I was working on. Thanks!

Was looking for some items for my sons senior poster. My daughter and I couldnt find everything were looking for so I asked for help. The employee said I dont know, which would have been OK had she said let me ask another person if they know, which she didnt. The store was clean mostly stocked well organized and the atmosphere is bright.

This is the funnest Michaels. I just wish they kept up with their stock on some things.

This location has a lot more toys than other locations, and I like that. I came in looking for Hot Wheels, and they actually had a great selection.

I like Michaels and closing before you close is a statewide retail issue in Colorado, but if you arent going to be open until 9pm because your employees want to go home at 8:30, then update your hours to close at 8:30 or tell your employees your hours are until 9pm.

The girl at the framing area (I failed to get her name as my 4 kids were keeping me distracted) was very nice, very helpful. She was also very patient. So was the gentleman working there. They were both incredibly understanding when my youngest daughter knocked over several of their mat examples.

Haha...Nearly anything that youll need to create a piece of art is included in Michaels Craft Store.Looking for paper to draw your artwork? Yarn? Paint brushes or charcoal pens/pieces? Paper cleaners? Pencils? Dolls to draw a human figure? Books that will help you draw a little bit better? Mirrors? Framing and framing supplies? Glass - as well as - frames? Hand-clothes? Boards for painting (watercolor, acrylic, oils, etc...), easels, canvases? Stuffed animal selection? Things to create things like a merry-go-round? Mini fans? Erasers? Charcoals? Miniature models of boats, vehicles, and other items? The paint for those modelsI went with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon.Wait until you go to The Home Depot which is located on Highlands Ranch Parkway to the west of Michaels to search for a tackle box (to organize your paint brushes, or to buy lighting to light up your newest artwork.) :)

Lots of craft supplies. They also have framing and models. It is a fun store for anyone who enjoys: decorating, home improvement, or leasure activities.

If you have a creative side, Michaels is a good place to satisfy that mood with a great variety of supplies but dont forget their seasonal items.

Great store. Great employees if there is something we needed and they dont have it they have no problem telling us which store other than Michaels to go to. My little girl is really crafty so we go to HOBBY STORES ALOT. Michaels is by far the best pkace to find good prices.

The staff is friendly, but the space is too open, not cozy or craftsy feeling. I love that they have weekly 40% off coupons (and they do accept competitors 50% off coupons), but they just dont have a great selection of adult crafts: its become a lot more kids-craft oriented. Which is fine when you have young ones, but adults like crafting, too! I still shop there, but I dont like the way the store is set up and its not inspiring anymore.

How this place stays in business is beyond me. There’s never anyone working and anything you need, they tell you the Park Meadows location has it. If Park Meadows has everything, why do they need a location just a few miles away that seems to have nothing? I guess all the school kids and their projects keep this place afloat due to convenience but beyond that, this store is a joke.

Granddaughter likes Michaels. Grandpa never needs anything there. I try to shop close to home and at 75, how much more do you really need!

Always a creative store. Be aware of coupons and restrictions especially on Christmas Trees. All coupons not created equal.

Poor customer service will never use this location again. They wanted me to leave my high valued items with them for 2 to 3 days in their craft shop. I tried to make a appointment serval appointments around there schedule but thomas in frames refused ever effort with me. He told me to leave the high value items with him or nothing at all. I had to take the frame from them and pay another Michael’s in southlands to complete the job that I already paid this Michaels to do.

They are always busy and some times finding help can be difficult but the framing department always does an amazing job and the checkout line move fast.

Not the best customer service. Had three employees walk passed me and didnt even look at me. Had to track down someone for help locating a product.

Helpful staff, had general idea of what I was looking for, staff provided useful in put that led to a successful project.

A complete mess!! Several isles had HUGE piles of things knocked off the shelves.
