Walmart, for the most part, is Walmart. But this location is far better than the University location. Much friendlier staff, an open *and working* money center... And better stock of items I need.

It is the best place to shop and save they have different variety of things different choices that you need in your home on your garage or even in your yard I enjoy going there just sometimes just even brows around and write a list to see the things that I need that I can get next time I have a awesome and joyful shopping list and I want to thank Walmart supercenter thank you so much

Drive in pickup area was difficult to find. Little info on the instruction page. Sales agent was friendly and helpful. For unknown reasons, I had to drive nearly 100 miles to pickup part of my online order, the other part was FedEx delivered and 1item was cancelled. I have no idea if Ive received credit for cancelled item.

I have seen snails cross the sidewalk faster than the express lane moved at this store. I unfortunately needed eggs and was right there. It would have been faster to just drive out of my way and go somewhere else. I never have a good impression visiting any Walmart. It was not unexpectedly bad.

How am I going to get a cashier lady look at me while i bag groceries at self checkout. Then get looked at up and down by the receipt lady because of what Im wearing. You can pull me to the side for my attire, and what I look like. Go to another Wal Mart they will discriminate you.Just an FYI, Im a govt worker who makes 3 times the pay of both those employees. So do me a favor, and stop judging. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Very un- trained workers. Cant help you because its not there department. Very Very Slow cashiers. Like we have all day to be standing. I over hear workers talking about there customers like its the thing to do very rude. 👎👎👎😠😡

The Walmart workers are nice and curious and my daughter loves going to this Walmart. She says they are her friends there.

Walmart is the best..They have so much more than any other store.And the prices are very reasonable.But they need to stock up on there mens wear..Especially the carpenter pants and carpenter shorts and more button up shirts

This place is very poorly run. Shelves not well stocked, no one to help with questions, 15 check out lines and maybe 4-5 opened, causing lines into the product areas so theres no such thing as keeping a reasonable distance. Check outs listed as 20 items or less taking carts loaded to the tops. Doors hanging in the ladies restroom ....

I love my local Walmart. Havent had any issues. Staff is always cool. Even though theyre underpaid they somehow remain courteous and helpful thank you guys.

Its Walmart big loud busy no parking an never a cart . But what can you do they have you by the pocket book cant bet the over all prices. This store is in a very busy an low income area lots of homeless an pan handling in the parking area. Shelves are never full always out of the basics no matter what time I shop. Lots of security too much I tend to linger as I shop an they tend to hover while I shop its a bit annoying. Lots of workers but none of which seems to have any knowledge of anything other than there own agenda. Management is less than helpful always inconvenienced by my inquiries an a Cant do attitude is the norm. But non the less I keep going back only because of location. I would say if possible go to Highland or Railto Supercenters if you can much better shopping experience an maintained stores

Good prices but some items out of stock.

We entered to see a young man sitting by the hand sanitizer and masks (neither required) and he had his side to us, too busy on his phone to greet us. We asked directions and he provided them after we got his attention. We found plenty of employees on the floor and asked directions of three. The first two waved us toward another area and the third went with us to show us where our items were. The store was clean and the checkers numerous so we had a good experience paying in a timely manner.

I have b6to all 3 stores redlands,Loma Linda, and Highland on boulder. They are all good depending on what you need and Service and staff are courteous

I absolutely love Walmart. However, since the pandemic there is a TOTAL lack of cashiers. For almost two years.... theres been a lack of customer service. What ever happened to Back up cashiers to the front checkouts !!. There really is no excuse for this. Every department is trained to work the front checkouts. Could it be, that Walmart is trying to replace cashiers with self checkout? Or is it really, none wants to work?

This is a great store. Really helpful staff and selection and amount of stock on hand are what you expect. So nice to be able to truly shop!!!

Its Walmart, nothing super special. However grocery prices are very reasonable costing. Wait times at cash registers are not long either.

Oh my goodness I dont know whats going on at this Walmart but the shelves are very poorly stocked I can go days in a row looking for a specific one or two things and it will not be there. And God forbid your in line and you forgot the hamburger buns or something because there isnt anybody to go get them for you, customer service wise stater Brothers just has them beat all the way around hands down, oh and if you need help getting groceries to your card plan on waiting about 15 to 20 minutes or a half hour for them to find somebody to help you do that, geez

Big store they have a lot of items here, but I think I have found one thing Walmart does not carry.... A carburetor for a 2 stroke engine. (Small engine on a gas powered bicycle or go kart.) I could be wrong.

This store is terrible. I dont understand how they have 20 checkout lanes and one open. Currently writing this review in a line that has over 30 people in and waiting in the back of the store. And on a Sunday? This is ridiculous, if youre shopping for instcart do yourself a favor and travel 20 miles to a better walmart I PROMISE you youll be spending 10 minutes extra driving rather than waiting 45 minutes to check out.

Great low prices! Was there around 7am and was done with ALL my shopping by 8am. I loved that I was able to find everything I needed under one roof.🙂👏

The staff has always been polite and very knowledgeable about where things are in the store even though that may not be in the department they take care of.I enjoy my time thereAnd the FEDEX office there. I need them with my businesses.

At least they got the card scanner working!! Kudos to the man running curbside pharmacy!! Very polite,very efficient, His name is Aru? He is thin build,glasses,black hair and some tattoos on his arm!! He has brought my meds at least 4 occasions. Give him a raise and a promotion.. I enjoy curb side pick up,because of my disability and I travel with my Dog.

Shopping wasnt to bad, but the cashier was something else two ladies were in front of us and scan there item was holding on to it so I thought maybe it was them. Now it was my turn he scanned all my stuff and I had to get all my stuff from in front of him. I was really upset he act like we were going to steal the things.

Walmart is always great! But now they are stocking Takis!! I checked a couple months ago, and they werent. So this is a new development.

Its got everything and the employees are super nice, but not all of them work in the same department all the time. There is merchandise stuffed in openings with different product label upc codes. Beware! I was shocked to find out that I was charged $3.98 per 8 Oz box of bone broth that was marked 50 cents ea. A lawn chair that was in a box marked $10.00 turned out to be $30.00. I will update this review after I try to get a refund.

Walmart has gone to the dogs when it comes to customer service. Everything seems to be locked up and it takes forever to get someone with a key to help you out.i remember when I worked for them that customer service was a big thing. If a customer asked where a item was at, you always took them to it . You never pointed in the direction it was at and you never said I dont know or Thats not my department . Its really sad how you want to shop there but you know you are going to have a bad experience and do not want to return.

I go to Walmart at least once a week. Its close to home, you can find just about anything your looking for there. We go early in the morning to beat the crowds. Its so convenient to have a walmart this close. Its clean, shelves are stocked well. And they are great about returns

I and my family loves this store very much. Their products are in pretty much good condition and the prices are pretty good deals. The servers and the customer services are pretty much kindness and great sweet faces and greetings.

Just your average walmart, more organized than others. Customer service is non existing but thats most walmarts Ive been to.Great inventory and prices.

No stars staff would rather hide in the back then help customers, and pulling in the parking lot to see a tweaker with their pants around their ankles made it even worse

This supercenter may no longer be the biggest one around the San Bernardino area, but it still holds up as one of the best. They have an amazing selection, as well as very friendly staff, that keep me chosing to come back to this Wal-Mart over other ones everytime. Keep in mind this one just so happens to be one of my favorites, so my opinion is very bias.

This wal mart is a good one in terms of merchandise on hand. Around the first of the month, great selection. The lines for check out are terrible. So, I give it 4 stars.

I love shopping Walmart prices are great. I only have one problem that I know many shoppers would totally agree with me needs to be addressed and greatly improved on. Its stocking shelves with essentials such as mens t shirts and socks. As well as many many other items throughout the store mens items was just a strong example and I absolutely hate having to make a second trip back. Second its REDICULOUS having items under lock n key then having to wait n wait n wait for assistance to get an item. Example: I wanted a lock n key and they were in a case under lock n key. REDICULOUS bc the cost was from $2.98 through like $5.98 maybe 6 or 7. I go in with a list to go get in get my stuff n go home. But I cant with stuff being locked up at every turn. But I still shop there just curtain stuff thats locked up I go elsewhere

Walmart is knowing for have anything we look for it but this time was the opposite and I see a lot people without face mask and that for me is not safe... Walmart always on top the safety but this time I felt unsafe

Went to the optometrist in the Walmart at Highland Ave. I was happy with the wait time. We got in quickly. The doctor was very informative, as well as friendly and outgoing. Would definitely recommend him. We did not shop in the Walmart. Just in and out.

Only 1 Cust Serv Rep for returns with a line out of that department. All lines, which wasnt many, to purchase items including self checkout were into the clothing sections.

This store has everything under lock and key so be prepared to wait for an associate to come help you. We got in and out and they had the items we needed. I think our cashier was Raynne. She was so sweet and helpful. Definitely a gift for customer service.

I was made to feel like a criminal. You need to have an employee unlock a glass case to buy deodorant and tylenol. There are video cameras on most aisles so Im under surveillance to buy Pine Sol.

Open late night nice for a quick shop

Walmart sucks they never have what you need. And they seem to have stuff in the wrong place,plus you think youre going to pay one price and when you get to the register its a whole different price. Then you got those glass cabinets, where I was over there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come and open it up, me and abt 5 other people. Jst to get me some aspirins that makes no sense to have to wait that long... Just my opinion, yall need to rethink that situation over in that department. Unhappy customer!!!

Ordered a computer that was in stock about a week before my pickup day. An hour before pickup I get a message saying that my item is out of stock and there are substitutions I need to approve. Substitutions are nothing like the computer I ordered so I dont approve them. I see on the email that I have to pick the item up and then return it in order to complete the process. I get a message at my pickup time that my order is ready for pick up, I go pick it up and they cant give it to me because I didnt approve the substitutions 🤦‍♀️ Bug waste of time, not really anyones fault, but annoying as hell.

We were staying at Bear Springs Hotel and saw this Walmart. Didnt find what I was looking for but found other good deals. This Walmart was very clean and not busy. I needed assistant and help came quickly. Glad I dropped in. I found items other Walmarts did have. Always good deals at Walmart. Lol.

The store was not clean, all carts were spread out throughout the parking lot and the lines were incredibly long.

My most recent visit, 3 days ago, shopping this Walmart Supercenter was indeed super. This is a popular Walmart location that is nearly always crowded. I subscribe to Walmart +, and so used the Walmart + Scan and Go application. It made the crowd much less overwhelming. To the point, Walmart + is a very useful subscription that features very useful applications which made for very interesting shopping with Walmart at this often crowded Walmart Supercenter.Try some hot cuisine from their Deli or sweet treats from their Bakery, oh boy!

Its a Wal-Mart. The bar isnt high, but this location fell way short. You go to Wal-Mart for the wide selection and low prices I suppose, not for a high-class shopping experience or outstanding customer service.The low star rating is caused more by the poor organization and function of the curbside pickup service.First, the email confirming readiness prompted a check in via a link. Then, an app download was required. Next, the check-in link on the app said error. After that, I gave up and called the number on the sign. I called no less than 5 times; each time there was no answer and it went to voicemail. Eventually, I opted to try to leave a voicemail and the box was full. Anither customer noticed my frustration, shook his head and laughed, and said be prepared to wait a long time. Seems the lack of efficiency wasnt my experience alone.So I went inside. The greeter directed me to a pickup table at the front. No one was there. I waited around; no one came. I saw signs indicating there was a pick up at the back. Couldnt find it.Finally, I found most of my items on the shelves (which were of course disorganized, but oh well). I bought the items after waiting in a long line at one of the few checkouts that were open, left the store, and canceled the order I placed on line.My expectations of Wal-Mart arent high, but this was a miserable visit.

Hate not being able to try on clothes. Spent 30 minutes looking for summer shorts n stuff ...what!! cant try anything on!! So had to leave half my items. Ruined my shopping experience.

Now u get to stand around until they figure out who has the keys to unlock the cabinet. As always the honest have to pay for what the dishonest do. Unfortunate!

Walmart is Walmart. Not the best certainly not the worst. The bad part is the clientele that shop their regularly. The best part is I can find some things that I need that better prices than other places. Its a trade off.

Walmart has great prices but the some associates need more training. Im 71 years old and needed someone to come unlock a cabinet that contained something I wanted to buy. Five or six associates either said they just started their shift and didnt have the key or said they were not authorized to have a key. They all said they would have someone come help me. No one ever came.

Awful experience today. I order pick up between 8-9am, had an email stating order was ready. Arrived and checked in around 8:45am. I had to circle the parking lit waiting for a parking spot. Waited until 10:20 am with a dozen folks, with UberEats drivers having their orders lost or delayed hours.Walmart employees were hustling, but there were only 2 or 3. Walmart needs to pay their employees more for doing a tough and stressful job.

Found all our lakeside needs. Service was friendly and welcoming. Only a few checkout lanes on the 4th of July is why I gave 4 stars.

Super busy but the store was actually cleaner than it has been in the past. Mind you I havent physically gone to Walmart in about 6months, but it was way cleaner and more organized than last time I was there. The staff was helpful and curtious!

Walmart usually pretty good but this place when you go to return stuff you get an attitude and they dont treat you according like youre a good person. It seems to me that the workers here are more content on trying to catch somebody stealing than they are helping people out and thats sad because they look at you like youre a criminal instead of a human being trying to get some shopping done
