They have become too expensive for a thrift store when they get their items free from donations. I do not think the employees are friendly at all. Salvation Army has better prices and a bigger selection.

Every time I go in their the staff follows me like I stole something I was a very loyal customer. Everyone does not steal. Dont understand why do you have to be followed and you are a faithful loyal customer? I love helping people in need by buying items and giving to those who have nothing I love to bless others with purses, shoes clothes, wallets etc. I love doing a good deed. When you are being followed for no reason you dont want to do a good cause! I will find another store so I can do a good cause. I love to see people smile. When I see people smile it makes my day very happy.When your somewhere and they accuse you of doing something you get spooked like you did something wrong when you didnt. I will go if my parent goes to go shopping but I will never shop at this store in this location again they didnt loose my parent to shopping however they did loose one loyal customer which is me. Always love the Goodwill for affordable clothes.Pay attention with kids pants tho as they seem to like to ruin the elastic waists by stretching them out on the pant hangers rather than hanging upside down as they should.I often complain to someone about this and show them the problem. And it still happens. Maybe someday they will get a clue and stop doing it!

This has to be the most difficult place to donate to. The hours sketchy and not very friendly. I will not donate at this location again.

This Goodwill always has high end items because of the area and those who donate here. They are a bit pricey for being a thrift store though. Go on Thursdays if you really want a bargain. All items tagged with the color of the day are only One Dollar!

This Goodwill is very organized and very nice staff. I also got super lucky when I went in last week. I found a Vintage Christian Dior Blazer for $16 that I could have resold for $200, but decided to keep it cause it was just so beautiful. Will definitely be back for more trips. Also, I love that they have a section for formal Wear! I dont have to rummage through the racks to find scattered formal attire. This store is super convenient and definitely one of the nicer Goodwills in Redlands.

Came a month ago, first time with my daughter and was glad I came. The store was so clean, organized and great prices. Most of all, the staff were very helpful and so friendly. Cant wait to go back when I get time.

Its ok to ask a costumer to donate some extra money for a good cause, no problem but if you decide to say no, not today for your own reasons and the cashier insist: you dont want to donate? Me: no not today (again). Cashier: at all? Then it is not ok. That is my own opinion and it didnt felt that she was kindly asking for the cause it felt like she was demanding my donation.. Goodwill costumer poor.
