Would have been nice if they didnt close early, or so early in general. Who gets out before 6pm on a weekday night. Got there at 5:55 and they had already shut it down.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ana was such a joy to work with. She was very friendly, and upbeat! Not often you see someone smiling while working these days- she was all smiles and I could tell she really loved her job (makes shopping way more fun!). She went above and beyond when she found out I have always wanted a pair of Tiffany & Co. sunglasses, and pulled frames not on display that fit the style I described wanting. She had exceptional product knowledge, and recommended frames that really suited me! She pointed out the details that made each frame unique, and helped me to narrow down my selection quickly! I’m quite self conscious when it comes to eyewear, as I have a wide temple- but she was able to find me the PERFECT pair of sunglasses that I feel super confident in! ❤️ my new Prada sunglasses! I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend going here. I found a pair of glasses I wanted and they tried to sell me the demo pair right off the shelf claiming, that it was “the only pair”. Apparently this is how they do all their glasses. They wanted to charge me full price for a demo pair of glasses covered in scratches. I left and took my business elsewhere.

Choose anywhere else to buy your glasses. I bought my girlfriend glasses here for Christmas. They handed me a demo pair straight off the shelf which I had a problem with. They assured me that I had 90 days to bring them back for a new pair. So I brought them back a couple weeks later to get an actual new pair of glasses since I was paying full price. They told me they ordered them and would notify me when they were in. Not only did they put me off for weeks and keep me waiting but they put me off so long that my 90 days expired and then changed their story that they were no longer ordering me a replacement since the 90 days expired. This is the first and last time Ill do business here. Terrible customer service
