Horrible experience. I’m not sure what celebrities she worked with, looking at her business location, I find that hard to believe. She will leave you stressed expecting a return phone call or email. She will tell you to call or email and never get back with you. She left us scrambling to get balloons for our daughters birthday party after stating she’d get back with us. Never called, responded to emails or answered the phone for that matter. Don’t believe the hype, go somewhere else, especially if you’re on a time schedule. Very unprofessional!

Lois Jolley did a amazing job on my son birthday and launch party for his business. I just gave her his banner and her team went to work. My son Kenny was her lead assistant until he was called home to be with the lord. I know she is still grieving and steady working. He meant the world to her and she showed in his decor Friday night. I had tears because it looked so good. She does amazing work.

Lois is very professional and helpful! Went the extra mile to help secure the item I needed for my event!

Lois is the Hardest working woman in the Business I knew nothing about her work but the last month I have seen her do MANY amazing arrangements with her team in multiple locations. I wish they were local for me but I love her work. She can even ship you personalized balloons. I am so excited to see more of her work and I hope to work with her again.

Not neat.odd smell

First and foremost the owner of this company has a beautiful building and beautiful decor, unfortunately the way I was handled for my baby shower has left me feeling cheated and very upset. When I initially decided to use her building and allow her to decorate for me she seemed very positive and willing to do it she also made me feel like I had very little to worry about because everything will be provided within the budget and she would make it look beautiful for me. My budget was initially 400 for decor then I went up to 600 because I wanted my shower full of decorations, she said she would send me an invoice to pick what I wanted and she would freestyle it for me, I asked for weeks for the invoice and she got rude with me stating that I was in line like everyone else waiting for an invoice. I didn’t receive any emails or updates or anything about my shower til the day of and day before. She never sent an invoice but sent me a request for payment for $1,025 when she knew my budget was 600 and when I called and asked she said she thought I knew her using her building was not apart of the budget, even so that’s where COMMUNICATION with a client comes into play, I didn’t receive what I asked for, my shower was bland and barely had decor and she threw it together a hour before my event and me and my fiancé paid $1000 just to be disappointed. I cried and stressed myself out on the day of my shower which was supposed to be a beautiful moment for my family and it wasn’t, there was no apology, just a rude comment about a contract. I spent a lot of money just to feel awful about everything that day and at 8 months it was so traumatic and stressful for me and baby.. very unhappy about this experience.

Unfortunately, this business is not open for orders on Saturday. Saturday is for order pick-ups only. However, peeking the window the balloon decorations looked great! I wish I had heard of them sooner!
