Outstanding customer service. Don and Melvin are extremely knowledgable, professional and could not be more helpful. We ship multiple packages a day and because of their reliability and the friendly atmosphere in the store we now use UPS as or first choice in shipping.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.Had a few challenges with UPS, but the people here helped me through it, including delivering on all commitments and follow ups.

So I got there and it was fine. Waited a short time. I had shredding which was weighed and I paid for it. Was fine with that. But the worker was all creepy and asked if I wanted a hug and he had his mask not on and he had a weird look in his eyes. This happened 7.11.2020 at approx 3pm. Customer service was not good. Went to drop off a package and the worker didnt even talk to me except to say I needed to reprint the label

You guys need to update your hours online because it says you close at 7 and its really 630

Horrible service. We went in 15 minutes after closing because their door was unlocked we were unaware of holiday hours and the two employees inside a female and older tall man were talking to each other figuring out if they were going to help us. We asked if they were closed and the man said with an attitude yeah, 30 minutes ago. They had only been closed 15 min, and we didnt know that. They couldve respectfully stated that when we walked in. Never been treated so poorly at a business. Its obvious they dont need the business.

I came in expecting a no for a last minute small printing job....ive been told no by so many companies since its late on a Saturday afternoon & I needed it that day 4 a ceremony they were being giving out on Sunday. The Evans walked up to the counter and ask how can she help.. (it was very busy and packed in there) i took a deep breath and shared what i needed and she said no problem i heard angels sing lol no really ..after less than an hour i was out and extremely happy.

Awesome customer service and understanding of the customer clientele. They will arrange pick-ups for larger orders and pack them for you! Cheaper than a moving company or doing it your self. Definitely look into their mailbox and small business service including large scale and small scale print.

My brother and I were just recently at the Highland Park UPS Store they all were so nice. I dont know everyones names or I would mention them all but EJ is the one who primarily was the one who helped us. He is so nice and cool and knows what he is doing as if he has worked there for many years. Lets hope everyone stays there for many many more years The UPS Store Highland Park is everything the Highland Park Post Office is not, they are friendly and so nice efficient and knows what they all are doing it is so Awesome coming into this place. Everyone else you should come here before going to the Nasty Highland Park Post Office the UPS store is the Best.

This place is the absolute worst. This is the only place that looses packages. Ive never had a problem with any other location but this one. The customer service provided is the worst. Avoid this place.

I came into this UPS store today looking to deposit a check into my USAA account which many UPS stores do probably because of some affiliation and because this online military bank doesnt have actual banks possibly due to military families being so scattered and always moving and a low demand for it, and it would be totally fine if the workers in this store were just like sorry we dont do that here but such and such place does, but noo the lady who has probably worked there for ages was like Ummm this is UPS.... completely trying to make it seem like i was a total idiot while spraying some type of windex in my direction while wiping off a scale. I asked her to ask another worker and he knew about how the one in Deerfield does and the lady told him how i said that the one near my home in Glenview does and then acted baffled that they would because they have the same owner...just a completely rude experience. Sorry that your owner doesnt think that this depressing looking UPS store is qualified enough to do such a simple thing that typically takes a 10th of the time that it took them to make it seem like I was the one in lala land. Sheesh -_-

Helpful staff makes it easy to ship

Our shipment was damaged and lost during transit. After many frustrating calls, I was told there was nothing they could do. Do not use this service! They do not stand behind their customers.
