We were looking for outdoor furniture for our rooftop deck. Kelsey helped us and she was a true joy. She spent quite a lot of time with us, offering her expertise and opinion when asked. She wrote up quotes, researched questions and generally went out of her way to support us. I will shop there again and highly recommend it to anyone!

My family and I have been customers at Williams ski shop for 25 years. Had the worst customer service yesterday. I came in to buy a ski jacket and snow pants yesterday. I arrived around 5:25 before they close. The young woman working can to the front door because it was locked, and she told me that they were closed and to get Lost! I was blown away. Just a heads up to anyone who is planing on going to this ski shop. I can tell you they lost my whole family’s business.

Given all of the positive reviews of Williams Ski & Patio, I truly have to wonder at my own personal experience over the recent holiday weekend...My wife and I are in immediate need of not one - but three - patio sets of various styles and we thought that we had found an ideal place to solve our problem under a single roof.Though, curious as could be, upon entering the store the sales staff paid no attention to us as we browsed the entirety of their two floors of inventory. Not so much as a hello, as they continued to greet every other potential customer entering...which of course one would expect with so many glowing reviews.So I am left to wonder...did my wife and I not meet some visible expectation worthy of courtesy? Though as a sign of times I was masked for safety, one could easily note that my skin tone was a bit more, shall we say, tan, than other patrons? I was wearing shorts after-all...and we are interracial? hmpf...I suppose well never know. Good luck

Seems like a well supplied ski shop however after 10 minutes of waiting I couldnt find any help or even an acknowledgement. They seem terribly understaffed and I had to leave. May try another time.

(This is a Ski review) Super busy, super friendly staff, great selection of winter gear! Head in there for the End of Year deals before they get gobbled up. PS, my wife & girls absolutely loves the (Patio) swivel chairs strategically laid out on the showroom floor.

50 years ago I purchased a patio set one when you were located in, I believe, Berwyn. The set has been spray painted several times and still looking great. Even the red seat cushions have held up. You only get what you pay for. Your ad in the Tribune, Furniture That Lasts A Long Time is very apropos.

Not a lot of selection, I was surprised. Do not understand how they can support the sales staff. Like others, long wait for orders (20 weeks).

Great family run business, the selection of patio furniture is second to none. This is high-end patio furniture and accessories, you can expect to pay a bit more, but it will last. Customer service is awesome and if they dont have it, theyll find it for you.

Dont take your skis for a grind at Williams. Hacked up my race training skis. Great equipment, but the dont know how to use it. About 6 inchs from both tails is a hacked up edge and the I had identified an section of edge that needed to be cleaned up and they never really touched it - and there was plenty of edge to work with. Hacks.
