This is the nicest Target Ive been to in a while. It was quiet, clean, and the staff members were really friendly. I just wish I lived nearby because my Target is not this pleasant.

Been happy that Target stayed open and accessible during the pandemic. They have done a great job to keep everything safe and clean, the best they can. Products have been in stock and available. The associates remain friendly and helpful. It appears they are putting more emphasis on the self serve checkout process, which is wonderful unless there is a backup, since the registers staffed by associates are often lacking.

I go out of my way to shop at the Highland Park Target - their store is always clean and organized. Additionally I really like the layout of the store. Will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to shop at this target!

I havent been to Target, or shopping, really, since March 12 (right before things started to close down). I was so incredibly impressed with everything Target is doing to keep safe. I was there during a later/off hours time, but it was clear that they are taking precautions seriously, as I noticed X marks on the ground outside, cart sanitizing stations, and all employees and shoppers wearing masks. I am so thankful for all the work the employees at the Highland Park location are doing to keep the store looking incredible. It was well stocked, organized, and neat. Thank you so much!

The lines in the pickup was too long. I asked to manager to get extra help. Instead, the person helping the person in front of me left; You should have curbside if you order online.For an order that was fulfilled way in advance, the wait time was much too long to get the item. Customer service was not adequately staffed

Worst manager and lazy staff. Shop at a different Target -Lake Bluff and Vernon Hills have friendlier staff and they are much better organized. The staff can not even tell you correct information (they just make things up). Target is such a fun place to shop at, but the Highland Park location just lost my business.

I ordered 1 item, a hold was put on my debit card for double the amount. When I received my confirmation, it showed TWO items. When I went to pick it up, I was ignored by a group of staff members that were chatting. I finally got the staff members attention, he brought out the TWO items, I explained what happened, he said no problem, he would take iff the item and I wouldn’t be charged for it. Instead of crediting my debit card, I received a Target gift card via email, which I did not want. I wanted a REFUND FOR YOUR MISTAKE!!!!!

I have to say I dont like my target after their last renovation. I hate the loud bad music, and how the clothes are ALL OVER the place. BUT, I was just there looking for kid clothing yesterday, and I could not find one pretty girl outfit. I used to spend hours in that department when my daughter was little. I could always count on finding a beautiful dress, wether sundress, or holiday dress. Yesterday, there was no need to spend a lot of time. Plus the baby girl clothes were kind of mingled in with the boys. So that made it even more confusing. I had to sift through racks of boy and girl clothing. I ended up leaving with nothing. Just wondering if I hit a bad moment, or if they dont buy beautiful girl dresses anymore.

Store is in a convenient location for my family and I, great selection, organized and USUALLY helpful. I stopped in last night to grab a few things for the game. I used self checkout and had to be IDd for a purchase and noticed the price was a bit more than advertised, and I informed the CSA assisting me with the checkout, she replied, what?, so she heard me, I repeated, In the aisles it says the price is x.99 and she walked off, ignoring me, by helping another customer.

Love the new lay out! Its definitely geared for people to feel like they are in a different store when they shop each section. I enjoy it. I thought the store had good flow. I guess if you were shopping the old layout for a long time it could be confusing.

Always fun walking through a Target. Everything you need under one roof. The variety of Cubs clothes for children is impressive.

This is a solid, convenient, midsized Target location that is beginning to show its age and could use a refresh. The healthy, hip new in-store restaurant is a good start.Particularly during busy times, sections of the store can rapidly become disorganized - for instance, during back to school shopping or Halloween season. Extra staff on shelf duty might well go a long way to improving the shopping experience here.

Horribly understaffed. Theres only 3 registers opened on a Saturday afternoon. The cashiers are doing a great job trying to keep the lines moving. But corporate clearly doesnt care about customer service, or they would hire more people. Dont go when its busy or youll wait forever. Hire more staff!!!

My wife and I have had to stop here a few times when driving down from WI to IL because our daughter happens to need to stop to be taken care of (7 month old at the time of this review) right as we are passing by. Even though we havent made any purchases here weve never had an issue stopping in and changing or feeding her. The only downside is that their restrooms do not have a family restroom one so theres been times we went to the dressing rooms to take care of her.

Great job on getting mirror #4 up in ladies restroom PS Peterson Target in Chicago might be still missing lock on door of stall 2nd of last (from the left when facing stalls or facing Peterson (S) . Great job on the repairs and final touches. This location could use some AC vents in family restroom and the toilet seat is loose. Thanks again. Also if the lake Bluff store security would stop judging me base on stereotypes of wearing sunglasses when it’s raining outside that would be great. PS not shop lifter. I’m an Uber driver so I get around, also I spend my money here at many locations of Target stores.

Five items that were on sale were rung up at regular price(for a $16 overcharge). I didnt notice immediately because I had my daughter with me and several items. When I looked at the receipt at home and called the store they could only make it up if I come back in. It is 6 degrees outside. I called target corporate as well to make the same complaint and they also said I have to go back in, when I asked to be transferred to someone else, Sharon put me on hold for five minutes and then they hung up on me. I used the target red card, I shop there regularly. Theres no way to pull up my receipt or card to rectify the situation? Yeah right, I have caught this several times from several different Targets. Im done shopping here. If you shop here you better watch carefully as they ring you up or they will overcharge you. Ive had the same issue there with coupons as well.

This was terrible. While looking for birthday gifts, my two daughters got seperated and called to each other. They were obnoxiously told to Stop shouting, this is a store not a PARK. From a rude employee with short red hair. I was astonished by this terrible employee behavior a vowed to refrain from shopping at this place. The employees seemed confused and as cruel as this review might sound, what is crueler is the crying of my three year old and the million calm-down hugs after the incident.

Well me and my girlfriend came to Target to buy a special edition Pikachu Nintendo 3DS, we were the first ones there and we waited outside the store till it open 8:00 am US central time. Then this blonde girl that technically works for Target mobile, but not actually target waited outside too. Anyways she wanted to purchase it and we (my girlfriend and I) were next. The one who was helping us was this tall black male and he said he couldnt help us because the items were reserve ahead of time (3-6 months ahead) he said. We didnt believe it because this item was just announce like 3 weeks ago, and every target we visited that day (about 5-10) said that was false and he was lying. We called the store Manager and we were connected by a man name Shaun, a very patient and understanding man, he confirm our assumptions and apologize for the inconvenience. Which I believe the guy who didnt sold it to us should apologize to us instead of Shaun. To top it off, we over heard the three target employees that wanted to buy this item and they were plotting when they should buy it. This I thought was disrespectful because Target is a business and these people shouldnt involve their personal gains with their profession. We came as guest and we werent treated appropriately by the cashier in the electronics department today in the morning and also he shouldnt lie to us because nor his superiors, because he said that his manager told him to not sell it because they were reserve even though every target within a 50 mile radius said otherwise. Target managers should train their employees better when it comes to treating their guest better. Im not saying that all employees are bad because there are a lot of good people there, but it was just particular guy, and the other people involve of plotting to buy this device. I like target, but I didnt like how the employees treated my girlfriend and I as guest since we were treated more as strangers that are not welcome in their neighborhood.UPDATE:1So I remembered that the first one to buy it was the target mobile girl. Shes short and blonde, with short hair, but I forgot her name... The 2nd one was an overweight man who works at target, his name is Gabriel and was working for the electronics department I think. Hes Latino, wears glasses and is not too tall. It wasnt fair that these people lie to their guest and Ill see to it that anyone reading this is notified about them so that they dont experience the same thing what I went through with my girlfriend.
