Nice selection of womans cloths. Mens department geared toward teens and young adults, not much variety. Only complaint I have is everytime I go in here there are groups of teens running wild. It seems to be like a hang out. Music was very inviting.

All of the computers were down,no registers were open,the self checkout was down to one working,it only excepted cash,the bathrooms were closed again,its been at least four months,the shelves were not stocked well....

Very busy, crowded location. Shelves not always stocked well, and yet staff members are always blocking aisles with pallets, carts, or hand trucks.UPDATE 9/10/19: Store has been remodeled and looks nice, but the shelves continue to be a mess, and almost nothing you are looking for is ever in stock.Update 12/26/20- Store remains poorly stocked despite staff with carts and pallets blocking aisles while restockingUpdate 8/1/21- Store still remains poorly stocked. Easy to locate items in the store via the website

Sadly this target store is making my love for target go down. Since the redo the aisles are much smaller and makes it a hassle if there are a bunch of people in that aisle. (Or they moved an entrance to an aisle in the middle of a pole.) The workers have to pay more attention to labeling their products. They also need to handle the products better as Ive seen a ton of products damaged in the shelves. They are always out of stock on a lot of items which makes me have to go to another store to get items I need.

Worker was very nice and order came out very quickly. I had a really good experience ordering online to pickup curbside. As I am immuno compromised I really appreciate this service being offered by stores. Other stores have kept me sitting in my car waiting up to 30 minutes but target asks to be notified when your leaving and when you have arrived. I clicked I had arrived when I was searching for where to park and my order was waiting there for me when I pulled into a spot. Excellent service!!!

The toy section is very organized. My son loves it and we only come to this store bc of this. There are other Target stores closer but we prefer this one.

This is a pathetic place - there’s no restroom in the whole Target Mall here - for an emergency one has to wait for queue for long time as there’s only restroom

The target store in Hicksville consistently keeps up with sanitizing the store. Carts are being wiped down as well as the registers. I feel very comfortable shopping there.

Cashier had nasty negative attitude, I would rate her a 0 on customer service. Unfortunately not a pleasant experience.

When we went to go check out, there was a problem with the register and we had to rescan all the items. It took about an additional 10 minutes, which was no big deal (I get these things happen). But Lorraine gave us a $15 gift card for our inconvenience without us even asking. (she was very nice and apologetic). The cashier, whose name I cant recall, was also extremely friendly and apologetic. VERY classy and definitely makes me want to return to Target (Ill also be telling my friends)!

Great selection and prices. A young man stocking the milk went above and beyond to find me the container of milk I needed. Bravo!

My husband and I were trying to make a quick run into the Hicksville target. My husband who is an ESSENTIAL WORKER (RN), did not let him cut the long line. We spoke to the manager at this target, he told him he has to wait in the line because it is not fair for those who are standing in line. BEWARE.....ESSENTIAL WORKERS, TARGET DOES NOT SUPPORT US!!!

We just came back from late foods shopping and we had a major problem with employees there. Amanda, gave us a whole nine yards attitude because we were just want to verify how to use the coupons right and she just walked away while we’re talking..I don’t know how Target’s application form works but they should train their employees better than that. See this place is the best. The fact that the workers eat trees and other peoples hair is just amazing. They lick each others tissues as aell which is good. One of the workers named KKsknswjwisjsjuwiqk was breathing which was impressive

I don’t shop at this store anymore. The price of what I bought here the next day dropped. I took the receipt to adjust the price. They said I had to bring the goods with me to adjust the price. This is ridiculous. The service is terrible. I don’t recommend it!

Great selection at this branch. Very clean as well. Go quite often and the staff is always very friendly. Had a great experience today. Rosam was so sweet and so helpful. She saw I was struggling to fit a big box in my cart with my 3yr old sitting in the front and offered to give me a hand. She gave great advice for certain products I needed and felt she really went the extra mile for me:). Thanks Rosam!

Awesome deals for groceries items.

Target has great prices and excellent selection of items BUT dont expect great service from the customer service desk. The team is focused on tasks- retrieving stock, discussing breaks and doing anything they can to not help a waiting guest. Unless there is a line they dont call for help even though they know you are waiting. Your time isnt their concern. Target needs to realize that the longer they make us wait to return is LESS time we have to shop and spend more. Get on the ball Target fix your return desk!

Ordering on app was easy. Order was ready very quickly and brought out to my car within minutes of me arriving at Target.

I had a very good experience over here, loved it. Went to buy fruits, ended up buying clothes for my wife, 🍟, 🐔 nuggets and many more.This is a departmental store in the store sense. The food quality is good and have large variety.The best part of this store is it has got an All point 🏧, so guys having travel ATM cards can take out cash from here without any extra charges.

The pickup counter was right by the door and I didnt have to deal with a crowded store. Also my items were easily accessible by the clerk and I was in-and-out of the store within 10 minutes.

This Target is huge. They have a huge selection of items. The staff was very friendly as well. We went to pick up an online order during Thanksgiving weekend and were so surprised to see how the staff was handling the crowd. They were calm, kind and courteous all along the store.

This store never has enough check out lanes open. The self checkout system is not working. Also, common items are regularly out of stock.

Lorraine from order pick up was so rude and not helpful, she didn’t say any word when I was at the counter to pick up my order. They also had given me wrong item, so i went after 10 minutes and said I need a receipt which I didn’t receive since it was pick up order and she gave me those weird looks and weird emotions saying go to return and exchange counter.

I used Target’s school assist feature for my back to school shopping this year. Items were competively priced and the package was significantly cheaper than ordering through my school! I was able to do my shopping from my home and my in store wait time for my items took all of 2 minutes!

Dont like the redo that Target did to there stores reminds me of Sears when they redid their stores, we know how that went. Hicksville store poorly stocked.
