I wish I knew the girls name so I could give her a personal shout out but she was extremely kind and helpful, I’ve had a rough week so this meant more than she knows. My experience in shipping items out was so amazing! I will definitely be back in the future as well as recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Thank you guys!

The entire team at this UPS store is amazing. Charleen is a great addition and they obviously know how to provide customer service that exceeds expectations. Amanda: Thank you dearly for your assistance when we needed it. We were being forced to make our situation an emergency because of a lawyers lack of planning on their end. You made things smooth and treated us like we were the most important people you helped all day, even though it was the end of yours.

Great store and staff..... Anybody that doesn’t appreciate how hard they work at this location really don’t understand shipping. Thanks to all of you hard working people for what you do for me and my family. All of my packages and items sent out has always been on time. If you need it they have it. If you want it they make it happen.Again thanks for all that you do.....

Consistent unreliable service and condescending customer service from this particular UPS Store. Avoid this location.

Friendly staff is worth one star. Efficient? Not so much. I came in requesting that a poster be printed from a template I provided. I was told it would take 2 days and they would call me when it was ready. No call came, so after 3 days I went back to the store. They apologized. It had not been printed. Said it would be ready the next day. I returned to the store 2 days later to be told they had lost my phone number and didn’t know what size poster I wanted so it was not ready. My name, phone number and the size I needed were all on a piece of paper. The piece of paper that had been lost. I gave all this info again and was told that the poster would be printed THAT day, I would get a call when it was ready and I could pick it up later. No phone call came. Shocker, right? So I went back to the store the following day for the clerk to call the person who said they would get it done the day before. It had not been printed. Needless to say, I told them to forget it. I actually thought I might get a call from a manager apologizing and offering me a discount on my print job if I would give them another try. No call ever came. They probably lost my phone number...

Absolutely horrible company. Can never speak with anyone and online system is not reliable. I would never ever ship with this company and wish i could choose to not receive packages this way because they don’t ever show up!!!!

Ive been a customer at this UPS store location for over a year. Every single time I go in Im greeted with a smile. The staff is friendly and professional, from the part-timers to the full-timers to the owner. The service is always very efficient. I highly recommend this UPS Store on Center Street in Hickory, whether you need a postal box, printing or mailing services.

Generally a very good store. However, I left a package there 10 days ago to ship back to cable company, and it is still sitting there not shipped. My credit card is awaiting a refund.

Michelle and her staff give the best customer service. They are patient, friendly, caring and detailed and willing to go the extra mile. It is so refreshing to have people that care about their jobs and represent their company with the highest of standards. Great job!!

The manager couldnt manage a lemonade stand. She was on the phone with her spouse saying love you, etc while chasing down a teenage worker in the back of the store about how her car is suppose to be packed while long lines are growing in the front with teenagers running it. To top it off you want to charge $2.00 for an Incoming fax of a pre paid ups label???? I would of went on my way and said nothing but come on thats absurd. Maybe when the owner or anyone else reads this review they will take notice of going to other ups stores in hickory, I wish I would have.

Great staff. Did not have a notary there, when I stopped by but coordinated with the store on Hwy 70 to meet my needs.

Had a quick drop off, clean store friendly staff

Worst experience ever. Had them to do my invitations for my wedding and they messed them up, then tried to hide it. Then Jason the manager said he would make it right and re print them for me for free but when I went to pick them up he only printed 15 for me. So I had to wait AGAIN for him to come in and print more. I was there 4 separate times for ONE set of invitations.
