I could not be any more pleased with the service received from their Hickory NC location. Aeroflot is represented very well with knowledgeable employees who are nice and pleased to serve their customers.

When I visited the office last fall, they were very informative and helpful. The gentleman talked me into using a different mask - that covers both my nose and mouth. Ive been using nasal only for almost 10 years.This new mask dries out my entire mouth - I wake up because my tongue is completely dry and my throat is aching. When I told the salesperson during a recent call, I was told this was because my mouth was open. So I asked by I didnt have this issue with my long-term use of the nasal only and she rudely replied, Well, I dont know what you were using before.Her every comment was belittling and I will be finding a new source for supplies.

Do not rent oxygen equipment from this company. I rented for 2 years no one ever did any maintenance on the oxygen concentrator. I used the machine only at during sleep. I found out this machine has not been working and is the reason I have been feeling bad. I had a overnight oxygen test and it showed the machine was not working. They take no responsibility for the faulty equipment.

My child needed a bilirubin belt for jaundice when he was born. I received the belt and chose not to file through insurance and pay the $195 for the 3 day rental. They stated they would refund me $65 per day that the equipment was not used. My child only needed the belt for one day. After calling 10 times over a period of almost 2 months I still did not get my $130 refund. They only refunded me $65 for one day, not the two days it was not in use. I even had my childs doctor call them a report to them the belt was only in use for one day. I also spoke with several employees who stated they would return my call with some answers. They would never return my call. I would not hear from them unless I called, again and again. I will not use this company again if I can help it. Very poor customer service and follow through.
