So far service has been fantastic at Foot Solutions. I went in looking to get shoes that dont kill my feet. I found a pair of tennis shoes there that I can wear comfortably which hasnt happened in over a decade. I just went back yesterday to have my feet 3D scanned so I can get custom orthotics.

After efforts following the doctors orders we realized her plan was not going to work. Scott came up with an insert and recommended a pair of shoes that he felt served the purpose as to what might work with the doctors recommendation. I can even put them in my favorite shoes and they work great. The feet arent getting better but Foot Solutions has made my life so much better walking. I need shoes to walk so this has made me happy.

This was my first visit to this location, and was definitely pleased with the quality of the service AND the staff. Very knowledgeable, so I feel that my path to walking without pain is definitely an attainable goal in the near future. You may initially think that it is a lot of money, but you cant put a value on your health.

I have been a customer for many years. I am pleased with the service and the products that I receive at the Hickory store. The lady who usually helps me is always very helpful and friendly.

I bought several pairs of shoes from Foot Solutions years ago. It was a great experience and the shoes were great. The owner or manager assisted me in that purchase. Hence the 3 stars. Would be 5, but my more recent experience turned out not so good. Earlier this year, I went in to purchase a new pair of athletic shoes from Foot Solutions. I wish the staff had paid more attention to my needs. The owner/manager were not there. 2 months after my purchase this year, I learned that the Brooks shoes sold to me were for those who overpronate, but I supinate. I actually needed a neutral shoe. This was only learned after I ended up with an internal foot injury (on the outside of my foot) that required a costly CT scan, among other things. When I went to purchase some inserts recommended by the podiatrist, I was evaluated at a different shoe store and found out I was wearing the wrong shoes. Now of course there’s the whole thought “well, they are just trying to get my money”. That thought is long gone now. The difference is really obvious now that I have a neutral shoe. Now the shoes from Foot Solutions may not have caused the injury, but I can’t imagine they were helping me. Sadly, only 2 months after spending $130 at Foot Solutions, the shoes were already starting to show wear on one side of the heel. Specifically, the outside corner of the heel. They sold my daughter the same shoes. I’m a bit suspicious of why we were both sold the same shoe. She hasn’t had any issues though, so I hope she has the right shoes for her. When I purchase shoes here again I will require only the owner or manager assist me in finding shoes.

This place is worth its WEIGHT IN GOLD. I was wearing a single pair of Dr. Scholls for a year straight. They informed me about how Soles expire, and provided THE MOST amazing and comfortable Soles I have EVER worn. I work in excess of 12 hour shifts on my feet in the restaurant business, I CAN NOT overstate how value their soles are.

I have had foot and ankle problems with pain for the most of the last 5 years, sometimes with significant edema. I have experienced tremendous relief with the sandals that the knowledgeable staff recommended. I feel that I can walk more normally and my ankle pain has diminished at least 90% over the course of the day. Of no little significance is that I feel that I can wear dresses again without looking like a big mess in my lace up shoes.Im glad I had this opportunity to speak out. I had been intending to let Foot Solutions know of our great success!

Went into foot solutions for the first time this weekend in need of a good workout shoe to fit my foot’s needs. Christine was able to give me fantastic advice and service.Left the store with one of the two pairs she picked out for me, and will most likely go back and get the second pair so I have a second pair to switch out every other day at the gym.

I hate to share a one star considering everyone elses experience but here goes. I went to the store and had my foot measured and fitted for walking shoes and insoles. They were great, kind and courteous. Placed my order for a shoe they didnt have in stock. After about 2 weeks I had decided against the insoles so I called the store, left a message, to ask if it was too late to cancel and if my shoes had come in. A lady called me back asking me my name, if I had paid for the shoes, what shoes were they, etc to which I asked if she had my order? She responded with not in front of me and that they had gotten a shipment in that she hadnt gone through yet, so maybe theyre in there. And she would call me back.Havent heard back from them since. Maybe the shoes are on back order??Edited review..Scott and Christine made everything right. Love my new Brooks!

I wish I could write a review like so many others and say nothing but good things...but I cant.I visited the store several months ago and felt very disappointed with feeling I didnt get the answers of what type of shoe I really needed .I have a very painful heel spur. A week ago i decided to give them a second try. I went in asking for a specific shoe i had researched and the Manager said yes we sell them. But she never brought out that shoe for me to try. In my opinion she did not have the knowledge to explain to me why the shoes she had me try were going to help my heel spur. I feel I didnt get the knowledge nor did I get someone that had any personality. She never smiled and has a young person greet you when you come in and then walks over to take over. Why not have everyone trained to help you. I left feeling very aggravated and went straight to the other foot store in Hickory where I received the help I needed. He explained to me everything about the type of shoe I needed. I was a happy customer!

Always have good shoes that I can wear all day. Their system for checking foot helped a lot to choose the right shoe and insert. They are out of my usual travel area but have worked with me. when I needed a size they didn’t have, they did a shipment to my house since I wasn’t able to get back there in a timely manor. He has physical conditions that cause him to be unbalanced. He could tell a difference in his balance as soon as he put these shoes on.

Christina helped me to understand what type of shoe I needed for my personal preferences. I have several foot issues and she had a large variety of choices for me to try. I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes. The quality of the shoes they carry is well known. I selected Naots.

My fiance ordered a pair of shoes and it has been 2 weeks and we had to pay 120 dollars up front and we still have not heard back. Ive just spent ten minuts trying to call the store and nobody knows how to pick up a phone. You would think if you pay for shoes up front they would be at the store within the next few days...guess not
