Usually good experiences here. Arrived at 4:45 to them being closed. Not good business practice. Very disappointed.

Got there at 3pm and they were locked down. Attempted to call but went straight to voicemail

On March 30 2015 I got hardwood mulch delivered to and by Mr. Sanchez from Natures Edge.April 1, 2015 I went to water flowers and realized that wherever I had mulch the plant was dead or dying.April 3, 2015 I went to Natures Edge and spoke with the manager Jeff. He agreed to come to my house and assess the damage. He looked around and told me that they will make it right whether they have to move the mulch or buy me new plants. Further he said that the mulch was probably hot. I helped spread it. I did find it so and why sell a product that is too hot to spread? We agreed that he come back 4/10/2015 to determine if the damage got better or worse. I thought this to be very reasonable.April 7, 2015 I was actually planting and whatever it was in the mulch was bothering me. I called Jeff to see if he could get it up. He told me that I dont mean to laugh at you but it cant be the mulch bothering you. He said further he would get back to me and hung up. This was the antithesis of his attitude and concern during his visit on the 3rd. I cannot adequately express my disappointment and surprise.I took pictures of plants for my records.This is the last I have heard from Natures Edge. He (Jeff) never returned as promised or followed through on any of the concessions he offered.5/16/2015 Got a call from NEL. (jeff) said to call and he could be available to see me on the 18th.5/18/2015 A friend picked me up and we went shopping as plannedJeff came over and said I was honme and wont answer my door.Luckily most of my plants are coming back. I have to replace those that didnt.
