We were preparing at the last minute to go the the NC Coast to help with storm restoration and needed a load of fuel. I called Bumgarner Oil and informed them of what we was doing and they was on the way to my location instantly to deliver the fuel to my location to expedite our trip. We have been long time customers and they have never let us down. Always fast reliable service. Thank You Again!!

Been having to order fuel oil from Bumgarner for the last few years, since options became limited in my area. Seems to never fail, I would pay over phone so they can deliver when I am not home, always say the driver will be there in afternoon or the next morning, I have yet to see that happen. They seem motivated to help when calling, but still lack what they promise in advertisement while on hold, fast prompt service.

Was very unhappy last time I used them. Tech came out and put oil in incorrect house, and my house is clearly marked with the address. Not to mention had used them times before. When I called, the service manager was busy. Next day called again, and manager was talking to the tech, or so I was told. Said he would return my call shortly. 3 hours go by still nothing. Call back and hes still talking to the tech. Funny cause my wife called at that very moment and the tech was at my house telling her he put the oil in the neighbors tank and not mine. Finally got ahold of the manager, who gave me attitude, and his only response was, listen man, my tech pumped 100 gallons of oil somewhere so idk what to tell you once I told him the tech was at my house telling my wife different, he changed his tone real quick. Super disappointed in such a family oriented business.

Great experience! They do whatever they can to make sure we are taken care of. Not surprised they have been around for over 60 years!

Pleased with service & delivery. Knowledgeable driver and helped my son, 1st time homebuyer, with sound suggestions. Even went up & beyond to replace tank cap with no part or labor cost. Not many companies left that practice this old school realationship with customers!

Called on Friday November 9th to order fuel they said it would be there on Monday November 12th it was here when they said it would be and the person in the office was very nice the driver was nice also

Didnt want lyingSam or David to think I had forgotten them and the way they done me the last day saying I quit when Sam fired me.When you have a400 lb. Man with a gun behind him and wouldnt let me talk he is a lying SOB . BUT I am calling all the people on the Blue cards to tell them everything. BUT they are telling me there arent any other oil companies in Catawba county.I will be working for another oil company ver soon, and will have them change.They used age discrimination to replace me with a 27 year old. My lawyer said that it is against the law, their senior citizens customers dont like the way they do the drivers That is all I have to say, my lawyer will be talking to lying Sam and David. Sam is the biggest lyer that I have ever known in my life.

They will over work you. Youre just another number to them. Worked for them for 4 years and got treated like garbage. They say team work but when you ask them to help get the stops done they just sit there and look at you like youre stupid. Pretty sad They have to get family and friends to make reviews just to get their rating up. If you like being mistreated overworked with no family time then Bumgarner Oil is the place for you. Have a buddy that works there and got hurt on the job and they told him he was on his own. The worst company Ive ever worked for with the biggest turnover ive ever seen.

Called to see when the delivery would be was told they didnt have that information!!!! what wait !! This is a company and they cant tell me anything regarding the delivery!!!!! so no heat in my house tonight ughhh very sad and if you have already pd for it then they should deliver it!!!! Poor customer service and a sad representative of this company !!!!

Called twice to inquire about price for 10 gal of ISO 100 hydraulic fluid. Both times was told they would call me back in five minutes with a price.....no return call either time. Unfortunately my 1st and last experience I plan on having here.
