Background : my company spends hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company yearly so we see each other quite often.This particular location not only hassles you about providing secure restraints for their equipment but also refuses to help you strap their equipment down. They are the equipment experts are they not? I show up fresh from some rough medical treatment expecting the same courtesy Ive always been shown only to be met with some obnoxious reply of its a liability apparently all the other stores are comfortable securing the expensive equipment they rent but your store is special???? I hope if this is a franchise they throw the book at you and if its a corporate owned location I hope they send someone in to give you some serious customer service lessons. Im completely taken back by today at your location and as I build projects in the future rest assured Ill be going with the competitor.
