Would not recommend working here, before the owners son, Nick, started working there it was the best job you could have, he’s trying so hard to be the man but he has no customer skills, no people skills, he will run an hide in his office if any fires start and have Beth handle it for him. You will be lied to straight to your face, they do not like any confrontation, they’ll post your job without evening coming to you, wether you do wrong or not. They’ll get mad about 5 minutes late clocking in from lunch but let a chain smoker take 20 minutes every single hour until her lunch, to go take 4 down. Not to mention, they let a man sit there till retirement and not do a single thing because they were scared to say anything to him. But oh god did everyone else but HIM hear about it.
