Paid $85 for a Ham that was mainly fat! Ruined Easter Dinner! Rude Manager! My entire family has been buying from here for the past 10 years, it’s went down hill so much! Our family will now call it quits with Honey Baked Ham!

Website says if you order “any size half ham” online & pickup by today then you get $8 off... made my online order... went out of my way to get my order... they didn’t even have my online order! Then tell me coupon not good on quarter hams... well it’s misleading online when they advertise with words “any size”... I honestly didn’t see it’s said half ham... the ladies wouldn’t honor the discount anyways.... smh 🤦🏼‍♀️... I amOff all Week except for today and it would’ve been so much more convenient to go get my items any other day except for today but I was persuaded with an advertisement that is quite misleading and they didn’t even have my order so what was the point.... seriously.... super annoyed.

Ordered my familys Thanksgiving turkey the week prior. Paid in advance and was assured my turkey was reserved. But when I arrived the day before Thanksgiving to pick it up, they told me theyd oversold (???) and no longer had any turkeys. Thats one whopper of a screw-up and a deal-breaker for me. It tells me all Ill ever need to know about how this business is run. Wont be back.

I went to the Hickory store to pick up my Thanksgiving Turkey that I had reserved online a couple of days prior. They were out of turkey. Do not trust them to honor your reservation. It wasn’t their problem that my family did not have the turkey that I had promised them on Thanksgiving.

Had a lunch emergency and needed 4 boxed lunches in 15 minutes! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, took my order, and made it happen. The chicken salad on a croissant was to die! Will definitely give them my business again but with more notice next time! Thank you!

I LOVE this place! Staff is very accommodating and the food is great. It is literally one stop shopping - I can get my ham and all the sides (which are excellent) right there. Voila!

I just left the food is always good but the friendly service is no longer there. The last few times its been this way. The two ladies working today were sitting at a table talking when I walked in they never spoke when I entered. I gave them my order and that was it . I ask for extra honey for sandwich and they did not respond but did put in box. Customer service is in need of improvement.

Ham sandwich was good but lady taking the order was very rude and impatient. We asked for sweet tea and was given bottled green tea and chips were included but they didnt provide them. By this time we ate our sandwich and left.

Call someone else before you cater from here. The prices online for the platters are a lie. Im talking $30-$50 in difference of a price. When I called the ladies kept yelling back and forth to answer my questions. Then I had to wait for a call back from a man that is in and out of the store. I tried to save money by using the gift cards that I had but its not worth the hassle. I would rather pay not to use this location for catering.
