I am very much obligated to make this review as I received not only friendly interaction but exceptional service, and an atmosphere that allowed me to obtain exactly what I wanted with great assistance, along with the desire to complete my task at hand. The company is helmed by a family that has been doing glass and just about all things related for quite some time. They exhibited a sense of dedication while I was there. They have a great deal of material/stock and while just perusing, I have a great feeling I may need to frequent them more often when needing special product for projects and jobs... Give them a try, you wont come away disappointed.

We have been getting all kinds of glass, commercial and residencial for years and they have taken great care of us through CaseworxNC.

Our business was broken into late on a Friday night and we were left with a busted out window. Glass Works had helped with some break in damage that had occured on Thursday night, so when they went home on Friday they forwarded their office line to their mobile phone, just in case they were needed. I called BEFORE 8am on Saturday morning, a day they are normally closed, and they quickly responded and offered to help! Daniel and his Dad arrived quickly and had the window done before noon and seemed genuinely glad to help. They went above and beyond in every way! Thank you!
