I have bought my quilt sewing machine here and my serger machine here. The ladies here are amazing. They are always so helpful. They make me laugh so much when I go in for all my sewing needs. They treat you like a great friend not a customer. So if you need anything for your sewing needs this is the place.

I wish it was possible to give Lee’s in Hickory 10 stars- that would better describe my experiences. My first visit to the store was because I needed service on a machine I hadn’t even purchased there. They couldn’t have been more helpful and that’s why I keep going back. In fact, my husband had heard so many positive comments from me that he surprised me a few years ago with a brand new 10 needle embroidery machine! The ladies at the store had helped him by answering all his questions and helping him pick out the machine that they thought was best for me. And they were right!The classes I’ve attended have always had top notch teachers and really make the learning enjoyable! They are unbelievably patient too because I usually have a lot of questions!I just picked up my embroidery machine today after its yearly service appointment. I know Barry has SO many customer machines in for service and I’m always amazed at the timely manner in which he gets them serviced. The only thing I can think of is that he works on them 24/7!A HUGE thank you to Lynn, Tammy and all their wonderful, helpful associates for their consistently stellar customer service!!

Visited the store to buy a new embroidery machine. Both locations made me feel as if selling me a new machine was not a priority. After a few price searches I found their prices to be way higher than other companies on the internet. Take some time and shop around youll see what Im talking about.

1 st time in they drilled me about my machine, although it was purchased at that store, just not by me I was immediately turned away from and just tolerated. 2nd trip in I had a new employee try to help me, the owner stepped in, very rude and stopped her. I was so embarrassed I packed up my machine and walked out. Yes if you don’t purchase from them be prepared for the worst. I have never left a store feeling like that. Now I will drive to Shelby or Charlotte. What a loss For Hickory Lee’s because I was in the market for a quilting machine.

What a wonderful store. I called the store and explained I was new to the area and asked about classes. They were very helpful. I went in and met all the ladies. They welcomed me with open arms. I did not even own the brand of machine they sold. Have taken several classes and cant get enough of the shop. Good job ladies.

Lees is my favorite store to visit. They are super helpful and accommodating. I have learned so much in classes. You cant find more knowledgeable and competent people. They are like family.

Excellent customer service! I was looking for the store on 70 sw,( it is actually located on 70 west beside Barnes and Noble) and the ladies helped me find the store on the phone and waited for me to to make it there so I could buy the thread I needed before they closed. I couldnt ask for a nicer or more helpful staff

As an educator, and Bernina lover for many years I consider My Lees Bernina to be the best! Being an Army wife meant living in multiple locations and I know good when I experience it. This location is up to date all the time with news, classes, products and superb service.. Happy sewing and quilting means having the best product, the best Dealer and friendly, knowledgable staff.

I read the reviews after I visited the store. I agree with the viewers who state that if you are not willing to pay for an expensive ($700+) machine, the staff really doesnt care be helpful. The stores main purpose is to sell high price sewing machines and accept machines for repair by the manufacturer.

I went in to ask for help threading a Serger. No other customers in the store 10:00. She said she didnt know anything about my Serger and I got the cold shoulder. I read previous reviews before going in, but wanted to give it a chance. If its not their machine, dont bother going in. Its a shame, with a little kindness, I would of gone there for future purchases.

Amazing customer service, they were extremely polite and helpful. An employee helped me find the right sewing machine to choose from. I needed with a positive attitude. It would have taken me forever otherwise.

Some time ago I bought a Brother sewing machine from another dealer. I took it in for service. It took longer than expected. They told me that since I hadnt bought it from them they service their customers first and I should find someone else to service it in the future. Be prepared to pay their price or get the cold shoulder.

Learned alot. Im overwhelmed but worth it. Cindy is a delightful presenter and extremely talented and knowledgeable. A true expert in her field.

I found this place just wants to make a sale. Unless you purchase a machine from them, they will not help you at all. Very poor customer service. I will be writing brothers about their customer service.

Not willing to train me how to use an older model Bernina because I didnt purchase it from them.
