Had vinyl siding work done came out on Oct 11 2021 to give me a estimate on siding installation we agreed on price told me it would be done by end of the month and it was done. Very professional and was on time couldnt ask for any thing more I highly recommend this company and his crew.

I purchased this gutter system about 1 years ago, and have been very satisfied. While blowing leaves off the roof, I noticed a small spot that was collecting a small amount of debris. I contacted them, and they sent out a tech to repair this area. The young man spent about 45 minutes correcting problem. He was very polite and professional, and I was not charged for this service. Thats rare this day in time, and I so much appreciate this Company standing behind their product and workmanship. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!They are very efficient and ready to get the job done correctly. Told me what they were going to do and did it. I did have to finance, but they helped me with that too. Have some other projects in mind for them in the future.UPDATE 2/1/2017 I Just had my siding and window done with the company and this Trumped all. My home now looks like brand new. Its amazing what kind of face lift this gave me home, Thanks Wize Home.

Wise Home Direct was very accommodating to our needs. They waited patiently while we were taking care of getting ready to have our gutters installed. They were inconstant touch with us to see where we were as far as being ready for them to complete our install. The installers were on time very professional and willing to answer any questions that I had. We were very happy with aspect of our purchase we would definitely use them again for future projects.

Wize home direct was very quick with their free estimate. After the initial estimate, there were no hidden fees or gotchas. The gutter installers were great, explained what they were doing and were quick with the install. Once the work was complete, everything was left clean and orderly. The rep that came out to look at the project was knowledgeable and recommended an approach that solved our gutter issues very economically. They just replaced one section that was damaged, and installed covers. The didnt try to pressure me into buying more than I needed. The covers are a simple design, but successfully prevented clogging from the nearby tulip poplars. I was kind of surprised Wize sent only one guy to do the installation, but he got it done.

We have been trying to get insulation installed into our crawlspace since September. We contacted Wize Home Direct to come and quote the job. The employee that showed up took into account our concerns for the job and need for hasty installation (it is now Nov). They gave us a price and we agreed to hire them. Later that week, Racheal called and scheduled the install. The installers were third party company hired by Wize Home Direct. They came the day as promised and started right away. When they finished I inspected the work and found an area that was not completed near my HVAC distribution box. I contacted Wize Home Direct and they contacted installer and the next day they were back and fixed what was over looked. All in all I am pleased withe work and customer service they provided.

These guys are amazing and awesome at what they do! There super fast, ask me before they do something and even asking if I’m pleased with what they done, and seems they do a little extra things they probably don’t even have to do but do anyways! I would recommend this company to anyone!! So thank you very much!!

They are very professional but friendly also. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining things I didn’t understand. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could start. They were at my home the next day. The work I had done looks great. The guys cleaned up everything when they were done. I will definitely be using Wize again.

You get what you pay for......I hired them to install some custom sized doors. The installation looks good and seems to be holding up for now.When the salesman came to my home, he was fantastic.He managed to sell me on his companies replacement windows instead of Home Depots. I was also quickly sold on $17K of A-frame windows which I was approved for financing.I was not at my home during installation which was the BIGGEST MISTAKE!! My home was damaged and doors left open after the workers left. They even left a key in the lock of one of the glass doors to my home!! They told me they couldnt remove the key. Turns out the lock was installed wrong by HD, but they couldnt even bother to try to fix it!!They left a screen door that was suppose to be installed on the floor in my living room. After careful inspection of the windows, we found that they werent sealed completely and 1 of the huge A-frame windows wasnt sealed at ALL!! Rain was leaking into my home constantly during the heavy rains we had in AUG.After several conversations with the manager he said he would fix all the problems. That was a joke. My brother fixed all the problems with the exception of the huge window. They sent their contractor out to do that.Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend them and I would use the term contractor loosely.I would hate to believe that this company took advantage of me because I am a recent widow......

I contacted Wize Home on behalf of my employer who owns a rental house that was damaged by a recent storm. The day they were supposed to come was drizzly, so I expected them to postpone. Not only did they come, they completed the job in a timely manner and efficiently. They followed up to be sure we were satisfied, too. Would recommend Wize Home to anyone.

They were thorough, polite, and did what they said they would do. It was very easy to address questions to them and get explanations. They worked with me on price and were very fair. I have other projects that I am going to call them about and am confident that they are the company to bring on again.

The guy that came out to give me a quote on new gutters on my home was so unprofessional that it just floored me. I am a young widower and the gentlemen that came out started hitting on me and asking my age (which I didnt answer) and then wanted me to guess his age. I didnt want to answer the question but he would drop it, so I did (He was 22). Asked me if I lived alone and other really weird things, which made me feel so uncomfortable. He started off saying that he doesnt do jobs for less that $10,000 and if that is out of my price range that we could work something out.... Handed me a sheet of paper saying that there is financing options if Im interested... I said no I will paying for my gutters in full, he was so surprised... I asked for more information about why they were the most expensive quote I have received thus far and all he could keep saying is that they had a million dollars worth of insurance (Which is the standard in NC to have for any company).... He sent me a generic quote without any real information about what I would really be buying.I will say that my initial interaction with this company was very uncomfortable. I made my concerns known. I called the company and expressed the inappropriate first interaction I had with one of their employees. I was livid. Overall the company listened to my concerns and went out of their way to make necessary steps to make me feel like a valued customer. I didnt end up going with this company but I did feel like my voice was heard in a quality way. Also shoutout to their employee Serena who went above and beyond the call of customer service to meet my needs and advocate for her company. Give the girl a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the first contact to the completion of replacing a set of patio doors everything was handled in a professional way. I was presented with all the information and upgrades but was not pressured in any way. The installation was flawless and I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently had our blown-in insulation installed by this company. They performed a top notch job. they arrived promptly at the scheduled time, they were personable, courteous and above all they were true professionals. We have had some negative experience with some other companies so I was cautious but five minutes after they began their job, my mind was put to ease. These men were knowledgeable and explained every step of what they were doing. We will be calling them again for other services as well.

Came out for a roof and gutter guard estimation. 24sq for a standard shingle roof quote with gutter guard. In total quoted at $19,000. I had received a quote from another company whom also offered the same exact product and backed by same warranty the product provides for $6250. Salesmen tactics used by trying to get me to sign a 12 year loan at 9.99% interest, stating he never calls his boss to try to get a deal, but states he has to have his phone on speaker phone because the speaker doesnt work when speaking with his boss. The good part is that the process and product was explained in detail for nearly 3 HOURS. It was later found out when asked to remove the gutter guards that the price went to approximately $15,000-$16,000. So the cost of a basic metal gutter guard was nearly $4,000. Sadly the price point is way too high for what was offered. Sure, they can argue that it will be installed correctly, but in essence I would be going with a reputable company anyways with a major purchase like this. Also seeing the response from whomever responds to these reviews are very inappropriate for the company. Reviews are weighted heavily in todays world. And seeing reviews from the owner acting childish is not acceptable. [See other reviews/responses from Google Maps reviews]. I would not recommend them at all. For instance whomever replied to one review of their company decided to nit-pick the person because it stated local guide next to their name. Also stating in another that the username with the review wasnt a customer of theirs.

I needed the work done and Wize Home Direct was the first to respond within minutes, the first to come out to give an estimate so they got the work done in a fast as well as efficient manner.

Got an estimate on a gutter repair (20ft section) that needed to be done in a week to sell home. They priced 486 dollars. Marks gutters did it for 80 dollars. Its called price gailging. SHOP AROUND before using this company. By the way gave 100 dollar tip to other company.

Used Car Sales Tactics.A nice enough Lady shows up and does not know much about gutters. She quotes prices at $5800 which eventually after 1/2 hour drop to $2600 if I sign up right then and there! Price is only good as long as she is on the property... And they have financing available which maybe very unfavorable. They say it is interest free for the first 12 months, but wont provide any info in writing... If you dont pay it off, all of it is interest on your loan from day 1 starting in month 13? That may add thousand of dollars more onto an overpriced quote. Nothing would be given in writing. Gutter covers are $15/ft. competition is $3 a Ft.Says she will get in trouble if she gives me the quote in writing. Cant even show me the numbers written down and wont repeat them once we get a pen and paper... Promises to give me the quote via email but did not arrive. Then she sent me a pleasant generic email about how great they are. I asked again for the quote and 3 days later, no response.Not providing anything in writing unless you commit to the sale is awful, unethical sales tactics that may hurt you financially! At the very least it may surprise you when the bill is presented.We went with a well known family owned since the 1950s seamless gutter company right here in the area. Quote came out to $1800, not anywhere near $5800 (and that does not include possible interest on the $5800 loan). Quote was in our hands in less than an hour.RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW: It is best to let the shoppers decide what is true and accurate. This review will hopefully encourage them to shop around and compare quotes and companies and see if there are better ways suited to their needs.

The sales person was ofensive from the begining. He practically invited himself into my home and I said we will discuss this outside. Then he became more offensive as time went by. Then when he realizes Im not impressed he says Im sorry but we must have both decision makers here man and wife to presnt futher. I told him I was a widower and I was the only decision maker. Then I had to ask him to leave.

They done things that the other people who gave me estimates didnt even offer to do. they said they didnt know how to reroute my gutters. But now I have a dryer yard and side walk.!
