Had wrong item shipped to my house. Checked in store, they were -14. The manager in duty and the two ladies at register were very friendly and professional. In the end they were able to re-order the correct item and have it shipped. Thank you staff!

Overall a nice store. Can be a little pricey on some things. Checking out is usually a slow process because typically they only have one register open and you have to walk around all the way back through to the beginning of the store to even get to it.

Going out business in the states. This store brings back so many memories. We will always be kids in there eyes. Sad to see it go but hoping it comes back 10 times stronger.

Always fun to go in here. For everyone but my wallet lol. They have the best quality baby supplies though.

Best doomed toy store in town. Sorry other toy stores in hickory that are going bankrupt, but this one has you beat! Poor selection, but great prices! I highly recommend the empty doll section for all your disappointed childhood memories. Dont delay, make your child cry at ToysrUs today!

I am sad yall are closing. You always made my children and grandchildrens lives just a little more special. Affordable toys on Christmas that they loved. I took my first grandson here to buy his wii with his own money. We played for days on it! I actually broke my hip trying to balance on the wii board. It was amazing. I guess every good thing must come to an end.

Sad to lose this store... enjoyed their 50-60% off close out prices, almost as much as seeing the excited kids getting to select new toys at these prices....the store should have had these types of sales more often for the kids

Going out of business sale, good deals can be found, but are going quickly.

Love going here with my daughter and now they have Claires inside it makes it even more awesome.....just wish their prices wasnt so high

So sad to see the store go and all the amazing employees that stop and help when ever they can.

They have Lego build and play events every month or so that the kids love to attend. Good selection of toys and helpful associates.

All things considered the staff were super nice.

Over priced items. Helpful sales clerks. Plenty of signs to help you find certain items. A very wide variety of things you wouldnt normally find in many other stores toy sections.

Needs some little improvements but good place to get toys for your kids and they price match!!

They cant take gift cards??? No signs or anything. Toys r us system error, which I get is a glitch. However, Allow my child to shop for an hour and then he cant check out with his gift card. Manager couldnt adknowledge me on why he was too lazy to put a sign up, stood there with a smirky grin. Put up a sign!!!!!

Always have toys you wont find at Target or Walmart. Only buy Toys from them. Never grow up sheeple!!

Not too many people when Ive gone the last few times (probably due to the fact its while school is in section), very good selection. Always has a good selection of pop vinyls.

Great selection and helpful employees. Unfortunately only one register open on a Saturday afternoon made for a slow checkout.

This was my 1st visit. I was with a friend that worked in a Toys R Us in another state. While I was somewhat impressed with all the merchandise, she was put off by how cluttered and commented how disorganized the merchandise was. She told me that in her store this wouldnt be allowed even in the midst of Christmas shopping.
