Jeff was great to talk to for flooring for my house!

Purchased engineered wood less than 2 years ago and was installed by Blue Ridge Tile and Flooring. Within a year had problem. Found paperwork over week ago and called jeff to see if anything could be done said he would contact installer. Still not heard back. Floor beautiful, installation and warranty not so much. My advice, go somewhere else.

Someone told me about this flooring store located behind Wendys on Sandy ridge road.we were looking for nice luxury vinyl floor had been to Lowes/Home Depot and few other in town nothing really stood out then went here could not get over the big selection they had compared to the rest around town so glad we listen and went there they were very helpful in showing the differences between the slections Best prices&service in town! Highly Recommend!!!

We have purchased both flooring and tile from Furniture and Flooring Design. The inventory and number of vendors is impressive. The owners have gone far beyond the standard customer service in assisting us. We recomend this establishment to anyone looking for hardwood or tile.

We bought hard wood from Jeff. We were told we were getting grade A premium wood. After starting the install, we noticed some of the wood was flawed and not straight. Jeff assured us we had quality wood and that we just got a bad box.Clearly it was more than one box so we called the manufacturer. The Vice President of the company said that we had purchased a brand of wood the was the end of run batch. Meaning the boxes of hard wood were flawed, had blemishes and poor quality. The VP said Jeff knew what he was selling us and that he should of told us what we were buying.When Jeff was called out on his sale. He stopped all contact with us and offered NO refund or replacement of wood. If we knew we were buying poor quality wood, we would have NEVER gone with the type of wood that we bought.So, STAY AWAY FROM THIS USED CAR SALESMAN! DONT LISTEN TO JEFFS BS!HE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF HE CAN!
