I brought a car from them and the window wasnt working. I was told that they would fix it. They had me come back numerous time only to send me back home a HR ride away. With many excuses and I tried to wait on them. Time went on and the the virus hit so everything shut down. But I still called. Now things are opening up they telling me they wont fix my window. I have been still paying for my car the hole time. I feel cheated and angry . He had me drive back there for nothing like I have a money tree n my back yard. I will be taking them to court. Yes for a $300 . window due to they lie and use people for they hard earned money. I wont be going back to them and tell u to run.

Terrible Place go some where else and doesnt even deserve one stardrove 45 min to purchase car got here they were closed called and was told 30 min and they would be here 50 min later called back to be told 5 more min went to get my son a car since they offered buy here pay here that is a lie the owner wanted to finance him thru a bank and wouldnt let him test drive the car unless he pulled credit first ?had cash in hand to make a deal today but felt like he was running a sham and trying to get over on someone when i asked a question about the car?finance?payments he would avoid the question and act like he didnt hear you ask again to be treated like trash wont be back and dont suggest any one else does either to many options in the town with better service and that are honest

This is the best dealership ive ever been too! Made me feel right at home. Gabe me a tire rotation and new brand new tires for 50 bucks. Cant beat that. Will be going back for any other cars i plan to purchase! Ralph is the man!!!

DONT BUY HERE!! They will promise you things to get you to buy a car . They come across super nice but as soon as they get your money and lock you into contracts they change . Be mindful of the finance company you use as well because CREEKSIDE Financing and these people work together ! They don’t care about you all they want is your money and after that anything else is not important . Please save your money and time and shop somewhere else ! My car broke down the day after leaving this place and I called back because they promised they would fix any issues I was having but instead they told me AS IS SELL .

I purchased a vehicle here a week ago. They told me it had no problems and came with a warranty. The night I bought it I brought it home, turned it off and went on about my business. Came out to go to the store and it wouldnt crank. I called them, they came to get it because they said they would fix the problem. But after I picked it up, Im still having the same problem. I purchased this vehicle, no payments. Purchased. And then try to charge me for problems that came with the car. Im about to seek legal action if they dont comply and fix this piece of ****

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The owner called me a liar when I told him some of the issues I crossed when test driving one of their cars. They will full argue with you. They will say anything to get you to buy a car from. They are so rude and liars and a bully

By the time I paid my second payment I had only had the vehicle in my possession for7days. It broke after the third day,hole in the block. They picked it up and kept it a month. Charged me to work on it then four days later out went again. The owner is a fraud. I have bought allot of cars in allot of states and this has been my worse experience. Going to small claims court this morning.

Today, my son and I went in to look about getting him a car. Due to some uncontrollable circumstances, his credit isnt the best. We decided to try here so he could attempt to rebuild his credit.We walked into the lot and within 5 seconds of conversation, the Hispanic gentlemen behind the only filthy desk in the run down establishment told my son in very broken English that he couldnt help my son, even though he had over half of the asking price to out down on the car in cash.It was the most terrible experience either of us have ever had in dealing with a car lot. I strongly feel that the gentlemen didnt want to help us because we were not of Hispanic descent or origin.I will never recommend this place of Ill repute and filth to anyone. EVER!
